why don't you give skytrek a try? its located on naia road (same road as airport). have tried both ktv rooms and the health club. good service and good looking ladies but not cheap.
Can you clarify "cheap"?? $75 for FS or $150 for FS?? Also, please explain "KTV"? Sorry, have never been to MNL and not really familiar with how services are perforned...

at skytrek, you can get FS at the health club/massage parlor for around US$50 (25 for the room + 25 tip for the girl)
a KTV is a place where you can sing using a karaoke/videoke machine. the better KTVs have private rooms where you can "sing along" with a lady of your choice. FS can be negotiated most of the time if you have chosen the right lady--usually with the help of the mamasan (just tell her that you want someone who is "game"). however, rates for FS in KTV rooms are higher and start at around US $60.
if this will be your first time in manila, please do look through the other posts here and in the archives to get an idea of how to go about talking to the ladies and mamasans. it is very easy to get ripped off if you are not familiar with rates/protocol.
good luck!

You might want to try Athena on Roxas. many of the girls and some of the mamsans there used to work at East Asia. Many of them go topless on stage but you have to wait sometimes for a couple of songs. Some go all the way.

I took your advice and tried Athena last Friday. Rather than spend money on a hostess there, I barfined a girl from EDSA complex in order to broaden her knowledge (in theory) by watching a good strip show. Cute performers, not universally stunning, at Athena. Overall I must say the place was a disappointment. Once again, I feel I was overcharged. 700 pesos a person for entrance. Amboy, does this seem about right to you?
Mama san wanted to charge me an extra 1000 pesos for the strip tease but I balked. I refused to pay such a charge. In hindsight, it didn't matter 'cause there was no strip, only tease. No nudity! We were there for almost two hours and were never threatened with an exposed breast on the main stage. Also, I thought the cafeteria-style chairs were painfully uncomfortable. The layout of the club from the audience's perspective is poorly planned. You have to twist your body to soak in the stage show.
The most amusing entertainment of the night was the magic show on stage. The magician was obviously rather raw. His plump assistant had trouble keeping her tight-fitting gown on. At one point during the show she put her head in a box while the magician proceeded to slide knives (even if they were plastic) through slits on the side. She was in obvious discomfort tapping on the side of the box while he appeared totally oblivious. I am happy to report she survived but I was not so sure at the time.
All in all, though, I can't really recommend that guys spend money at this place.

FGump, I think they took you for a ride there. Im not sure though. 700 pesos seems to be a little too much.

FGump,
If you still have time, go visit Stardust on Quezon Ave. no cover. Ask for Mamasan Mercy, she's super nice and will give you the low down on the place. Tell her Bong U.S.A. sent you.

to FGump- im sorry about your experience, P700 is a rip off! im a semi regular there so i dont get charged cover there but i know its not that much. They always have strippers when i went there. in fact my regular goes all the way when she dances. best bet is to vip the girls, some of them will give BJ,HJ, or even FS. But i guess they have a different operation with non locals. Sorry again, i owe you a beer or something.

Live and learn is my motto. I will continue to conduct research for the benefit of my brothers here in this forum . . . I just may stay away from upscale strip clubs.

QC Boy, I visited New Magellan a couple of months ago. It is located on Buendia between Taft Ave and Roxas Blvd. I think they are open 24 hours but not completely sure. They have a fishbowl for you to choose your masseuse. The problem I have here is that they don't have any posted prices. They originally quoted me a price of 2500 pesos. I thought that was too much so I bargained starting at 2000 pesos, finally agreeing at 2200. That price was all inclusive. They had a relatively good selection of 10-12 women when I went there. My room was average; the place didn't have hot water which was a definite minus. My girl was hot with an awesome model-quality face but didn't want to go two rounds which was another minus. Overall, Maalikaya probably has better facilities but New Magellan has better-looking women.
