The problem is evident: most of the receptionists and supervisors don't give a damn about the customer experience. Why would anybody confide in them? As in most FKKs they are largely jobsworth Romanian staff who could be complicit and paid off by the gangs.
It is not the job of customers to police an FKK, and a lot of trust has to be built up before they are going to get involved in a particular club's internal problems.
One more thing. In any club (or corporation) when managers sense that something is going on behind their backs, they think the answer is spying. But that just fosters more distrust and causes people to close up. The answer is not spying, the answer is good will. Mutual respect. Creating an atmosphere of openness so that nobody is in fear and everybody may speak freely about the problems. And never, never treating the customer as the enemy.
The "problem" is no doubt evident to you, but not so to many of us. Please bear in mind many who read here are currently stuck far away in their homeland and not able to experience Globe for many months now. The only way we have at the moment to keep in touch is what we read here.
Globe has always been a place where they want their girls constantly living in fear of punishment. They never speak up in fear of reprisal.
What are the SVs trying to catch girls / clients doing? Just by watching?
Clients being treated as enemies? Can you explain how that is happening.
They started with extremely loud music very early and continuous pumping the fog machine. Then a group of 15-20 already lubricated obnoxious guys showed up. I decided to leave earlier than planned.

They are not interested in feedback. Exceptional, you are Albanian. Then they prepare the red carpet for you.
I read (translated) reports on the club forum from Globe guys who now visit Club Elegant. They always make a point of how they enjoy that club with it's lack of "loud Balkan" music. It take that as a none too subtle swipe at Globe and DJ Sunny.
I have complained a couple of times at Globe about the music when I have been asked how my visit was when settling my bill. Clearly I'm not the only one who doesn't like it, and it has driven some clients to try out other clubs.
The trouble I see with a Globe business model based on young clientele is that it sucks for the girls. Over the past few years the place is so dead during the day, with many girls waiting until 7 pm onwards before making their first room for the day. Then they have to "entertain" those already lubricated obnoxious guys in the hope of getting another 30 min room.
When I first started going to Globe there were many older guys hanging out during the day. From conversations I had with them, they were either comfortably retired or doing well enough in business that they could sneak off to Globe a couple of days each week. So, great clients with plenty of spare cash to spend on the coveted long bookings. But not guys who want to be deafened by loud music.
As for us clients not complaining ... "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing".
Globe is the best, in my opinion. But if you are in the Zurich area, you should also try Club Amesia, also very good.
Thanks for the suggestion. I have no doubt Globe is the best in Zurich. I may end up going there two nights just not in a row.
Salaam S&S.
I'm not sure the patrolling is about that. In fact a week ago I saw a very public threesome on a non-Tuesday and nobody was interrupting their fun.
But I do think the excessive patrolling gives off a bad vibe. It's as if the supervisors saw the customers as a threat. If you are a business and you treat your customers as a threat, pretty soon you won't have customers.
That is not to say Globe should let everything run carefree. It does have problems to address. But it needs to understand that customers are not its problem. Its problem is gangs, and girls who act as gang operatives within the club, essentially operating as a competing business on the same premises. I could name them if I wanted to and if they piss me off any more I will.
It seems to me the supervisors are putting up a show of discipline and looking for easy targets instead of tackling the corruption that is deeply embedded in the club and which they must already know about unless they are completely blind.
So far the service I received in globe was fine, of course, I pay higher price than German FKK, but I was given what is promised, which is passionate DFK, DATY, BBBJ and good GFE sex.
Or you mean there are some girls grouping up in Globe to fix things or pimps or what do you mean by gang?

Show up in the afternoon, almost all girls are available. Get a couple of rooms, leave when the crowds show up. As well, Sunday to Wednesday it won't get crowded in the evening, or at least you won't have a horde of troglodytes showing up.

In 2016 I wasn't there that often. I had a favorite in Bumsalp. I'm not sure but Sunny started in 2016 and that's when the transformation from Globe to Albanian Club started, I guess.
The diversification of the guests had weakened significantly. From 2017 to the end of 2019, I wasn't in a club (relationship). At the end of 2019 I finished it and started going to clubs again.
My Globe visits in December 2019 to March 2020 just before the lockdown were compared to 2012-2015 on how to make apples and pears. Almost only young Albanians. What would not be a problem in principle, would this guy's not often be aggressive and drunk. I saw those that had vodka bottles in the "garderobe" to save costs on the drinks. Once I speak with two girls, they told me, as a Swiss, it is better if I come during the week, during the day. They want to party on the weekends. They both said no to my room question. They sat for hours with a group of those Albanians. So there are girls who think it's great that the club is full of Albanians, making party instead of working. The music is a other problem. I have heard from the girls that many guy's complain about the music in the last years and some even stop going to Globe because of it.

