meeting a non-pro
Indeed I was also so repulsed by the pros on my first visit to Sosua that I returned at least 50 times more in search of a nottaputa. As I failed miserably in my search for the nottaputa in DR, I have now concentrated my endeavors in the Philippines. Seems I am failing miserably there too.
PLC f/k/a Slippery
Lol. I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. Visiting Sosua and the Phillipines as you seek to avoid pros entirely would be like backstroking in a swimming pool while complaining how hard it is to stay dry.
Assuming you're not kidding though you can try to meet people before going via sexyono (for spanish countries) and latinlovesearch (which I heard about here first.)
You can also try volunteer-traveling by working at charity in the destination country and hang out with the locals you meet who all live in country. Let them know you're in the market.
And lastly you can travel with an study-abroad college program that will have you taking classes at a local instituion that also has local students. Or visit the country and then enroll in a class there unconnected to a study abroad program; like a spanish language class. Volunteering probably needs a minimum of two weeks while a study abroad class is a month and more normally.
These are all ways you can meet non-pros in addition to hanging around the malls and talking to women on the street during a vacation. But I think it's safe to say people seeking non-pros don't visit a red-light district in a country and hang out in bars there. It's like walking into pizza parlors all day then saying you're repulsed by pizza and you're really looking for sushi.

Venturing out

Been to Sosua 4+ times so I have a right to comment. It is true that I am not interested in nasty pros. Its why after day 1 of my first trip there I ventured out of Sosua to the surrounding area. You should try it.
If you are not interested in nasty pros why did you come to Sosua in the first place????? You ventured out of Sosua on day 1 of your first visit hence you did return at least 3 more times??????
If you did not like Sosua in the first place why didn`t you go to other places instead such as Santo Domingo, Santiago, Las Terrenas, Samana, Moca, Bonao, Bani...
I will only be in Sosúa for 2 and a half days. I speak fluent Spanish but where would I venture out to? Would it be dangerous? Where would I and other Spanish-speaking mongers go in search of chicas? Are there small towns in the vicinity of Sosúa that are promising? Thanks for any information and tips.

Ek
Been to those places too. What I said was a joke!!

Go to Los Charamicos, Montellano, Sosua Abajo, La Union, El Tablon...
Check out the city of puerto plata, especially university campuses for exemple UASD in Puerto Plata
Go to cabarete which is a famous wind surf destination and usually attracts a younger crowd.
Cabarete and Puerto Plata can be easily reached by taxis or carros publicos. The price for carros publicos from Sosua to Puerto Plata is round about 35 pesos each way, it might be more expensive right now due to high gas prices. Carros publicos leave Sosua at la bomba (gas station)
You can take a moto to los charamicos, Sosua Abajo, La Union...
Los charamicos, Sosua Abajo,... can be dangerous at night, use common sense; leave your belongings at the hotel ( no watch, jewelery...)
In case you take a carro publico do not bring a wallet, put your money in your shoes as in such taxis you might easily be the victim of pickpockets (4 persons on the backseats and 2 in the front seat)
When you take a carro publico you can get off wherever you feel like you just tell the driver to pull over.

Sosua area questions
I will be making a July 4 trip to Sosua. This will be my fourth trip to the area. I have two questions I'm hoping you guys may be able to answer. Just fyi. I did a search and wasn't having much luck.
1. Where in Charmico's in a decent place to visit (bar, restaurante etc.) I walked some of Charmicos on one trip but it was pretty early and didn't much. Not sure if I was in the right area. I walked on the other side of the beach and went up the stairs and kind of did a large circle.
2. I'm well aware of Classicos in Sosua. Is there a small bar in Caberete called Classicos as well? A chica on my last trip said there was on in Caberete. I asked if you meant Sosua and she replied no. Caberete.
Thanks in advance and I hope to give a short report on my return.

Returning to Sosua in September and though I have travelled to other parts of the D. R. On the South Coast I never went to Los Charamicos, Montellano, Abajo, La Union, El Tablon or the city of Puerto Plata.
Am considering renting a motorcycle for 1 or 2 days and checking a couple of them out. I am bringing my helmet with me. Any input on this idea would be appreciated as far as safety etc. Where to go, where not to go. I of course will only be travelling by day.
Thanks in advance

I like Maranata as well,, But to tell you the truth, you wont run into anything but drunk Dominicans there and maybe NO working girls for all the woring girls will have either gone to P.P. or Sosua or Cabarete. Its kinda funny though seeing ALL the working girls from the club the night before walking around these little towns in the day..

