Tips for recharging time

I'm good once its up and hard I rock on, but being 30 something lately running into times where after one pop its taking longer times to recharge for next round, if it recharges. Leaning towards quickies as booking a full hour date and only one round fulfilled like just watching money burn. (I've had extremely rare instances where house girl agreed to honor hour rate but split it into 30 minute mini rounds to accommodate this recharging situation)

Any remedies, diet suggestions, lifestyle suggestions (I don't smoke, no substance, maybe 2 beers / month).

Your General fitness / Sex specific Stretching eg Kegel exercise.

Your General health and hygiene (clean health, wash gently and dry thoroughly before and after. Use mild disinfectant / mouth wash after).

The room temperature will affect your performance and recovery. Cooler will generally be better.

Avoid eating within 2-3 hours of the event. Drink plenty but minimize within an hour of the event unless you do watersports.

My feedback for age 40+:

If 3 times in a day, next day is a complete rest day.

If 2 times per day. No more than 3 consecutive days and then take next 2 days off.

If 1 per day. Can do it every day.

In general aim for 3-6 hours between each completion and preferably include at least a 2 minute cold shower and a nap. Make use of Hotel Spa facilities such as Saunas and a Cold Dip. Always finish with a 2 min cold shower / dip.

If I knock two off within an hour no more action for the rest of the day.

Booking 30 min sessions are preferable. Better to extend if needed rather than commit to 60 mins. Recovery can start sooner.

If you only have 1 day available to play. Good luck and discover your limitations.

Note: if you blue / yellow pill, it affects when your recovery can begin.

This is phenomenal guidance. But it strikes me as overly pessimistic.

I wish we had doctors in the US that were like some of the doctors my gay friends have. They help them with every aspect of going out and banging as many dudes as possible. PReP, Looks-maxing, ED and drugs to max out T and minimize recovery time. Us straight men in this hobby either have to deal with moralizing doctors or have to rely on "bro-science" to figure out what to do.

In my own case, I only get a few trips per year. Maybe a total of a month per year away from home. I want to maximize that time by banging as many hot chicks as I can. My problem is that after banging 2-3 girls per day, I stop being able to finish. I can bang the girls forever and never even start to feel the buildup toward an orgasm. The only cure I've found is, as this post suggests, taking a day off. But I can't afford to waste a day. And I don't understand why I can't finish. And the problem seems to be getting much worse every year. When I'm home alone and can just jerk-off, I can bust 5-7 nuts a day. Having a limitation of being able to only climax a couple of times per day is probably more than the average guy, I suppose depending on your age. But many with normal T levels can't do that even. And messing with testosterone if you are not low already is a risky business, and it can backfire on you so your choice I guess, but if it ain't broke best not to try to fix it.

Boosting your dopamine level should reduce the refractory period. This is the basis of the Coolidge Effect. Natural dopamine agonists include Velvet Bean (Mucuna Pruriens), Maca root and Tongkat Ali (Longjack). Parkinson drugs like Cabergoline also do this. The Medjools dates are bigger in size and more expensive.
3 to 4 dates every day is good enough. Meaning, just don't eat dates 5 days before your trip!
