Not at all. All it takes is one time to cause you a life of problems. There are all kinds of scams going on in sosua. I had a mother offer me her 17 year old daughter like it was no big deal.
The europa caught a girl trying to use a fake ID with me and I thanked them. Sosua is a tiny little town that runs off the sex trade and whatever scams go with it. If you think it is something to be taken lightly :
1. I would hate to be your wingman.
2. You are giving invalid information
Always go the extra steps that way you have your ass covered.
Sorry to bark but I could have easily gotten in trouble if the staff at the europa wasn't watching my back. The new garden will do the same thing for you.
Be safe and never take your security for granted.
I agree with you 100%. I was over that way the other night and saw some chicas who looked so under-age that I wouldn't bother with them even if their cedulas looked legitimate.
5) anal? after some trips to Brazil, I got used to banging chicks in the a$$. Too bad Rio is +10 hours from NYC. Anyhow, I recall DR chicks are not into that...any changes.
You can find girls in the DR, like anywhere else, who will do whatever you want. Simply ask, in Spanish, when negotiating. As for me, personally, it's not a deal breaker. When I have the girl, I start with a finger. If she doesn't want to, I simply continue with the other stuff.

if you have any doubt, then decline the company.

Hey art. I see where you said the new garden would check for a id for you. What really happens. Yes the guard checks for a id. Then if the girl dosnt have one. Then the tip for the guard shit starts. It happen a few times with me. Brought a girl back about 2:00 am (she looks about 25) so I can't say for sure but isn't even close to 18. She has no id. As she talks to the guard. I walk over and say "no id ". Sorry no problem. Good night. 10 seconds later I see the guard tell her "how long you stay " no sleeping all night. She asks me for a extra 100 pesos and I say if you want to stay you pay him out of your money. She does. As I told the group of guys that I was with. The only person I don't trust in this town. Is our guard at the hotel. And I told that to him myself. He checks out your girls like he is the one going to do the screwing. I hope someone that runs the new garden hotel reads this. As that guy is bad for your bussiness. Oh yeah. Sosua is a blast and will only get better with more trips.
Whereabouts is it located?
he club is located in the new casino building right by Sosua Bay Hotel. When I was there in January it was not open but when I returned in March it was operating. When Classico's closes down at roughly 2 AM many of the girls and guys who have not hooked up head over there. From Classico's you walk towards the beach on the main drag, past PJ's and past the walkway down to the beach. It's in the new big building on the right hand side of the street. I think the club is on the second floor if I remember right. You can't miss it. Never did check it out as I was either too tired or had found some company by that time. Anybody else been there? Would like to hear some reports.

I wouldn't get involved...find another chica the next day. Both lorenzo and wilfried will assist you during the day. At night you are on your own so use common sense. If you have a doubt don't do it.
I agree with you 100%. I was over that way the other night and saw some chicas who looked so under-age that I wouldn't bother with them even if their cedulas looked legitimate.
How do you know if the cedulas is legal or not? As I understand, it verifies age and recent health status ( from date of exam). So, I should only use if for age? Also, I get the impression that Sausa is a small town with the most opportunity per area.

I've never heard of cedulas (Id's) being used to verify health status..has anyone else?
It's not easy to tell what is real and what is not. My advice would be to have a resident show you theirs. They would know better than anyone else .
A common practice is to use a friends ID. I got fooled by this last time before my hotel noticed the error and turned her away. These girls change hairstyles like socks and alot have similar facial traits. Add the fact that an ID could have been taken a few years ago and that complicates it even more.
Also a girl will tell you she has no ID in order to go to a short term hotel.Sometimes a hotel might not let a girl in due to problems in the past. Everybody knows everybody in sosua. It' a tiny beach town.
My take is if a hotel doesn't want a girl in the room for whatever reason that is good enough for me to agree not to session with her. There has to be a legit reason for it.
Yes sosua is the place to be. Others will argue. Start with sosua then branch out when you feel comfortable.

health status?

bottom line, the biggest no-no is an **** girl. if she looks ****, she probably is, if she looks it and has no cedula, she definitly is.

Cedulas
Thank's everyone for the information. It is an important piece of information that could mean a very long stay or catching your plane back home.

Cedula
In a thread on the Puerto Plata section I posted about a situation like that (which actually happened on a trip over to Sosua, I wonder if it was the same girl). A girl who looked about 15 had attached herself to a friend of mine. On questioning about her cedula, she disappeared and came back with her sister's cedula, and she could have passed for the pic on it.
Why risk wrecking your trip when so many legit and legal stunners are walking past while you're sitting there scrutinizing some inexperienced teenager's paperwork? Forget it. Raise your arm, snap your fingers: Next!
In Sosua, its that easy to avoid a world of trouble.

Fake id's are very common in the RD so don't be surprised to find a 15 yr old girl with a cedula which is an i.d. they use to vote in elections at age 18.

If in doubt, walk away.
