As per your request: The Tashkent v. Kishinev Comparison
Dirk Dingy,
At the risk of sounding repetitive, and due to your brilliant linguistic and writing abilities, as well as your very explicit and graphic report: Can i ask you to compare Chisinau to Tashkent?
It will be as immensely helpful and highlighting as your Kirghistan-Uzbekistan comparison!
Thanks again for all the valuable info you are feeding us!
Looks of the Girls
Statistically speaking, I believe that the average girl in Moldova is better looking than the average girl in Uzbekistan. Moldova seems to have an abundance of 6.0-7.2 women. While some women in Uzbekistan are very beautiful, there are some ethnic Uzbeks that can be quite ugly. It’s been my experience that ethnic women [Indian Arab, Stanian ()] are either very beautiful or very ugly. However, Uzbekistan has more stunners left than Moldova does. It’s possible to find 8s and 9s in Tashkent while in Moldova those types of women are long gone.
I originally was in Moldova in ’05, and while the Grade A chicks had been picked over, there were still some stunners around. Now, in Chisinau, most of the C-level chicks have gotten out. The best that you can hope for in Chisinau now are students that haven’t left yet.
Conversely, while many top level Uzbek chicks may be out of the country, they seem to return much more frequently than the Moldovan chicks do. In essence, while the Golden years may have already passed Tashkent by, there are still more than enough good looking women to go around.
This is not true in Moldova.
Also, remember, Tashkent has around 3 million people and Chisinau has less than a 1/3rd of that (750k); therefore, the mathematics of the game favor Tashkent.
Competition
I was recently back in Chisinau to see my buddy’s baby, and I was shocked at how jaded the scene there had become. I went to Drive with an old fling of mind that now lives in Hamburg, and the place was FULL OF SEX TOURISTS—Greeks, Italians, a gang of Turks, and two Dutch guys.
And Jews from Israel…some of them doing business there, many simply saying that they do…but all of them trying to play the big fish in the pond.
In Tashkent, the only Westerners I saw there were at the Irish Pub or at my table in the disco—and when my German mate wasn’t up to go out it was just me.
Availability of P4P
Perhaps this is the most disappointing aspect of the scene for Moldova: there is no defined sex industry in Kishinev. Unless one lives there long term or has connections, it’s not easy to find quality P4P in Moldova…or rents an apt from Essi ()… Any decent Moldovan hooker is plying her trade outside of Moldova.
In Tashkent, there are defined P4P locations: Diplomat, Rich Club, Skybar, and Julianos. All of these places have tons of *****s in them for reasonable rates.
Attitude of girls
Tashkent wins hands down. These girls are not spoiled-- even though some of them have been--and have an air of eastern hospitality about them.
I was truly impressed with the niceness of the girls in Tashkent. This may have been because I am of prime marriage age and many of the girls there are seriously marriage minded.
I visited a few marriage agencies, looking for serious potential mates and I was not disappointed.
I Moldova, the girls are jaded, or should be by now, and they are blatantly looking to suck something from you. In Tashkent, they are as well, but not as blatantly.
The one positive that Kishinev has over Tashkent is that the Moldovan girls are very fun loving and are always up for a party. Anytime you wanna take them out and drink they are up for it..they just can’t say no. In Tashkent, they try to appear more conservative.
Stuff to do aside from P4P
Moldova sucks. I lived there and had to get the fuck outta there every other weekend or I went nuts….except for pussy the place is small and barren and full of dumb ass dudes.
Uzbekistan has the mountains, a decent lake, and some great historical sites in Buhkara and Samatkand. I guess once you do them once it’s enough, but weekend jaunts in Moldova are restricted to Bucharest and Pionna Brasov which can cost some dough and require a visa for the dwamna.
Misc
The Uzbek masses, like the Moldovan proletariat, are a fairly dumb lot, but they seem to be more hospitable and are more tolerant.
Both places are fairly safe, and Uzbekistan is a politically repressive police state. That’s splendid for you and me because 5-0 will make reasonably sure that you are not jacked. I would not go frolicking around in the South by the Afghan border or in the area that borders Tajikistan unless one wished to be acquainted with Kalashnikov version of fundamentalist Islam
I got drugged and robbed by some hookers in Chisinau a few years ago, but, surprisingly, I bear no grudge re the incident and find it more humorous than anything else…if I only I could have gotten my memory stick back.
Infrastructure
Moldova, likely by virtue of proximity to Europe, takes the prize here. One can use credit cards at ever-growing locations in Kish and ATMS are plentiful. In Tashkent, the lack of ATMs is a real *****. The few ones they do have are always out of money, rely on a dial up connection, and normally result in the issuing bank blocking the card until you call them to confirm that you are, in fact, attempting to withdraw money in Uzbekistan. One must rely on cash advances which can result in huge usage fees by the time the local bank takes its 3-4% commission and your own bank charges its own foreign transaction fees.
Moreover, in Moldova 1000 lei notes are printed which is about 80 bucks; in Uzbek the largest note is 100 som which is equivalent to 75 cents. You literally have to walk around with a sac full of money for a decent night on the town.
Tolerance
While this won’t matter to most mongers, the women of Uzbekistan are much more tolerant and open minded than the women in Moldova are. Uzbekistan is an incredibly diverse place, the people there have to get along, and the Uzbeks stereotype much less than the people in Moldova do. Although I would not doubt if someone went to Tashkent perpetuating ethnic stereotypes they would be accepted, but, it’s not an automatic like in Kish.
I’m curious to know what Prosal’s take on Tashkent is.
The one thing that we may me differ slightly on is that I found that the girls in Tashkent were very willing to hang out with me and not foreigner shy like in Moldova. My guess is that this can be contributed to the fact that the girls thought that I was serious dude and saw me as a potential long term mate. DirkDingy is actively looking to get of the game and to settle down with a beautiful, intelligent, former athlete; the girls were aware of this and acted accordingly.
I hope this helps.
Hope you plan on fucking trees and plants!

I wanna travel to Tashkent for mongering:
How do I get to see some girls if you guys dont bother.
With all the trouble Drek and Prudesol went to, to film street scenes and bazaar spices, they could have at least posted some Uzbek dyevochkas, even forgiving them for a total lack of porn or even some girls in bra and panties,......
but not even one female, just at the bazaar or on a damn sidewalk, after ALL that bragging?
Words wouldn't do justice but for the utter lack of respect this deserves, to dignify this atrocious act of laziness, therefore I shall withold commentary in this matter and let the board work it out.
Senior member such a dimvit!
How do I get to see some girls if you guys don't bother
I don't think that's why my question was sire! I simply asked two of them and I think your post's kind of irrelevant. Plus, probably you missed out on the last bit which said apologies if some member gets offended by my post. I wouldn't wanna waste my precious time in debating over such a childish post! Perhaps, you have nothing better to do in life, but, I do!
So I shall get back to that and thanks to all of you who PMed with the relevant information. The one on Chemicals market, am still awaiting posts.
Cheers
