Have never gotten a lineup per se at any of the BJ venues I've frequented. Usually there's a girl waiting to take you by the arm and lead you upstairs. The next girl in line I guess. For example, B&Gs in Binh Thanh District and in District 7, Bordellos in Tan Binh District near the airport. Nowadays, local Saigonese just online looking for girls.
