Well
Yes, but if we're honest, the senate losing was a result of Trump's insane self-defeating arrogance. And in terms of the coup we came dangerously close to a catastrophe.
If we are honest Republicans still lose a lot at all levels. They don't have any especially successful playbook though our system favors the rural over the urban.
Trump told Raffensperger to find 11,000 votes. He threatened him with a criminal prosecution. It happened 1. 5 years ago. It's on tape. He should've already been prosecuted just for that thing alone.
The problem with AGs is that they always try to avoid taking the risk. This is the case when they must take the risk, IMHO.
Be patient. There are case backlogs in GA due to Covid. A grand jury was selected in May and supoenas were sent out July 5.
You are right that prosecutors don't like losing / embarrassment and are more prone to get all their ducks in a row if the accused can bring excellent lawyers. It's different when charging someone with no money who'll often take a plea deal. That's how most cases are settled.

What do you think of this? Is Rio a better place to be because of the chance of nuclear war?

Nope
I think what Chris is saying is we want to keep the red states, and you keep the blue. That way, you all can enjoy your climate change policies, corrupt as shit FBI and CIA, throwing money at Ukraine, your stupid ESG scores, porous borders, and anxiety over cow farts. If you have not noticed, everyone is moving to the red states anyway.
I am not sure where you get off with your racist crap. We red states love productive, legal immigrants. If you guys want to let the trash in, that is fine with us but now you can pay for it.
Once all of the rightwingnuts move to China or to Russia or to North Korea or to other authoritarian-run countries, the rest of the US will be far better off. And take the Mango Mussolini, his hideous spawn, all of the White Supremacists and the rest of the moron brigade with you. Good riddance.
Evidently Chrissy doesn't have a clue as to what racial self-interest is and how it differs from racism.
Simple, PissVomitMonger: it's "racial self-interest" if it's non-white people doing it, and "racism" if it's white people. At least according to your fake news media, which has fewer viewers and believers every day.
Average living standards in the US are among the highest in the world.
The US beat the USSR because your socialist shit doesn't work.
The irony is that America is failing now because it is becoming socialist and wacko left..
USA average living standards are quite high when you count in the grossly exagerrated standards of the billionnarios. But for Average Joe. The 125,000,000 - its paycheck to paycheck. A disgusting outcome for a wealthy nation.
The USSR had the fastest growing economy for decades post WW2. They won the race in to space. They achieved a hell of a lot. China also laid the platform for its sensational economic growth by implementing huge state investments in infrastructure etc.
Socialism and communism are systems of cooperation. Capitalism (spit) is a system of competition. So when 2 systems compete again each other, which do you expect to win? Its obvious, especially given it was 90% of the world against a small enclave.
What social and left policies are the USA implementing? I can only see extreme right wing neo-lib policies from both parties.
Actually, you are correct in some assertions and wrong in others.
In a previous post, you said that you believed that fewer and fewer current immigrants have college degrees.
But saying the nobody wants to immigrate to the US unless they are desperate is a bit disingenuous.
You say I got a few things wrong, but then you went on your crusade, but didn't point out anything I got wrong until the final line. I admit that I only have anecdotal evidence to show "no one" (form of expression) educated wants to move to USA. But then you said it was disingenuous without posting any evidence either. I would love to see some stats on that, if anyone has any. If there has been a fall in interest from educated people wanting to go live in USA?
"In a previous post, you said that you believed that fewer and fewer current immigrants have college degrees. ".
That wasn't me.
JustTK, the joke we used to make about communism was "We communists are fair and believe in equality. Why does your neighbor have 2 cars and you have one? Become communists, and you both will have no cars. ".
Bit of a ramble that post, Elvis. Hehe. I am not going to attempt to reply. Likelistening to my Grandma drift from one point to the next, with very little relation between paragraphs.
Just answer me this please. What about the 125.000. 000 Americans living from paychek to paycheck. Are these all fair collateral damage for your 600 billionnaires?

Is poor and there lives suck. Just another one of his ridiculous post. This is what the fake news wants you to believe, but it is just not true. The sanctions would work if we were actually enforcing them and producing gas, but our great President, forgot this in winning strategy. As usual they had no plan, and now we are making the war worse. Great post, thank you.
For the second time, in less than a week.

Bannon might be behind bars before the end of July.

It will just show yet again to hundreds of millions of Americans the entirely biased and politicised state of the federal "justice" system, and bring the necessary breakup a step closer.

You really do not get it. If money were a fixed item, then how do we have 7 billion people living today with a higher standard of living and living longer than ever than when there were 2 billion people on planet earth in the year 1900?
You are focused solely on how the pie is cut and are completely ignoring if the pie grows. Worse, you are putting the poverty of the poor on the backs of the rich versus the government and its crazy inefficient spending.
The rich are just the scapegoats. The fault lies with government. Hell, we just wasted $40 billion sending arms to Ukraine in losing cause, wasted God knows how many billions on vaccines with minimal efficacy that just expired. The defense department has yet to be audited. We could easily pay for health care for everyone if the bloated fucked up system was made more efficient. The government just points at the rich and blames them when in fact it is the government's fault. They do a horrible job of allocating tax dollars efficiently.
Boy, an entirely unarmed coup attempt! Did everyone forget to bring their guns?