For the record
For the record, I never said I was "repulsed" by ho's.....ho's are great. What I said was that in Sosua, its the same old, tired ho's. You guys who go there often know that its a small town and you see alot of the same faces trip after trip. You want some smokin' ho's in the DR? Then go to Santo Domingo. Lots of unjaded sweet ho's to be had.
As to "monogamous" sex....uh, I am sure I never said that.
"Good girls" who you have a connection with will fuck you like no 'ho would ever know how to. They'll do things 'ho's have never even thought of. I have the proof but would never consider posting them on the internet....ever.
So what are we talking about here?
#1. Go to So-sewer and go "ho-banging"
#2. Travel, talk, develop some "relationships" with clerks, cashiers, students. In the DR, its a day or two of being nice and sweet talking. Of course they don't want "payment"...they're not ho's! Buy them a little something before you leave though....
By trip #5, this was my event schedule:
Day 1. Fly in, bang a couple of cute SD ho's
Day 2. Take a bus to Bonao and meet up with the girl you met in Santiago at the bus station on trip #1 as you were headed out of Sosua. Have your girl fuck your brains out twice before dinner. Have dinner with the family, and fuck again. Maybe take a walk around town with her and have an ice cream later.
Day 3. Take a bus to La Vega from there and meet the girl you met at the UofSD on trip #2 after you left Sosua AGAIN. She'll show you her city and fuck you silly since she knows you have "business" the next day in Santiago.
Day 4. Instead of Santiago, you go to Moa to meet up with that cute cashier you met on trip #3. Yup, you guessed it. She's flattered you came to visit. She's on the rag, but blows you on the way to her house and offers up her ass later, after dinner of course :)
Day 5 & 6.Head to Santiago and spend 2 days with the bombshell you met on the bus from Sosua to Santo Domingo last trip. You remember...the one who was 5' 9", all legs and lips like Angelina Jolie? In between fucking see the city. Santiago is a real economic powerhouse and the surrounding farms are fucking beautiful.
Day 7: Go hobangin' in Santo Domingo. Try the Girls Club or maybe one of the girls from the Jaragua Casino. Yeah, its 2500 pesos but these are smokin' girls.
Only 500 pesos more than a Sosua Skanks asking price....a pittence for quality.
Day 8. Fly home and put your dick in traction for a week.....oh yeah, don't forget to keep up with emails from all the other ones you met on this trip and to stay in contact with the ones already in the stable ;)
Repulsed by ho's??? NO
A ho-banger?? Yes, but not skanky ones
Monogamous?? Yeah, right.....
Prefer real GFE over Skank Theatrics?? Absolutely
So how was your 25th trip to So-sewer Mr Lazy?

Rover on motorcycle
Bring your credit card when riding your motorcycle.
In the event of an accident the hospital will not let you leave until your bill is paid. It is a blast to rent and ride dirt bikes in the D. R.

Not quite my 25th trip, but it went well. Thanks for asking.
OK I give, you are a stud supreme. Your ability to have sex with women who aren't prostitutes astounds me. Please continue to regal us with your adventures. Happy now.

If I had the ability to achieve such daily conquests I sure as shit wouldn't be wasting anytime on this board.

Always happy, no matter what. I am certainly no stud, but do follow good advice from others. Besides, I always like a good argument :)

This board is PRECISELY why I am able to do so even while in my 40's. Lots of good advice over the years. We all pick up the advice we are looking for and ignore others. I see guys doing it in their 60's.....
Bottom line....everyone's different and everyone has a different opinion. My point was that there are many ways to skin a cat. Understanding the culture, speaking a little of the language and getting out into the mainstream is just another way to do it.

Or be that impressed with his ability to pick up women. Last time I was that impressed I was 17.

FYI sparky, I speak the language very well and I have dated women who aren't hookers. I come here for the hooker logistics but if there are guys here who need me regal them on my dating history then they can send me a PM. I don't need to come here to learn how to pick up women. Carry on, your tale was quite entertianing.