Certainly has had that effect on me a few times. Perhaps when I've complained they have thought "great, it's working" ;)

Stage 1 was free food, which just brought Globe into line with other big sauna clubs.
Stage 2 perhaps was turning the indoor swimming pool into a little-used and not-so-private VIP Lounge. When I first saw this new lounge a girl told me you couldn't go in there unless you were going to spend 500 minimum. That explained why no-one was ever in there. That "idea" was quickly dropped.
Not much else I noticed.
Around then the Imperium Escort website popped up featuring most of the Globe girls of that time. It remains frozen in time, showing many girls who haven't darkened the doorstep at Globe for many years.

On last evening and night, a group made party with many bottles of champagne but they were not in Mainhattan. Other bad point is terrace where we could enjoy sex under sun until Summer 2018, with Sofia. Ro, but too bad new beds on Summer 2019,3 stuck to each other and now 2 really bad, not clean and still stuck. Good point is with my girls, I found few rooms with good light to enjoy beauty, when rooms are very average at Globe. Cooker is also in good way since reopening.

Even I hate bad music played, for sure not Led Zeppelin nor Toto, but biggest problem for me is very old Swiss taking girls for many hours even I know girls like this big money and saving vagina business. Of course, if you can get your girl after such room, she will be fresh like a virgin like on previous Friday at later than 1 am, but couldn't repeat on day yesterday and no other girl on her level. At least, I succeeded to find one with a bit of elegance.
I must have missed this Sri Lanka Noemi girl, I did not notice such exotic beauty beside some Romanians who were beautiful and great sessions in room.
I think once I decide to go back to FKK land, it will be either Zurich of somehow Frankfurt. Somehow Palace Frankfurt always worked for me with little up sell price. Also 50 euro entry before 5 pm was it? Attract me as well because that is about the time I usually go to evening shift clubs. How I miss good old 50 euro 30 min BBBJ, DATY, and fuck days before the new law ; sometimes I even got DFK thrown in on lucky day. But that is past now.
Not tall for supermodel, but pretty face with beautiful smile. I am not able to go with her, only my fault of course, but a lovely sunshine at Globe. I'm pretty sure those who go are lucky with her. I understand why she was elected Miss Globe when Megan or Linda didn't have any vote. Nice to chat with her, she is different at Globe. She should look for business on her own rather than for threesome.
Good to hear that public action is being allowed, as it's a big part of Globe's appeal for many of us. No reason why not as long as any current restrictions are being observed.
I've sometimes wondered why Globe (and its sister clubs) are the only ones where it goes on, as it seems to have plenty of devotees in Zurich.
Not good to hear of problems of the kind you allude to.
Have you mentioned these concerns when they've asked you if "Alles gut?" when you leave?
Kissing in public and sex in kino are working.

Really not impressed by the girls who came over from Germany except Sofia. She is pretty.
Yes fog machine is to kill health and so bad loud music played, not what I call music, with no real musicians, for sure not on Erdal Kizilcay level, but only computer samplings. We had to go a bit away from bar and pole, to hear each other with my girl to repeat and confirm.
After great Romanian Sofia, yes new Sofia. De is pretty, prettier face for me than Linda. One of the prettiest, lovely with good manners and even a bit of elegance, when became very rare at Globe. Pleasure to see a new girl with such level for look and behavior at Globe, among many new average faces.
Yes some new German girls. I like Hanna I know from Germany, lovely girl. Avea is also nice for behavior and pretty face, and friendly Gianina of course. When I m a Romanian beauties lover everywhere, and had great Romanians at Globe, but kind of Romanian gang now, except a few, so I m happy new Germans are coming, even usually Romanians are better for me.
I'm not sure but Sunny started in 2016 and that's when the transformation from Globe to Albanian Club started, I guess.
Interesting theory, anyone agree? Is Sunny actually Albanian or Romanian or what? It's worrying if customers are divided into first class and second class by the girls depending on nationality.
I talked before about how there can be swings at Globe: sometimes a great atmosphere where all the girls are available, sometimes a stinking atmosphere where they are all making bad faces or claiming to be reserved or whatever. Maybe the biggest factor is the kind of clientele that are present.
I agree that the music choice isn't so great, and if it's too loud I have to take a girl away to a faraway corner to talk. Actually for me this was always a problem with regular nightclubs not just FKKs. You are supposed to go to bars and clubs to meet people. But you can't hear the girl because it's too loud; you can't see the girl because it's too dark; you're both dumbed down with drink so you can't have a proper conversation; it's sort of like the assumption is that you are not going to want to have sex with the other person if you have any sensory information at all. And when we are teenagers we are conditioned to think this is the best way to get to know the opposite sex, and that it's ethical and praiseworthy to make this effort compared to P4P. It's bullshit.
