itaewon Vitamins
I wanted to post a warning.
By the way, the posting of late has been good. Keep it up.
Returning to the warning.
The sex shop, the one as you walk towards hangangjin stn, offers vitamins, however, they are expired product, by almost a year.
Does anyone know if the other shop on the hill offers legit vitamins, perhaps another shop?
This might sound like a real newbie question, but is it risky to pay for services using a card? I was in Itaewon last night and I had no cash, so I used my bank card. If these places get busted, could it come back to me?
It could, next time try the ATMs in the 7-11 type stores to make a withdrawal.

I've never had this issue with them.

Credit Cards

If these places get busted, could it come back to me?
Of course, the mere use of a credit card in such an establishment falls short of proof of having done anything illegal, still, as described in the posts listed in a previous response, it could elicit heightened scrutiny and, if LEO, is determined to get you, will provide evidence of identity and presence to corroborate the testimoney that they will squeeze from the SP, which in the end is what will sink your boat.
Now, why don;t you tell us more about what you purcjased with your cc last night? Inquiring minds want to know.

cc
If your credit card is Korean then they can track you down.
But with foreign cards the police cannot track.
By the way yongsan Rld is open again.

It depends on what services you played for. With regular hostess bars it should be no problem. For the special hill services I don't know.
I wouldn't expect a problem, so don't be over nervous. Also if it was a foreign issued card, it may be more complicated for Korean authorities, then a Korean issued card. But as said. Don’t be over nervous.
My pre caution: I always intend to pay cash in general and will not enter a shop w/o a pre defined budget. This is just for safety.
In doubt I rather would take cash advance from a credit card at an ATM instead of paying the bill with credit card at an erotic service place. Even if this is not the best most efficient use. As a European we have the good and rather cheap way of using the EC service which is actually MAESTRO cash advance service.
Korean Banks close 22:00h mostly, but 365 bank and the convenient stores have longer opening (at convenient stores probably around the clock). So my advice: better to catch up cash before entering services.
But again: don’t be over afraid, just prepare better next time.
This has happened to me so many times it does not even phase me anymore. Not that it ever did anyway, but it is unsettleing the first time.
One funny time in an An Ma, I was on my way out and the mama rushed me into a door and told me to lie down and be quiet. Funny part, this was were the girls were sleeping, so I suddenly found myself laying down in between three girls laying down watching TV. Two Koreans and one Filipina. The filipina smiled at me and we kind of had wispering conversation for a few minutes.
Reflecting back now, kinda weird these chicks just lay around in these tiny rooms waiting for some guy to come along and fuck them. Nice looking girl though. I always seem to get rushed in and out of these places though by some Korean who doesn't want anyone to see me. So do I really look that bad?? heheh
take care over there, getting laid over here is way too difficult.
oh yea, and the third date rule is worldwide
It didn't happen to me so obvious as mentioned, but in general, they try to avoid that Korean customers come in too much close contact or notice that foreigners are served here. They do it more or less sucessfull. For me it isn't that bad. I see, that the alternative would be to not serve foreigners when the fear is to bad, so I just accept this and with a smile it's way easier to handle.

not that i coinsiderd this yet: but does anybody know, how much the oroginal cialis and Viagra cost in Korea.
So why not just to get a dotcors prescription.
You may pay some fee in advance, but at the end it would onle be to get a new prescription.

With the crack down going on, are most of the RLDs closed down? I saw one report of Yongsan being closed. I would like to come into Seoul for some play and would like to check out Miari or make my way up north to Yongjugol. If anyone can confirm whether these RLDs are closed or not, I'd appreciate it very much.

Done with Cool
I know Cool is popular. Actually, I don't know if people really enjoy it. But either way, I'm done with it. I went for the second time today and 75, 000 won is too much for what I get.
First the Good. The Girl tonight (Eun Bee) was a knock out, a 9 or a 10. She had the most incredible ass, and not an ass like Bin in Itaewon where she has a big ass because she's a big girl. Eun Bee is very slim and yet, I could still cup her ass in my hand and jiggle it (that's not an easy feat with Korean Girls). Anyway, she also allowed kissing. No tongue, but long closed mouth kisses were ok, unlike the other girl at Cool. And again, unlike Zest or Mint in Ilsan, she took her top off and I could feel, fondle, and suckle.
The Bad: Crappy massage. If I'm going to pay 75, 000 (more than FS at the RLDs), then I want a complete experience. I've been to other rub and tugs, and although some aren't aas personal and don't include what I just mentioned, this is the second time at Cool where the girl gave a half ass massage. I have real aches and pains and for 75, 000 I should get those taken care of as well. Also, I like when places do a sensual teasing massage. You know massaging my legs and thighs and gently letting a finger brush by my balls to keep me interested. This was 5 minutes of a bad massage and then 'turn over' and then a HJ. Not bad, but a waste of money considering I could be getting her from behind in a RLD. Not worth it.
Sound advice for ethnic Koreans regarding Itaewon. Many of the girls, especially the higher quality ones, are not welcoming of Koreans, in (large) part at least because the reason they are working in Itaewon and not elsewhere is that they want to minimize the risk of running into anyone they know.
Conversely, while helpful, Korean language skills are not likely to get the waegook into many of the places that cater to the locals. There are exceptions, many of the best of which are noted in the forum, but there are many, many more where foreigners (i.e. non-ethnic Korean) simply aren't welcome.
Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately my hotel reservation is in itaewon, and I would prefer not having to travel far in case I drink. I will not be driving so it will be subway, bus or taxi for me. Any recommendations since I will be staying in itaewon?
As for the "higher quality" will it help if I say that I am just visiting? I noticed that in the US, it helps if you are local since you are likely to be a repeater.
neukd,
don't worry about it. you just need to go to the right hunting grounds and be a bit more aggressive and you should do fine.
dh
Well it has been several years since I have been to Korea and more than several years since I had a chance to P4P while in Korea.
If you (or anyone else) is willing to point me in the right direction, I will be staying in itaewon starting 5/14 and will be looking for some action after 5:30pm on 5/15 or 5/16 (not quite sure when I will be done with my work).
I am hoping that the people I am working with will take me out at least once to a Rsalon, or anywhere else, but I am not sure it will happen.
If anyone needs a korean pointman who isn't familiar with the landscape, but can speak the language, let me know.
-
Actually, in the case of Korea (speaking as a Korean-American myself), it's a huge plus. No doors would be closed to you nor opportunities. The better your language skills, the better your experience, in my opinion.
However, a good and easy-going attitude is always appreciated no matter where you are in the world.
BTW, avoid itaewon if you looking for p4p (namely, Hooker Hill).
Good luck!
Which direction is hooker hill?
I will be staying at the hotel right in front of the itaewon subway station.

Being in Itaewon you are virtually in the middle of Seoul and thus everyrthing is accessible from your location and since you can speak Korean, it should easy for you.
If anything, ask your colleagues after a few drinks and I'm sure they can recommend where the locals like to frequent these days.

Usually with most businesses a steady source of revenue is always a good thing so i would recommend you harden up and pretend that you come often for "business" reasons instead of "visiting".
