Just make them an offer. If you go through the HC you have to pay the going rate but if you stay at the hotel you get to meet the girls around the place in the lifts or corridors hang around outside the HC on the 3rd floor and you're bound to see some of them. A weekend spent in Kota Kinabalu allowed me to sample the wares at a few locales - not all for the good.

The last place that I went to was in Bandaran Berjaya called Mikado.

While Bandaran Berjaya has remained active the same cannot be said for the "lower class" places like Oriental Hotel. A crackdown had shut the place and it seems like its staying shut. The police make regular rounds around the area. However it seems the girls or rather the pimps are trying to work around the authorities.
I was in the Oriental Hotel area a few days ago, the place was closed as usual. However, there were some guys hanging about near the stairway next to the Indian food place (Bilal i think its called) who were pimps.
They would make rather obvious hand gestures that essentially meant "would you like a screw?". If the answer is yes, they would give a room number of a nearby hotel. A girl would be waiting there. There is no choosing, you are assigned a room/girl and if you dont like the girl you would have to make the walk back to the pimp and ask for another room.
There two or three of these guys working the area, all equipped with handphones. They operate mostly on the first floor walkways.
The girls are your hardcore working girls, some formerly from Oriental, some formerly from Sabah Inn.
Price is discussed with the girl in the hotel room. It can go as low as RM40 to a high of RM 60 for a local patron, strictly one shot. If you're foreign expect to pay RM 20 to RM 50 higher.
All positions negotiable. No anal. BBBJ and CIM (pay a bit more). Girls are Indonesian.
If all you want is a short pleasant and cheap screw, this is recomendable. You want quality and class: go somewhere else.

I was staying at Berjaya while I was there 2 weeks ago. Ok place if you are looking for budget stay. Room is a bit stuffy for my taste and the air con was not in working order and I had to switch it on and off during fxxxing. It is 15-20 mins walk from Berjaya to hotels like Beverly and Promenade (I tried it). Taxi is like RM5 for a trip from Berjaya to say Promenade. And you have to pay like RM6-8 from anywhere of town to Berjaya during the day.
As for suggestion I sorry leh man cant help, maybe BILLY can help.

Well, another place to stay and is very convenient is Shangri-la at Bandaran Berjaya. The place is fairly cheap and the hotel is not too bad as well.
The OKT's are very willing to send girls to hotels a bit away.
A nice hotel to stay for an overnight session is Casurina Hotel in Tanjung Aru;- out of the way, nobody will see you and the girls are delivered to your door and are picked up too. Thotel charges are very decent, less than RM 90.00, I believe.
Just a note, there are more places in Bandaran than Rikado and Hawaii, in fact anywhere that advertises itself as a unisex solon with the barber pole whirling around in front is infact a front!

The price is cheap & it's in the middle of the action centre - Bandaran Berjaya. Yes, I saw saloons like hawaii, mikado etc but did not go up as it's still too early.

You can practically 'SEE' it from the highway.
Once there go to 7th floor. The set up is ok but don't expect much.
The rooms are quite ok except No bed and just mattressess with an attached shower.

You will see 'Histana Hotel' on your left first when coming htrough the highway. There also got 'services' hehehehe

Putrajaya/Cyberjaya area is pretty much dead concerning our said activities. The closest area would Seri Kembangan, Puchong & Kajang. You could try outcall but that would be wishfull thinking since these agencies would rather send the girls to hotels in & around the KL area-for quick retrieval.
My suggestion is that you could go to the HCs and ask if the girl could come with you to the hotel and that you'll have a taxi send them home.

Here's an update on the situation in Kota Kinabalu.
Note this was during Xmas period, so my experience may have been impacted by girls going back home etc.
For those used to the delights of other parts of Asia, KK is a bit of a disappointment. Sure there are options available and the prices can be quite reasonable but generally speaking there are limited choices.
Fillippinos seems to make up the largest population of working girls, although some places you can find Chinese, and occasionally older Malay. The prices vary wildly, so it pays to shop around and negotiate.
My first port of call was Beverly Hotel and a chat with David on recommendation from board memer Davinci.
At Beverly first go to the health club and they will take you to the "hidden floor". David introduced only 2 girls, and I chose a youngish Fillo for short time, from memory around RM$245.
For overnighters he was charging around RM$400 and he would only send the girl after 10 or 11pm.
I didn't bother going back to Beverly after that.
Next day took a walk around the Bandaran area. Things don't start happening here much before 5pm, but you will find some of the "beauty shops" open before then. You can get a 1 hour straight massage here for RM$55, which is a pretty nice way to start the evening.
Finally made it into Rikado and met Tony (thanks Davinci again).
Tony has the best prices in town and tries to help you as much as possible, but unfortunately his selection of Fillo girls is not great. However if you are not too fussy you can get an overnighter here for about RM$270.
No problems bringing girls into either Hyatt or Sutera from my experience.
Also, if you are staying at Hyatt you may want to contact the taxi driver Ahmad (0198617327), very helpful resource, but unfortunately I met him too late and wasn't able to see if he could deliver the promised contacts for some of Malaysian Airlines girls that do extras. He also has some local freelance contacts but being Christmas and New Year things were getting difficult to arrange.
Although managed to pickup a freelancer Indonesian from Shennanigans (under Hyatt). Short time back in room just RM$150.
Near Hyatt, you will the see big "Strawberry" building illuminated at night. Seems this place is for Government / VIP or those with too much cash. Prices supposedly start at RM$700 for Chinese imports, but I didn't verify this personally.

Here's my 2sen worth on the cheonging scene in Miri. I was working in Miri for nearly 2 years before moving to another town in Sarawak recently.
The Miri scene was ok provided one knows where to look. If one goes to those karaoke or night club, it can cost as much as 500 for ST with PRC. On top of that, the hotel room, etc.
A good place to go where the PRCs are ok is Hollywood Karaoke. They actually have rooms for ST. Just approach the OKT or Mummy. The OKT is very friendly with recommemdations etc. IMHO. Bear in mind, the place is more local friendly. I've some foriegn friends who are turned away! However, the quality of the girls varies and the nos of PRC are limited. 5 - 6 only. But can also get Indon.
Room is upstairs and very basic. I think the bed sheet should be changed more often!! And toilet is not attached. So one'll have to walk around with nothing but a towel.
Damage is 250 for ST. I've never tried LT, but I think it's 600-700. It's not much but I find it definitely better than Loving.

Fata Hotel has girls. It's a simple case of asking any of the staff there.
Hilton hotel, the fillipino and indo groups that sing there usually have girls with them. If you play your cards right, they will follow you back to your room if the price is right. Even the singers will provide service. Also, when I was there, there always used to be single girls hanging around the lounge as well. It's damn obvious what they do.
The same goes for the Eagles Nest. Sainter told me that he picked up a chick at a pub in Jalan Mendu some time back. Might be worth a check there. Don't pm him as he is still in mourning.
All of this also depends on your luck. I have been many times and not seen any girls. You have to be at the right place at the right time. Kuching is not like KL, it is not organised.

When were you at the Hilton Hotel when you saw single available girls hanging around at the Lounge? Usually such girls hang around at the pubs across from the Hilton, not at the Hilton. A good many of such girls actually earn a commission from customer's drink. What they do after hours is their business and none of the pub's business.
