yeh i like the fact they test and love jenny's (that's the ginger one right) pussy! fancy meeting up beforehand? how do you normally get there?
yes, i can imagine that you like jenny. unfortunately she's not as active as the others. nevertheless, i had the best fuck at last monday's party with her, whereas lily was the overall best performer. and did a lot of rep002 games in the shower again. yummy!
i get there by car and don't know anything else in this town, so meeting up beforehand is difficult, unless you want to meet up in the parking lot before entering the building.
it seems the new german law on prostitution will impose a ban on gangbangs, ao and flat-rate parties.
i've already written about that in the gb01 thread (although it would have been better to write about it here).
there will be no ban on gangbangs, only on [CodeWord123]-gangbangs, which aren't happening in the prostitution business in germany anyway; at least i see no such thing advertised in germany. except maybe for porn movie shootings, to which the "ban" doesn't apply, since movie shooting is no prostitution.
there will be no ban on ao either, the only thing they are thinking about is prohibiting ao being advertised. which is stupid, since there is no foundation for something like that. otherwise they would ban ao altogether, which they know they can't do. and much less enforce it.
the flatrate parties might become a little difficult to hold, but the "corner stones" of the "draft law" for the prostschg doesn't specify "flatrate parties", only "flatrate brothels" (and [CodeWord123]-gangbang parties). so according to the letter of the draft law, there will be only a problem for pauschalclubs where guys pay a flatrate and go behind closed doors with a woman. the term "flatrate brothel" does not cover public action group sex parties and gangbangs.
after all, this projected "law" is supposed to strengthen the women's right to sexual self-determination, this would mean that women can decide for themselves which services they offer and in what way. prohibiting flatrate offers, ao, ao-ads and gangbangs (even [CodeWord123] gangbangs!) if the woman wants to do it out of her own free will would be a violation of the underlying spirit of this law. that's what makes most of the "draft law" so ridiculous, makes it unenforceable (if the women stand their ground) and is imo the reason why nothing will actually happen. (the only thing that might happen is that "women's self-determination" might get rid of the "condom-duty" in bavaria and saarland, should any woman actually challenge those rules in a court of law.).
here's the text for the "corner stones" of the "draft law" to the prostschg: https://researchprojectgermany.files.wordpress.com/2014/08/eckpunkte-prostituiertenschutzgesetz.pdf.
and speaking of bavarian and saarlandish nonsense, here are the links to the by-laws regarding the bullshit condom-duties:
http://www.gesetze-bayern.de/jportal/portal/page/bsbayprod.psml?showdoccase=1&st=lr&doc.id=jlr-hygvbyrahmen&doc.part=x&doc.origin=bs
http://www.amtsblatt.saarland.de/jportal/portal/t/50c/page/bsverkslprod.psml?doc.hl=1&doc.id=vb-sl-abli2014145-g&documentnumber=14&numberofresults=23&showdoccase=1&doc.part=d¶mfromhl=true#focuspoint.
check § 6 of the bavarian hygiene by-law and § 6 on page 149 of the "amtsblatt des saarlandes".
i can't find any specification of a "territorial validity" or "validity area" or "territorial extension" or "area of applicability" or however you want to translate "areäumlicher geltungsbereich" in both by-laws, (there's only a personal scope and a factual scope of application specified.) which invalidates both by-laws altogether. i wonder if anybody has ever used this argumentation to challenge those "hygieneverordnungen".
the saarlandish by-law regarding hygiene in medical facilities looks different, although the personal scope is missing here (but that doesn't concern me for our purposes here on this forum): http://www.saarland.de/dokumente/res_gesundheit/amtsblatt_des_saarlandes_medhygvo.pdf.
then there's this interesting article here, regarding the "condum-duty" in the saarland: http://www.sol.de/titelseite/topnews/kondompflicht-bordellen-kontrolle-ordnungsamt-saarbruecken-kondompflicht-soll-mit-hinweisschildern-geregelt-werden;art26205, 4333722.
what a laugh! control of the "condom-duty" is limited to checking if there are signs displayed properly in the facilities where paysex is offered! that's it! maybe they'll even check if condoms are provided, but obviously no one checks if condoms are actually used. and regarding street prostitution, there aren't even any buildings where you could hang a sign, so they get off scot-free from any controls. again: what a laugh! are you beginning to understand why i still think nothing will happen due to the planned prostschg? in any event, violations will just be a misdemeanor anyway, so there's nothing to worry about: http://www.buzer.de/s1.htm?a=&g=egowig&kurz=owig&ag=5827.
and since i started this report with a remark about the party in bornheim: to private parties like that, as well as to swingerclubs and movie shootings, the prostschg will not apply anyway. and if bureaucrats should run amok, see above. and here: http://dejure.org/gesetze/bgb/839.html http://dejure.org/gesetze/bgb/823.html.
the latter two §§ would apply (for example) if the party poopers from the fungirls raid last saturday should not have had a valid warrant.
so enough of this legal stuff now, and don't worry too much about any bans regarding mongering. the "enforcement" of the "condom-duty" in the saarland is a good example about how things will unfold. unless the women and organizers play along obediently and let their rights get trampled upon by the bureaucrats without resistance, which is the only thing that i would really be afraid of.
