I Apologize
No matter how hard I try I just can't get away. And I tried. I really tried. I promised myself today that I would try to check out new places like that Playboy Club or Mansion or whatever it is called. But I left my hotel downtown at 11pm and took the 10 minute walk to Santa Fe and that was all she wrote. There was so much pussy around that place it was ridiculous. I asked one chick how much and she said 20. I said and the room? She said 5. So 25 in all. Let's do it then! She had me pay the motel person 7 and she gave her a condom. I said but I already have condoms. Fuck it. It was only 2000. The usual BBBJ and all the positions. About 30 minutes later, busted one, paid the 20 and left.
I went walking around and oh me, oh my. I guess La Piscina is closed on Sundays. There were plenty of people on the streets hanging out. I stepped in to Atunes. Nahhh. Troya is my spot. So left out of there and kept walking. This superstar with regular clothes and a backpack approached me and asked where I was going. I said just looking around. She said how about a session. I said how much. She said 100 for all night. It was like I was in a movie and a bomb exploded blowing me backwards. I told her that she must be a model or a movie star. She started laughing and said no but thanks. I told her that I didn't have my phone on me or I would definitely take her number. She said she was from Medellin. I am telling you. If I was not getting up at 5am to go then I would have given her 100 just to sleep next to me.
There were plenty more where she came from. Chicks that looked straight out of Medellin's Fase 2 were just roaming the street in regular clothes. There was a lot of jailbait out too that I had not noticed before. I decided to call it a night so I went into the restaurant and got me a to go order of bbq wings and headed back to the hotel. I left at 11pm with 200K and got back in at 1am with 158K. Maybe one day I will get to visit some other spots but for now Santa Fe is all I need.
P.S. PuntingGeorge, I don't know if you will be able to handle Santa Fe. It is sure to overwhelm you!
Something that I have never seen in all these years. Business have sat the trash out for pickup, but all over the place the bums have opened the bags and strewn trash all over the sidewalks looking for food. That is a damn shame. I would hate to be a garbage man here.

Very enticing
P.S. PuntingGeorge, I don't know if you will be able to handle Santa Fe. It is sure to overwhelm you!
Sounds like a perfect evening, thanks for sharing.
I'd like to find my Bogota legs in a laid back setting, so I've booked a place in Chapinero and plan to become well acquainted with the day brothels, but plan to do lots of exploring, with a focus on Santa Fe (sounds like Sosua on speed). Based on how comfortable I feel walking around alone or if I go back with a wingman, I'll decide if I want to stay closer next time. Will keep you updated.

Gracias
My experience is that the price is included about 80% of the time. It is only for about 20 or 30 minutes. You will get a knock on the door before you reach the allowed time.
You can go to Santa Fe at night. If you are worry about safety, just have the taxi to drop you off at the block where Troya and all other clubs are, and don't wonder out too far from it. When you leave, take the taxi to go back to your hotel.
I think you will need to pay for dance but it is very cheap.
Sounds like good advice. Appreciate it.
Santa Fe (sounds like Sosua on speed).
It is nothing like Sosua because the girls don't try to rip you off. If anything they will help you. I remember my first time there it was in the daytime and I was wearing some diamond earrings. I passed by a casa and some girls told me to take them off so that nobody would try to rob me. In Sosua the girls would have probably called somebody to rob me. LOL.

