PSA. There might be electricity rationing too
I don't want to sound alarmist. But if you are booking a trip this month / next month. You should probably book a hotel or airbnb with an easy cancellation policy. I would assume that most would be easy to refund if there was no electricity. But, if you are here for a few days and then the power is out for 24 hours, I could see it being a hassle to get a refund.
If they end up rationing power. It seems likely it will be similar to how they did the water which is different sections of the city are without it for 24 hours at a time.
This article is saying "we dont think there will be". But figured I would post it here because better safe than sorry.

LUX Spa. Near Zona T / Atlantis
Had a nice visit with what I THINK is a newer place. LUX Spa, located around Zona T. Just a short walk south of the Atlantis shopping center. Arrived and was greeted by the front desk staff who spoke a little English. I was already communicating with them earlier in the day using WhatsAp. A line up of maybe 8 girls, who were all quite attractive. My biggest issue is I can never remember the names by the time the introductions are over. I picked Catalina, a traditional Colombia girl beauty in red lingerie. I was led to a massage room and paid for 1 hour at 270 k. Was given a nice massage, with some slippery body to body backsliding. Flipped and had enjoyable covered full service. After that moved to a nice sauna room with her, an exfoliating skin treatment, and shower with assistance. I liked the place, really happy with the location being easy to get to. I will repeat.
Where is the proper professional massage?
Hi folks,
So, I am about half way through this 11 day stay in BOG. I have visited BOG in the past. I started off at The Hotel Tequendama and had my first exposure to Santa Fe. I enjoyed a session with a pleasant chica that was posted near a doorway. Now have re-located near Parque El Virrey. I enjoyed a visit yesterday at Tantra Spa and left with a phone number. I appreciate the info I have gained from contributors past.
My question, where is the professional massage by a talented, trained and experienced masseuse? This does not need to include happy ending. Probably best it not, so as not to be distracted. I have googled. I wonder what the best search word is? Estica, spa, salon. I see that I am near a business named BogoThai massage. No hot stones or aroma needed, just an hours worth of proper massage for a reasonable price. Also, as a side, always trying to learn that best chica friendly hotel if I pull my new friend from her casa. Best of luck! Thanks in advance.
The host can review you also
The host passed the names to the security, and it checked the name for real.
One day, I passed three names. One is real and the other is just the girl first name from SA and the last one is fake.
I bought the girl with the SA first name, and it turned out she has a completely different name on her cedula.
The security did check and found her name did not match and then the drama begins.
The security called and told her she had to wait at the lobby till the landlord approved her and she only had 20 minutes or else she had to leave the apartment.
This is completely new to me. Unlucky we did not even start the foreplay, but she had limited time, and she would not even want to go to the hotel after that.
It wasted me 20 k mil of uber money and on top of that that girl will not want to see me again and she is cute.
Now I learn my lesson and I will not book any Airbnb as such. This place has other features also get on my nerve and I am thinking giving it a 2 stars review.
The host can out you as a sex tourist. So I'the be careful about that.
