It turns out the hotel I'm in is the main bar area, so just went out here.
Two observations.
1. You don't see girls on the street or in the discos chasing customers (at least not in this area)
2. There seems to be a big availability below the surface:

If you want to visit Hotel Central / Fortuna HC, make sure you have a strong heart as it could be a horror house.
