Follow-up to unanswered GYE question
Non-pro clubs and working-girl friendly bars.
Can anyone name a few of these establishments in Guayaquil in the "entertainment" districts? I'm thinking of normal bars where working girls are accepted, as well as bars where all of the girls are working, but without the salida fee.
Someone (maybe Doom a while back) mentioned Discoteca Fizz, located at Av. Francisco de Orellana in front of the World Trade Center building. Any further details (prices, music, type of crowd, best times, etc.)? Any other place like this? I enjoy hanging out late. For example, Help in Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza and the now-defunct Mr. Babillas in Bogota, Tequila Rocks in Lima, etc....
Also, any target-rich bars/restaurants/discos where non-pros chicas are friendly, in abundance, and agreeable to hooking up?

(tourist pics attached)
arrived on friday nite 7/27 to a very nice, clean, modern airport; only lima’s airport rivals this one; very functional, well-lit and well-spaced; caught an official taxi out front; cost $5 to my hotel in centro (downtown)
taxis - i found that most taxis charge the $5 to/from airport; from my hotel to zona rosa or the malecon, approx. 10 blocks away - $1.50-$2.00; to club fizz; $3 to calle 18; $3-5 to duran (imperio/el gato) in the day
hotel rizzo – stayed there for 2 nights with the matrimonial weekend special (3 days, 2 nights, including all meals for a total of $80usd for two people); with this special, no overnight guest fee charged; located a block away from parque seminario on av. clemente ballén 319 y chile (www.rizzohotel.com); i found it okay, but i wasn’t all too satisfied with my room (312); too small, over-used bed as one side was worn-out; hot water was promised, but not working most of the weekend; the restaurant was unfamiliar with the matrimonial weekend package which had to be cleared up each time i went there, and then the food was lacking; the staff was cool, but i found a better place to stay, right across the street
hotel plaza – st. rafael. – av. chile 414 y clemente ballen (www.hotelplazasr.coom) ; located down the block from the best western and one block away from parque seminario; around the corner from centro commercial unicentro; single room costs $25/nite; double $30; a/c, cable, and hot water in each room; breakfast included in cost; best of all, free high-speed wi-fi in the cafeteria; staff was cool; got my laundry done for free there; very guest-friendly
note: avoid room 103, very dilapidated, not representative of the two other rooms that i personally visited there
parque seminario – “parque de las iguanas” – a lazy public park located in the middle of downtown which has been turned into a sanctuary for a group of iguanas that made it home and wouldn’t leave; now, it’s a tourist attraction for both foreigners and natives; the city has embraced it and maintain the park daily; the iguanas are very docile and playful creatures, esp. with kids; sometimes even hams for the cameras; worth checking out
hotel sol de oriente - 1st floor – spa oriente – sauna/massages/hair stylist/facils/etc – normal massages with no “happy endings”; $12/30 mins - jessica/nubia (both i'd rate no more than a 6; both around 28-30 yo); since the masajistas only make $0.60 (that’s right) per 30 min. massage, and since the place is closed on sundays, they are willing to meet you at your hotel for massages; you must be discreet in this fashion; i set up an appointment for a 1 hour massage in my hotel for sunday at noon for $30; i got a great massage plus full service; unsure whether that’s normal, but i got it nonetheless
malecon 2000 – renovated modern boardwalk; mostly populated by families and groups; nothing too special, but if in guayaquil and bored; a good place to just hang out
resaca – restaurant on the malecon; reasonable happy hour prices 2 for 1 drinks and appetizers, nice view, normal crowd; decent place but not as much traffic as i would have hoped for
barrio las peñas - houses down the hill – i climbed the 444 steps to the top to get to the lighthouse; legs hurt like shit after i came back down; worth the trip, but i'd recommed you stretch before tackling it; saw a couple of cuties who lived up there; didn’t approach as i was already sucking wind
malecon de salado – located on av 9 de octubre past amadeus boat (about 3-4 blocks); more local than tourists; generally local musical performances and couples/families down there; not much to do there; if bored; check it out; no need to make a special trip here
el colonial - bar en la zona rosa - happening, reasonable drink prices during happy hour
piranha - around the corner from el colonial to left
cc san marino - us priced mall down the street from club fizz - plenty of well-to-do folks here on wkd - and chicks
club fizz – located about 15 mins away from downtown; $5 taxi ride at night; $15 cover charger to enter, but with admission to a smaller bar next to disco; upscale crowd; very reasonable drink prices, as i had 2 glasses of old parr whiskey, 2 red bulls, a bottle of water, and a pack of cigs all for under $20; crowd was mostly young 18-25 yo; pretty friendly chicas in groups and with dates; had my pro detector up and think i spotted a couple but lost them in the crowd; after dancing, retired to the smaller bar across the walkway; had another drink, then headed back out to play at amadeus
next up, the monger scene

Guayaquil Report - Monger part
Friday night 7/27
La Habana - Arrived too late to head to Club Fizz, so I left the hotel around 1:00 am in search of whatever. Figured I’d check out La Habana since it was close to downtown and appeared to be open late. $3 taxi from centro. Taxi took Av. Chile up past the overpass at CC Bahia and made a right on Av. Cuenca, made a left about 3 miles up, then a right, I lost street names, but we were there in 10 mins tops; a hole-in-the-wall type of peña; $3 no cover - $23 ($20 for girl, $3 for room); domestic beer (Club verde) cost $1; approx. 10-12 chicks on hand, 10 of which were fat, I’m talking having spare tires all around the waist fat; 8 of them were also past their sell-by date by 5 years; I spoke with one of the slimmer options, bought her a beer to pull some info out of her, she gave me her number, but had no intention of using it as she wasn’t my type; turns out the other slim chick wasn’t working, just hanging out with her. She offered an intro, but I was ready to go and hunt elsewhere.
