Beer garden soi 7
Just for kicks I stopped by the beer garden a couple of weeks ago. Just a quick walk through to kill time. It was about 6 PM I believe and I was quite surprised to see more girls than guys. At least that is how it seemed. Some were actually pretty decent looking. Maybe a first in my experience as I have never seen that much talent in there at any one time. Because it was just a walk through I passed and found later what I was looking for.

Seemed promising when in the bar. Took her to my room, long shower, good massage, but poor performance, not into DFK (and I told her I like to kiss). Totally neutral when I went down on DATY, no response. Send her home after one hour, helped by an SMS of a friend of mine (which I used to say he wanted to go out: I used their own "friend calling" tactic)
Gave her 1000 +100 for taxi and bye bye.
She was probably hoping for a LT, but no way I wanted her in bed all night.
Typical hit or miss of occasional encounters as chemistry check at BG is limited.
Body was ok and pussy was baby shaved.

High budget. L'Appart at the Sofitel Sukhumvit.
Casual indoor. Something at Terminal 21.
Both places about a 15 minute walk to NEP or SC.
Sorry guys, may not be the bet thread to ask but I need a recommendation for a nice restaurant near Asoke or Nana station. Can be Thai, Western or Fusion. Doesn't have to be like the Vertigo but no street foor either. Want to spend two hours with a nice thai chick there but since she's not the one to bang afterwards have to get to Soi Cowboy quickly from there.
baan khanitha on soi 23, wanakarm on soi 23, isao sushi restaurant on soi 31, raan derm on soi 22, cabbages & condoms (a little touristy, but very good) on soi 12, monsoons on soi 8, & oskar's bistro on soi 11.
now if you really want to impress your date with how much taste and class you have and yet not break the bank, take her to bussaracum at 1 si wiang rd (off soi pramuan, one block south of silom). www.bussaracum.com. it is not near asok or nana, but who cares if you have 2 hours to kill and you want to dine really well. after your date take the bts back to asok.
eat well!

Now if you really want to impress your date with how much taste and class you have and yet not break the bank, take her to Bussaracum at 1 Si Wiang Road (off Soi Pramuan, one block south of Silom).

Eat well!
Absolutely agree with your comments on Bussaracum. Outstanding place.

Save the BTS money and eat at a noodle stall, very tasteful too and patronised by office clerks too who can be classy too.

eat well!
if you really want to impress and location is also not the biggest issue go to chakrabongse villa's.
a wonderful place for a kind of privatie dinning. you will need the whole evening (and hopefully the rest of the night with the lady) but. the investment is paying back (for sure, at least when i did this).
maharaj road, direct to the chao phraya river.

ME: sometimes I take my girls to elegant restaurants like Bussaracum on special occasions in which case we always take a taxi. More often I take my favorite Go Go girl to local places like "our" favorite restaurant, the Love Scene on Soi 23. What a place! She turned me on to it and you never know who you are going to bump into there, like another board member with his girl.
I too love street/stall food in BKK. There is a great little food scene developing on Soi 38 with a number of excellent stalls and closer to Cowboy, almost kitty corner across from the Admiral Premier, there is a very popular sidewalk restaurant that serves up very good food every night. I am getting hungry just thinking about it. So many great places to eat in BKK. There should be a thread just for BKK Eats.

And who told you she wasn't the one to bang afterwards? Those are the main ones, and you don't have to give them money. Shit most of the time we bang before and eat after. Don't be a lame, step up your game. Some of you guys try to make shit harder than it really is.

Past Cowboy and past the cut through Soi to Asoke. It is one of the better Thai venues in the city. Run by a true foodie who uses traditional recipes.

eat well!
plus one on isao. amazing place, but closed from the 7th till the 11th for their annual holiday. most thai food in the lower suk area is not so great and way overpriced for what you get. soul food mahanakorn on thong lor is great, bolan on 26, for isaan j goi at petchburi road near ratchatewi station will amaze. eatingthaifood. com is about the best blog i have seen for local obscure places.