Sunday's report.
So here's a little report. I been following Routard's guide and it has been spot on. I decided to go with one of his recommendations for accommodations and couldn't be happier. I was even able to get a good secure driver that has experience as a body guard. He goes onto the Zona de tolerancia with me and wait for me at the club to make sure that I'm being treated good and fairly, it's nice to know that someone is watching your back, hit me on PMs if you are interested in his services. Anyways Last night I ended up going to Troya and got me a girl from Medellin. She goes by the name of Zamara. Probably one of the best looking girls in the club IMO. She's very shy and not very exciting in the room but she would comply with everything you tell her and with time she gets to warm up to you, I just feel that 20 min it's not enough. Price was 60 k for 20 min. They will knock on your door around the 10 min mark and before you go into the room. The girl cleaning it would ask for a tip. Usually 5 k. Anyways I ended up coming for a second time that night because it was Sunday (yesterday) and most clubs were closed. This time she called her sister Paloma (big girl in a good way) be she's def a hustler. This time Paloma negotiated the price w my friend to 80 k, she wanted 100 k at first, in front of Zamara. So I also ended up paying 80 k for the second session. And this point I was drunk and didn't really care to negotiate for 20 k, which I probably could have.

On my way to Bogata
So I am on the flight to Bogata again. I posted about my last trip and it was so long, it logged me out and I lost it. I usually order in off photoprepagos. 2 chicks at a time, and chicas back to back. I lined up some talent for tonight. I have 50 saved as favorites plus I like to send them away. I usually do have a camera or two anyway. This time, may get out to hit a few clubs. I don't speak Spanish but working on it.
Right now I am looking to leave on Sunday, but may stay until next Sunday. We will see! I'll try to remember to check this if anyone wants to meet up. All recommendations. Of places and Chicas welcomed. I usually stay near Parque 93, this time Carrera 7 and. 67-39.

Minor Annoyances
Really late report. Overall, I really, really like Colombia. I prefer Bogota over Medellin and Cartagena.
Minor Annoyances I experienced:
1) I took the public taxi twice from the airport. Both times they tried to scam me for a few mil pesos. Once when I asked how much, he pointed to the meter (Did he expect me to pay 212 mil pesos? Note: the meter is just a number that you use to translate your fare. I'm still not sure how your calculate the fare when you roll over the fare table). Then he pointed to the per hour waiting charge. He tried to use that larger number as the airport surcharge.
2) Tried Uber one time at the airport. Uber sucks in Colombia. Not because of the rip-offs (they really can't rip you off; if they do, you just get a refund). It's because they're incompetent. They get lost due to all the one way streets. Uber drivers in Medellin and Cartegena were better. I guess it's because it's smaller with less one way streets.
3) YMMV with the girls. Of course, this happens everywhere in the world. Some of the girls at the cases were such poor performers. One girl asked for 20 or 30 mil more for her to do more than 5 minutes of CBJ. One reason might be that I chose the cutest girl in the lineup. But some of the girls at Chicas Milenio and the one across the street are surprising cute sometimes.
4) Very hard to get girls to perform BBBJ for the standard fee. Actually for me, it was impossible without offering a tip in the cases. Couple of the girls at the Pussy House strip joint asked for a tip for BBBJ. Couple of the girls from the strip joint across the street from the Pussy House asked for a tip for BBBJ and a lesbian show. I went to Santa Fe once to partake (only once, just to check it out. I prefer the cases). I asked about 5 of the cuter girls on the street for BBBJ. They all said no. In the casas, the girls said no, but some offer to do it for 50 K tip. Hence, 30 K or 40 K for the girl, and a 120% or 140% tip / bribe for BBBJ (which included CIM). Note that I didn't pick up high end girls. From reading the reports, it seems BBBJ is standard (after you pay 300 to 500 K pesos?
5) Out of the 5 cases I went to, Chicas Milenio was the only one that didn't have the prices posted on the wall. The girls at Chicas Milenio are allowed to charge the customer extra. The normal price was 30 K for 20 minutes and 40 K for 30 minutes. Many at the beginning, charged me an extra 10 K. Didn't fight the charges since it is so cheap anyway. Plus, IMO, the overall lineup at Chicas Milenio (out of the 5) was the best.
6) Once I went to Chicas Milenio at 9 PM on a Saturday night. Empty. Only 3 girls in the lineup. It seems the best time to go there is around 5 PM during the weekdays. You will have the day shift girls still there, and girls from the night shift start to come in.
7) I love the stripjoints. But some of the waiters will try to rip you off for their tip (just like Tijuana). Some of the younger waiters at Pussy House will try to keep 2 K for their tip, even though the prices are posted right on the table. At Troya, club Colombia cost 6 K (Poker cost 5 K). Once I ordered a club Colombia, and the waiter attempted to keep 4 K. That was the most anyone tried. After I confirmed the price with the bartender, I got the money back. He then had the nerve to ask for a tip. I just laughed. Not all strip joint waiters were bad. I normally tip 1 or 2 K to the waiters if they don't try to rip me off. Then they really appreciate the tip and will give you fantastic service.
8) I forgot one of my travel rules: Always have exact change. Once at Santa Fe, I picked up a girl for 30 K. Then the lady at the booth charged a few mil pesos for either the room or the condom. I gave her 40 K. The girl picked up the change and didn't give it back to me. I didn't make a scene. I thought that would be her tip. I should have gotten the change back because her service was poor.