Grabbed a taxi in front to Amadeus Boat – cost $3.50
Amadeus Boat - Arrived at Amadeus Boat around 2:00 am, located at El Rio y 9 de Octubre - $10 entrance fee includes a $6 credit toward a drink of your choice; Reminscent of a US strip club set-up, except that there are rooms and sofas away from the main strip stage where you can talk with the chicks; I found this to be THE talent grove for P4P while I was there; the talent is certainly the best that I saw of 5-7 places in Guayaquil, but it costs much more than other places; it’s a hard-sell place, with hustlers wanting a drink immediately upon saying “Hello” and offering a 3 song strip tease for $50; some offering one FS session for $80-100; it closes at 3:00 am – 4:00 am
It was here that I met Sandy, a sandy blond paisa, cuerpada, high energy, great personality chick from Medellin (Bello); IMO, she’s the top chick there and she works it like that; she’ll get whatever price she wants, as the desperation for a hot chick is high; she’s referred to as “La Colombiana”; we had a great time and had made arrangements to hook up after she got off; she started at $100, wouldn’t budge lower than $80, we agreed at that price for TLN until whenever I was ready to get rid of her; she went off to dance on stage; got a better offer, probably more than $100 (LOL!!!); we never hooked up
Around 3:00 am, I called my taxi dude from earlier to take me to Imperio; taxi charged me $8 at that time; it was closed as was El Gato next door; so on the way back, we swung back by Isla de Tesoro; it was already closed, but the girls were hanging out in front, looking for extra cash; taxi driver said they will ask all kinds of prices, but agree to no more than $40-50 for one session; after interviewing a few of them, I grabbed the leader who I referred to as “Tetona”; approx. 28 yo, ok body even after 2 kids; 2 hours cost me $40 with her; decent session, no issues, no problems, willing provider (pic below)
Saturday 7/28
La 18 - cuenca y milagro, make left off of cuenca, next right - 2 block stretch incl el mil amores (1000 loves), bavaria - just about a waste of time; words can't do this place justice; first of all, it stinks like a sewer out there, and there's no getting around that; 2nd, when it's hot and sunny, the sewer smell amplifies; the girls are dressed in bikinis on a two block stretch; of over 100 chicks to be seen, only 4 might have been worth doing; while you can grab a table and have a beer, I bought a couple of beers from one of the bars, did the loop 3x, then headed to Imperio, as the taxista who took me there laughed and said I would; if I were a Vigra/Cialis taking dude, I could taken 10 pills and my dick wouldn't have budged here
taxi from la 18 to imperio at 3:30 pm $5 - 20 min drive
Imperio - $0.25 cover to get in; $0.70-$0.90 Club Verde beer; strong fans to cool you off; pornos on TVs; strip show every hour; and even a dude singing vallenatos/merengues; large area in front of the rooms that line the walls with tables for you to just hang out and check out the scene, and/or recover with a beer or water before/after a session; 100 dudes, 20-25 rooms - 7 chicas worth doing - $7 for 15 min - yvette in middle - one wk on job and disinterested, looks great in a bikini though - pinkish floral pattern - probably wouldn't repeat with her, but I would return for others in hindsight; I'd recommend; closed on Sundays, Mon-Sat 10a - 12a
El Gato - right next door to Imperio - open on Sun afternoons - 10 chicas working - 4 were decent
Odesiel - known as "la romana" - located in la zona rosa on junin and across panama - make left out of el colonial past piranha - make right at corner, which is junin - walk 2-3 blocks up to panama (banco de some shit), cross over panama, one door past #804, if open, was closed on sunday, and monday as of 8:00p
Vikingo - went by on a Monday evening around 8:00 but only 3 girls on-site; decided not to enter; seemed like a decent-looking place; unsure of prices
NOTE: Sunday evenings are completely dead. I mean, absolutely nothing open, including bars, restaurants and definitely no P4P places. I ended up in the Hampton Inn casino gambling, where I couldn't even get a drink since there was some sort of ley seco (dry law).
At around, 12:00 am, I drove around with a taxista for about 90 minutes going to every spot he and I knew, including a trip to El Surburbia way the fuck out in east bumfuck (NOT recommended, as it was a rough-looking ghetto) looking for a spot called La Salsa; we get there and there's a bunch of dudes hanging out in front of of what appeared to be a converted corner house; there were a few girls sprinkled in, but not worth the headache; the taxista was cool and I probably would've been okay; gave the taxista $16 for the trip in total
I recommend locking in a few chica numbers from Saturday night and making plans for Sunday, if not just locking in your Saturday nite pull
Summation: Guayaquil was okay, but I wouldn't recommend solely going there for p4p. Nor solely for tourism. The weather and altitude in GYE is much better than Quito, but even the beaches are 2 hours away. The Quito scene is way better all-around and much more functional each day of the week. I didn't see the hot chicas of Guayaquil that I'd heard about either. The chicas from Manabi that I ran into, were only lighter-skinned, but nothing so special. This includes one that I met in Amadeus. Kind of disappointing. Next trip to Ecuador will be Quito again. Much more variety, between non-pro bars and putas.
