When it comes to height, hard physical activity at young age also reduces the length of the bones. So it is not a black and white thing. But roughly speaking.

Weight training isn't exactly hard physical labor. There are also child labor laws so you wouldn't be able to observe the effects.

Unless, of course hard labor means an over worked state with no time for rest or sleep. Then, the cause would be lack of sleep.

Not labor as you say, but activity. This is different. What the study said was that microfractures causes the time it would take to grow longer bones, turn into time taken to heal.

Hence the need for teenage boys to "lay up" on the stacks when it comes to deadlifts and squats. Or so I've heard.

Because it's not backed up by what we know about physiology. So long as adequate nutrition and rest is provided to meet demand and traumatic injury does not occur, that claim had no basis, just an urban legend perpetuated in the 90's. Stressors such as proper weightlifting or any high intensity exercise, even in adolescence, promotes human growth hormone release, the major player in bone length promotion during adolescence (most certainly not testosterone).

You don't want to interfere with the growth. There is also something like muscle memory. Someone that doesn't reach a peak when they have the potentional are probably at a lower level later. I read that about testosterone. If I was beast, but you never became a beast. I am more beastly after time has past. My body remembers being a beast. Your body can't imagine it. The body tells you when to ease up. I imagine sprints or American Football is worse than weight lifting.

It is not like they wait for a gymnast to stop growing before they train.

There was a servant next door who was very short and my dad said that it was due to lack of protein in her diet. That has stuck with me since then.

I didn't like soup and told my parents I didn't want to take pills to become NBA player, but strong healthy with great stamina and resistance, not even needing to train to be faster than 3 times World champion but too heavy Sagan in steep part of Loze when not so difficult than Zoncolan and Mortirolo.

Families there used to have many children and like only one cow in the backyard. Children were basically fed with the milk of that cow.
Of course this changes now as the families send their daughters to work abroad and basically one third of Romanian population is.
Working abroad and sending money home.

Poverty often give bad or yellow black teeth. You have poor Bulgarians with bad teeth going to misery business in AO RTC. Most Romanians are usually less than 160 bare feet, reason why what is rare worth more for me, taller than 170 bare feet, meaning around 190 on plastic prostitutes heels. When saw new fresh full natural 175 bare feet Cameron. Ro at Samya, when no mountain climbing on week end, but couldn't resist for this new climbing with sweet nice girl for 80.
