I was happy seeing some posts here hoping someone's got intel on the club opening again.
Just a bunch of people debating the game. Move along, move along.
Unfortunately I only have negative intelligence to share. Still nothing going on yesterday. There was an employee sitting in front some of the time, but he knew nothing.

He told me that Adelita could be opened after the general elections in Mexico (June 2). There will be a new mayor in Tijuana because mayor Monteserrat Caballero is not a candidate from the Moreno political party. The candidate for mayor of Tijuana from the Morena party is Ismael Burgueno Ruiz against Erik "Terrible" Morales former world boxing champion. I'm no expert but it looks like Adelita is closed because of Tijuana mayor Caballero.

If that was the case why would the other bars be allowed to be open?
Looking at old things written and some other things it seems to be a family thing and fighting for control.
Just one thing, HK doesn't do any recruiting because its considered pimping in Mexico, actaully, that's what got Adelita's closed, they were putting adds in Sonora and Sinaloa, the owner and general manager were sent to jail for it.
I don't remember reading anything about anyone associated with AB actually being sent to prison. The last I heard was that they were only arrested.
If you have any news articles with better information feel free to share.

I guess when I read it I didn't see an exact mention that he is in jail. To me he seems to be paying off judges to stay out of jail like many big Cartel guys do. If he is in jail waiting for a trial I'm guessing it's a better one but I wonder if he is just actually out on some sort of bail. Not sure how similar the process is to the US system. I'm sure his ability to pay people off helps.
Hearing rumors HK buying out Adelitas is pretty much a done deal.
