A report from a few weeks back, but better late than never!

I'm back in Penang and read last few pages of posts. Not too encouraging overall. My suggestion is to walk down upper Penang Road (Georgetown) past Citadel and around and ask a Taxi Driver. They may even approach you.
A couple years back there were numerous places along Penang Road where you could hook up. I met a Taxi driver that I stay in contact with. I call him and he delivers.
