Where is the best place to exchange USD for Pesos? Would it be better to do it in SD or Tijuana, and has anybody had success with a good place.
Tijuana Safety In Perspective
How safe is Tijuana these days for mongering? I've wanted to go to mexico for a while now but never pulled the trigger. I'm just surprised at all these reports in Tijuana, Monterrey,
Ciudad Juarez, etc. Aren't these places crazy dangerous? I'm not willing to die for pussy LOL. I've considered Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, or Mexico City, but are these places a good
Mongering destination with enough action like Tijuana? How about the girls, are there certain types in certain regions? I'm into thicker girls with big booties. Already been to DR and Rio but I know Mexico has to have something to offer.
Tijuana is just as safe as any city in the United States. It is all a buch of hype they put out about it. I feel safer there than I do when I am in the south side of Phoenix (I am from the Phoenix area).
Read the right hand colum of the article below:

As you can see, it is all a bunch of hype. As you can see, Tijuana has a lower crime rate than the cities of Philadelphia, New Orleans, Baltimore, Detroit and Washington DC. I live in Phoenix, Az and Phoenix had a murder rate of 8. 02 per 100, 000 in 2010. (http://www.policymap.com/city-crime-rates/phoenix-crime-statistics/index.html). Tijuana's crime rate was 7. 2 per 100, 000 so Tijuana has a lesser murder rate than where I live. If you read that article you will see the interesting thing is that the city that they profiled, Philadelphia, actually has a police force 3 times as large as Tijuana and they still have a higher crime rate. If you were going to come to Phoenix to visit me there are areas of this town that I would advise you to stay away from or to be very careful in. I would venture to say that most large cities in the USA have some region of the city that the locals would tell you to keep away from and to be very careful in. Tijuana is the same way. It is like any other large city anywhere. Just use common sense and you will be fine.
In fact, If I spoke Spanish I would become an expatriot there. I am thinking about trying to take some Spanish classes and learn it. That is one of the reasons I am interested in the playas area as I have read that it is like the area of Tijuana where all the wealthy people live but still a lot cheaper than the United States.
Why Would It Be Illegal For Permanent Residents But Not Anyone Else?
I've always thought about saying "an STD" but I hear that it's illegal for Permanent Residents to be visiting the bars. Not sure if that's true but It's something I heard. Here at these forums actually.
Why would it be illegal for a resident alien but not illegal for a citizen of the USA? That makes no sense.
