I did not end up sampling the local cuisine in Cameroon due to a busy itinerary and severe jet lag, but it seems like a goldmine for the adventurous. Tinder is incredibly productive and numerous matches were all but running to my hotel. Use a bit of French, but many younger people also have English ability in Douala and Yaoundé.
