Anything in excess is a curse, not a cure
As far as I read, don't consume these for a period of time. Give them a break. It has its own side effects if consumed in excess over a period of time.
Start and stop them. How about consulting an ayurvedic doc and asking if you can switch something like shilajit for some time, ashwagand for some time and so on.
In moderation, it is good. Just these shilajit or ashwagandha may not helo. They should be supplemented by healthy habits.
Excercise, Hit workouts, fruits like pomegranate, leafy veggies and so on. Focus on diet, workouts, have one steady relationship, practice edging and other techniques.
Multiple partners might give some sort if kick. But, in the long run, a steady relationship with someone whom you connect with, can be more blissful. Obviously chances are less for males, but if you are in age, give it a shot.
Ayurved, or whatever, consult an expert before you pick that dose. You don't have to put stress on your kidneys and other organs for a few minutes of pleasure, and we don't have to or we are not obliged to let her climax especially if is paid sex.
The max she will do is fake it, as she might have had enough. So don't stress about it, unless it bothers you. Its all in our brain.
