Yesterday I had a disaster with Colombianas in the Cafe Habanos.
Suprised to hear about your experience. I was there for five days and had a great time with many chicas. All Colombianas. Not to offend you, but could it be your charm

Dear all,
I am going back to Panama City after 2 years (see my reports dating back to Oct.2007). I read horrible news about latest changes: raids, La Bodeguita *closed* (????).
May I have an update on what I'm going to find next week? Is La Bodeguita still open and the best place to go at night? Or where else? street action?
(OK, RTFF first, but if you can help me with a good summary... :-) )
I have the opportunity to go to the Melia Panama Canal for a few days. Is it worth going at all, given its distance to most things in PTY? Is there any action in Colon?
Colon has some action, some strip joints akin to club miami, BUT unfortunately, Colon is absolutely not safe to be around
Made a mistake it is Santa ana not Santa fe. The island next to aruba I think you want is Curacao and you want Campo Alegre I like campo over sxm even thoght I going to sxm soon.
Ok, found it on the map. Thanks Paul. Of the three. For Columbians, which would you pick? St. Maartin, Curacao, Panama? I am leaning toward Panama. Been to Thailand, Phil. Have to try a Columbian!
Last, anyone know of any chance for a motorcycle or scotter rental in Panama? I have searched the web and only came up with one. Does anyone have a memory of seeing bikes for rent?
Thanks. And I hope to return the favor with pics.come next Feb.
The website : elcomplaciente.com is back for business.
Everything seems to be coming back to normal.
I am in Panama. My first night, I went to La Bodeguita and I walked around Veneto. What a disappointment!! The casinos are empty, some hos are around, but really not attractive. The street is empty. La Bodeguita is not the place I remembered anymore. Girls/men ratio approaching 1, and all girls are long-time experienced pros :-(
One even asked me 150$!
Only the walls are the same I remembered.
Gosh!! What can I do? I will head to la Bocatorena. Are thos clubs good at night too?

Disappointed from the area around Veneto at night, today I had a long walk in the city till the Casco Antiguo. My aim was mainly seeing some real Panamenian people, not the tourists and business people of El Cangrejo.
I went to the restaurant in the fish market "Mercado de Mariscos" right before entering el Barrio Chino, on the sea, at the end of Av. Balboa. I recommend it. The only problem is that it closes at 7pm. Good only for lunch.
I went to La Bocatoreņa and ALL the bars in the same street and nearby.
They are on the calle in front of the sea, which goes from the Mercado de Mariscos to Casco Antiguo.
I want to try again, but in all these places I have seen only one girl who I liked (La Mayor). The others look exactly as the place :-)
The quality is not the same as in La Bodeguita, so to say, although it is true that some girls might go there, with a different dress of course, and look not misplaced. However, the difference of price is exagerated: here you pay 20$ or so, in La Bodeguita they ask 100-150. Too expensive!
Fee: beer 1$, cover 3$ only at La Mayor, where there is also a strip show.
People: ONLY Panamenians, from lower-class to mid class (end of work day type), all busy drinking beers and chatting with girls, in same cases.
Close at 2am or later or before, it depends on how many people is there.
Dont be intimidated: the people is very quiet and has nothing against the foreigner.
I like to dig seedy places, but I think I will go back to La Bodeguita tonite.
I wish I had a car, to explore the street scene (it is out of the centre, impossible on foot, as far as I know)

I thought they were there looking for some guy taking the day off. I would not see them any other time of the day. In Boca Torena the rate is ten dollars six for the girl and four for the room do not spoil them.
I checked Habanos the other night, as reported by other fellows before, the number of "quality" girls has decreased and the prices quoted in general are a bit higher...
Has anybody ever tried one of the websites as "elcomplaciente"?
it seems to me that if the girls in Habanos and Venetto keep asking prices between 120 and 150, it might be interesting to explore other alternatives.
Thanks for your comments.
P.S. I will try to visit Golden Time to check the situation there.
Yes tried Elcomplaciente and girlpanama.com
The guy in elcomplaciente is straight forward but the guy at girlpanama.com is good and trys /understand your requirements better etc etc
I have done about 5-6 and I must say the girls are real. As real as it gets.

Thanks for the information
Greetings
Disappointed of Panama, I am now in San Salvador. I will stay here 2 more days, after my job duties, instead of getting back to Panama before going back home. Here there's a different style.
Folks, 150$ is the standard price asked by girls in Habanos and La Bodeguita. I negotiated down to 120, 100, but no less. This is crazy!!! Is this USA?
I understand if someone MUST go to Panama for work and than he feels the need to relieve the hitchy feeling at dick by going with these girls, but I would NEVER suggest to anyone to go here for mongering! This place has been a nightmare for me, this time. Even taxi drivers pissed me off: they honk you and chase you, as soon as you enter the 100m coverage radius of their detector. One, one night, even followed me for 100m or so, while I was walking, keeping on asking to go with him. They tend to overcharge foreigners. Those in front of La Bodeguita do their best to over-overcharge you and even want to take you to their hotel of choice.
You like Colombianas? Go straight to the source. 1 or 2 hours in CTG is 100$. Girls in MEdellin may cost from 10kCOP (worst SW, 5$) to 25k (casas and SW) and up in best casas, but with 300k you buy the full room. Bogota is more expensive than that, but still reasonable.
If you read back my reports of about 2 years ago, you'll see some useful information that is still valid.
One above all: for me, the best hotel to go with your girl of Habanos or La Bodeguita is Los Arcos, on Cl. Arusamena, 5 mins from the bars. It became more expensive than at that times, but it is still reasonable: 16$ for 1 hour (not enforced by knocking at the door, flexible). When you are ready to hand 150$ to the girl, this is a negligible add-on.
For one night, I think it costs like 40-50$.
I noted that the room was exactly as the room of the **** hotel close to Veneto where I was staying, but which was reported to cost officially 160$ (!!!!!!!) per night and actually 90$ when you ask the best rate.
The room is clean, wide, with good bathroom, aircon, TV. I think they have also Internet.
I am I on the 4 pm of 4 of nov my nonva is in at 7.00 pm from baq I arrivade at 300 can I cheek in at the centernoamerian hotel in Panama AND get to boca torena get laid in ten minutes tops and back to the airport and I have the america express vip card for the the clubs at the airport what do you think.
