Hey Wilt,
My buddy and I fly in tomorrow and will be going out Saturday. We lined up Fernando to drive us around. Once my membership is activated, I will PM you. I'm 30 and my buddy is 34 and it's our first time to Colombia.
"what not" no idea what that means either.
That's cool, man, hit me up and perhaps we can meet up during the week.

Thank you!
You might find some useful information in the Cell phone topic.
Could we please try to keep random questions and "hey let's hang out" to their correct topics por favor.
How much SIM card + activation cost for one month?
Claro will cost you 10k for the sim and 55k for 1 month with 3 gb included, not sure how much the usb stick will cost you, if you don't bring your own. It's pretty fast, but depending on what you do (pics, vids) you can burn through 3 gb pretty fast. Also Claro can be a bit unreliable here, and you may drop to 2g at some places even in Poblado.
What happened to the old face?

It's still there; just getting a nip and tuck. Although now that Robert's back in town, we're going a bit further than I expected. Still, the changes are necessary to become a strip club instead of just a bar.
AV8Tr, I was in Liquid Lounge a couple of weeks ago, and it was tough to find the place. Cabbie had to stop and ask for directions. Maybe you guys need to get on some maps or hand them out on the back of a business card.

How many taxis are there in Medellin? Thousands upon thousands. Reaching them one by one is isn't very efficient. I agree the place is super hard to find. Not once when I went did the taxista know where it was or did they find it easily from the address. One time the guy gave up and went back home!
First of all dudes, do not start the polemic about the pimping Stuff please, is just so depressing and sad, doesn't do any good to nobody.
I have a friend how is willing to go a little bit to the surface for very short period of time. She asked me to recommend nice people to her.
She is not so picky about age, but she ask for clean and nice guys. No hard core freaky stuff. If somebody is in town and want to try his luck PM me. If you have good reputation in the board that helps plus. And yes, there are pics. Have no clue about BBJ and extras but may be negotiable (with her, not with me OK!). She is 200k but she worth it in my opinion, sporty cute young girl.
Good luck guys.
Ahh, this is still the place to post reports for Medellin right? Righto, let's get to it then.
I went to Energy looking or Salome who, as it turns out,"se fue". The line-up was pretty short, but my timing was not great, it as about 5 pm. About 8 girls, the usual Energy talent, nothing too exciting, nothing revolting, more girls with larger breasts than I'm used to here in MDE. I went with Luna. 24 yo (I think) , no kids (probably true) , great figure, very firm breasts (insists they are real, did not see or feel any scars, but damn they were firm). Good CBJ, but lots of fake moaning, but good service overall. Had to insist on the massage though (cansado. Jajaja) which was not any better than you expect them to be at Energy. Overall I would say Luna is a solid choice, just not spectacular.
And since we are on the subject of spectacular, I went with SalomeatEnergy in November and enjoyed her very much. I got her number then, but had to wipe my data (damn electronics) and since she has left Energy I can't get in touch with her. I know this is a shot in the dark, but if anyone knows her and can get me in touch with her I would sure appreciate it. She is about 23 yo, very short (no, I'm talking about hight here) , not skinny, not chubby, has a child, and that's all I know. Not much to go on, but who knows.
Cheers,
Nick Nasty
Dude still looking for Salome? She may be something else. Because with all the super hotties we have seen this 2 weeks I wouldn't even remember her name =). Bro you are a good wing man. Too bad we have the same taste in girls hahaa

Please send the Pm again with your e mail to send the pictures. And also tell me what name you will use because she wont answer to any random dudes.. only the name I tell her. Don't forget to send the e mail. I can't post her pics here.
Yes, this forum is for Medellíand, but there are threads for food, hotels, wing requests, etc. For vets, a free style forum might be ok, but it makes it extremely difficult for newbies to find information and then they get flamed for it wanting to wade through the chit chat. This isn't isolated to this forum. Maybe the mods can me more proactive in moving posts to the right location.
Case in point. I was looking for information about Thailand. I had to go back 10-15 pages of chitchat to finally get to a report. In fact, this discussion should probably go in the general section. If you want to see more mish mash of posts, maybe this forum needs a "new posts" function.
Okay, here's the deal. The DB who initially had a problem with my posts slinked away back into the ooze from which which he originally slithered. My concern was never where information should be posted, but that the end game was to pass on said information, not hold it over people's head like some kind of prize, only accessible to those deemed worthy. To those senior members who found it in their hearts to overlook my newbie-ism as well as a little thread topic bleed, thank you. I owe you guys several solids. For those of you more concerned with the hassle of having to sort through an entire thread to find information pertinent to you than actually sharing information, welcome to the web. At the end of the day, this is Jackson's page. If he feels it's appropriate to add more categories, great. If he feels I"m posting inappropriately he has shown, both here and in the USA post, a demonstrated ability to take care of business and either set me straight or bounce my ass. He has done neither to date.
I should point out that, although there are sections for Colombian food and a few other threads, there are only four threads that deal directly with Medellin- Medellin Reports, Medellin Hotels and Rental Apartments, Medellin Lists, and Map of Casas of Centro in Medellin. You might notice that none of these address any of the periphery issues or information you average monger might wish. Let's say you spend all night buried up to your neck in delicious Paisa chimba? Are you really going to travel to Colombia and see the whole country through the window of a love motel? C'mon! I would encourage Jackson to subdivide the threads to include more variety, but again, this is his page. He does what he wants, as I would do with mine.
The real bottom line is that information is power. Two things can happen. Either I can use the information I gather to empower you fellow mongers, providing you with a better, safer and more rounded experience, or I can hold it above your head like the class bully holding your lunch money just out of reach until you provide some esoteric level of respect I have neither earned nor deserve. From this point out I will take care to post in the appropriate thread, but I will also inform you forthwith that I will not edit any posts to winnow out any references that aren't explicitly and directly related to pussy- if I happened to have a great meal or stroll through the Botero museum in the process of my chimba hunt, I'm not going to post it elsewhere. It's going right in with the chimba report. Deal with it.
Folks, I spent ten days on the ground in El Centro, and although I'm far from an expert on Colombia I learned more in that short time than some of the regular posters have in a lifetime of professional mongering. I have a degree in Latin American history and have traveled around the world. Yes, I"m a newbie here but an oldie by any other measure, and probably have more insight into Colombian culture and society than most of the senior members here. Any members wanting more information, be you senior or brand-newbie, drop me a line. I'll do my best to share the most accurate and complete information I can- for free. No reason to suck up to me or qualify your past service as a monger- if I've learned something I feel it's my responsibility to pass it on, as it's pretty useless bottled up in my noggin. Cíao!
Watch out for this chica- she skinned me pretty good. All's fair, but she's one of those who could benefit from a good half hour of serious backdoor action without the benefit of lube.

It's easy really. There are various sections of the Forum, try and post info in the appropriate one.
Makes grabbing info much easier for others.
I don't get all the hostility about it.
It's quite simple.
Relax.
As far your 10 days in el Centro and wanting to help others with your now grand knowledge surpassing most others, well Thank you.
Truthfully though, the best guys on this board are the ones that post info and experiences, etc without having to highlight how great and knowledgeable they are compared to others.
For your information; Jackson wants to make this site similar to the http://www.argentinaprivate.com/forum/index.php Site.