But it was like 3 am. Young 18 year old shows up. She wanted to inspect my the ick before BBBJ, then said she didn't want to because she doesn't like to, even though my messages thru whatsapp specified that, but could tell I was talking to the agency, not her. I have a regular I see. 250 k for BBBJ, anal. She wants to go out and hang out now. She is pretty and enthusiastic.
I have not done the club's. Too much of an introvert. Never really been into the night scene.

Taxi from airport.
Could someone please tell me how they calculate a taxi fare after the number goes higher than the last number on the chart? I got ripped off the last time and I will be going to Bogota again and have to go to the Holiday Inn in Chapinero near 68th st. And Carrera 7. Thanks.

Whatever it is, the airport fare is lilke 4 K more than the meter fare. Last week I paid a taxi 30 K to go downtown. I was like what the fuck. Going back to the airport I paid Uber 22K (also from the airport to downtown 2 days later). When we got back to the airport from Armenia my girlfriend insisted she walk outside the airport to get a taxi home. She ended up paying 16K. She said it would have been 35K had she taken one from in front of the airport.

You need a local number to use Uber. Never checked if they give you the local sim at the normal prices. I always got my sim card at the Claro store next to my Airbnb apartment in El Retiro. You also will have to spend additional time waiting for Uber. The one time I used Uber at the airport, the driver made me walk to the side street with my luggage. Irritating. But I still will use Uber. I feel more comfortable than using the taxi.
Your girlfriend must have negotiated a fare without the meter, since the airport surcharge is only 4.4 K.
I usually have great Uber drivers. I only uber, never taxi.
I didn't have much trouble with Uber in the Zona T area, but Uber drivers had trouble dropping off and picking up from the Candelaria area. All the one way streets makes it confusing. Sometimes the Uber map is wrong regarding the one way streets. Also, the Uber directions will lag real time, so if the driver relies on it, he will miss the turns.

Thanks.
Good taxi info on this site: http://www.howtobogota.com/2013/12/28/colombia-taxis/ I guess there are apps to calculate the fare.
After looking at the taxi fare table again (picture attached), it seems the fare goes up 100 pesos every meter unit. Actually, every 6th unit, the prices doesn't go up. So an easy approximation would be 100 pesos for each unit above the last number. With this approximation, you are giving the driver a few hundred pesos extra, which I don't mind if they don't try to rip me off. I actually tip them if they help me with my luggage and don't try to rip me off.
Hence with my fare of 307 from the airport to El Retiro, I guess I should have paid: 16,600 + (307 - 203) x 100 pesos + 4,400 (airport surcharge) = 31,400. I'm guessing the exact number is a few hundred pesos less.
You need a local number to use Uber. You also will have to spend additional time waiting for Uber.
Not true. I have not had a local number for years and have no problem using Uber. I had to wait 5 minutes last time for Uber at the airport. You can always order before you get outside because it gives you the option of which door to be picked up at. So 5 minutes saved me almost 10 K.
