Really? Linha 5 runs to where?
Linha 5 more well known as linha lilas does indeed run through Moema. However it is still under construction. The last 4 stations That would connect Linha lilas to Vila Mariana and two lines there have been delayed. Officially they are still supposed to open in August but most likely delay some months more. The line is open and functioning in the direction from Moema to Brooklin, Santo amaro, Morumbi and campo limpo.
Really? Linha 5 runs to where?
I don't know when Linha 5 was opened for operation. I've used the Yellow / Green lines from Jardim Paulista (Jardins) to get some places.
Yes, truly the question is where does Linha 5 actually go right now. It doesn't seem to go where I want to go.
The truth is the Sao Paulo system isn't the best for getting around. I've jumped on it for some daytime diversions, but often have to bridge some distance with Uber or a good walk. Uber / taxis of course expose you to rush hour traffic.

If you not aware, CPTM runs now from GRU (need to take a shuttle bus).
Don't get me wrong. I like Moema. I have colleagues who live in Moema. I've visited escorts and clinicas in Moema. In fact, there are dozens and dozens of escorts in the buildings from Jardins to Moema. I couldn't believe how many top escorts were walking distance from my hotels. It's so common (and of course legal), the reception desk people couldn't care less.
You have to realize there are different answers for a visitor depending on his daytime itinerary, is this his first time or twelfth time in SP and his preferences.
P.S.- Someone was talking up a completely different destination on a city forum here on ISG. It is actually a challenging city for mongers. As the conversation developed, you learned he was fluent in the language and has been there dozens of times. How he travels might not work well for a first-time, short-time visitor.
I live in Moema and can WALK to no less than 9 clinicas. They are a few blocks apart from each other. And they are high end clinicas.
I live in Moema but never heard that there are at least 9 high end clinicas that are few blocks apart from each other. Could you name those and explain what makes them high end? Thanks!

Metro is a huge advantage during the peak traffic hours, despite that buses and taxis do have their own lines (not everywhere). Especially on Friday evenings.

Anyway, these clinicas I can walk to, one is technically not in Moema but its still walkable easily from Shopping Ibirapruraa.
Enjoy Spa (see above).
Chanes 47.
Mirunas.
Kamna.
Abobora.
Carinas.
Apamas 45.
Moema Prime.
Clinica Red.
Those are all walking distance on the shopping side of the avenida, Moema dos Indios. I consider these to be "high end", not because they are expensive, they are reasonable, but that they have great reception, excellent facilities and clean girls, most have line ups of about 10 girls, some less, some significantly more.
They are not as pricey as France Bel, The Palms or Lotus Lounge but I think those "elite" places are overpriced particularly as they do not do live presentations.
Not to mention Zeus Bar, Bahamas, and 6 swing clubs, and several trashier prives.

I can then metro to within walking distance of Brooklin, TG, new Redway, and many others including far away places like Butanta, Pompeia, Santana, and Analia Franco that have some great clinicas but are not worth the uber ride. More importantly it will offer a way to return to base if one is out of the neighborhood during rush hour and do not want to sit in traffic.
The problem I found with Moema was limited hotel options. Also, it could be quite noisy at night due to being close to an airport. I will try someplace else next time. I did like all the restaurant choices though!
Airbnb can be your friend.
Airbnb can be your friend.
I much prefer the amenities of a nice hotel. Thank you very much!

Carinas..
You can walk but it is far from few block distance (Red to Enjoy). From those Chanes 57 is a bar. Red (especially), Kamna and Mirunas are far from high end. Prime has quite nice interior. Abbobora has the best lineup. After that it is equal (depends of the day / time) between Enjoy and Prime, then Chanes57. Other places does not worth the visit (my opinion). I am going to spend more time now with independent girls than with clinicas lineup.

If this was the game of Trivial Pursuit, you would be absolutely correct. Since we are talking about practicality, it's a matter of opinion.
As a point of reference for a new SP visitor, when you stay in Moema you already have walking access to Shopping Ibirapuera (which is a fine mall, but nothing special for SP) and of course several clinicas. This metro line currently only runs from the Moema area away from the central city. It will be more convenient when it is extended.
You can walk but it is far from few block distance (Red to Enjoy). From those Chanes 57 is a bar :). Red (especially), Kamna and Mirunas are far from high end. You asked me to list the 9 and now you want to knittpick my response rather than say " thanks good info".
When I said that these 9 are within a few blocks of each other I meant there is one SEQUENTIALLY within a few blocks of the next, not that all are within a few block radius. You chose he two extremes Red and Enjoy, they are at the extreme ends of a corridor of clinicas. So technically those TWO are not within a few blocks of each other. But if one walks from Enloy toward Red or vice versa one will encounter one or more of the clinicas that I listed every few blocks. Furthermore Red is the outlier and if you throw that out the other 8 are actually within a pretty tight block radius. In what I would call the southeast quadrant of Moema.
I also disagree with some of your other knits. Abobora does not have "the best" lineup. First there is no such thing as reliably or consistenty "best" lineup when it comes to clinicas in this range. I guarantee you that the women in Abbobora have worked and or will work in some of other the clinicas I listed and are indistinguishable in quality or beauty from the other girls. Case in point I just sessioned with an ex Abbobora girl in Mirunas and when I passed bt Abobora I saw ex Espaco Morumbi, ex Broolin and ex Red in Abbobora. In fact IMO Abbobora is the worst value of the bunch given their higher pricing of the same talent. Abbobora has nice rooms, so what. I have never once thought it had the best lineup and I have visited many of these places with fellow punters and none of them felt that Abbobora had the best lineup on the days we visited.
Chanes 57 is both a bar and a clinica. So you are just flat wrong there. If you want the clinica experience you just sit downstairs and ask for a apresentacao. If you want the bar experience you go upstairs. It is a superset of a clinica so this is a point in its favor not against in my argument.
Your other comments are just about your personal preferences, which are fine, but your prefs do not undermine my point that a visitor can walk to these 9 places from a base in Moema. I have my own preferred rank based on lineups at any given time but there is enough variety and tastes are such that neither you nor I can predict with certainty which lineup on any given day will seem "the best" to a visitor. To insist otherwise is to undermine your own expertise.
Suppose I want to go to Scandallo every night for 5-6 nights. Aren't there decent hotels in Jardim Gloria. Or nearby?
