Voronezh is a small city about 12 hours south of Moscow by train. A round trip ticket for a sleeper booth on the train is about $100, available via Intourist.
Why Voronezh should be of interest to the Russia-bound traveler is that prices there are significantly lower than in Moscow, although the quality remains the same. As an example, the highest I paid for a girl was $21, and that was room service at a hotel.
I will post about places to stay, saunas and the like shortly.
Voronezh hotel:
I stayed at the Hotel Brno, located in the exact center of town, a 3 dollar taxi ride from the railroad station. The Brno isn't the best hotel in the world, and they overcharged me ($50 a night), but what it lacks in amenities, it makes up for in the mongering department. Room service - ie, high school cheerleader types brought up to your room - cost $21 for the first hour of service.
Also, the hotel is located right next to the town's biggest casino/sauna (a great combination).
If you can handle lack of hot water for a while, the Brno is not a bad mongering stop.
Can you get by with knowing only Enlish?
I wouldn't recommend a trip to Voronezh with zero Russian ability, unless you had a guide. Nobody there spoke English, and I looked. My Russian sucks, but I get by.
Voronezh is sort of Russian Mongering 102, if you have no English, stick to Moscow.

Cleopatra Sauna:
Located *under* the Flamingo Casino (attached to the Brno Hotel), the sauna charges 500 rubles an hour, with a 2 hour minimum. You can order up a girl for 500 rubles an hour, as well.
The sauna features a standard dining room (one table) for you consume food and drink, a sauna room with showers and a cold pool, and a sex room. The standard drill is to either use the facilities by yourself for an hour before securing the services of the girl, or else rent the girl the whole time.
Good vodka is 35 rubles a shot ($1).
Sauna Nega:
Located about 3 miles from downtown, to the north on Moscow Prospekt, take a right at Slav, go 100 meters or so, and you can't miss it. Its a brick building with a public bathhouse in the front, but around back is entrance #2, the private bathhouse.
Cost per hour to use the rather nice private facility is 300 rubles ($10). There is a changing room, a dining room, a large room with a warm pool, a sauna, and a bedroom. Best bet is to rent the facility for an hour by yourself, but tell the dispatcher to send a girl for the second hour. The girls cost 450 rubles an hour, about $15. They are brought by their handler, if you give them some notice (like, an hour), they come in a group of 5 or 6 and perform an ad hoc line up for in the sauna facility.
Some of the girls are happy to share the sauna and other facilities with you, others just want to get the sex over with, and go straight for the bedroom.
You can take a taxi from downtown Voronezh to this place, it should cost 50 rubles ($3), or a bus for 3 rubles (10 cents).
EX,
The price of $24 you paid is simply too good to be true! Are you sure? How about the quality of the girls in terms of looks and service?
Did you pass by the Voronezh University? My little brother goes there for his Ir. studies. Dare not ask him though about these 'relaxing' places though.
Silly boy.
$24 was the *most* I paid in Voronezh, and that got me room service bringing some high school cheerleader type who was eager to please.
I suspect that your little brother will have some stories. Unfortunately for him, the local ladies will likely get their grips into him early on, so he can't sample too many of the wares of Voronezh.

Hey Explorer8939:
I might consider adding Voronezh to my itinerary on my next trip to Russia. My first trip this summer was quite fun. I didn't have any problems in Moscow and in StP.
Now, how safe is Voronezh in your opinion compared to Moscow? By the way how good is your Russian: beginner, intermediate? How do locals treat you when they realize you are a foreigner? Are there any regular clubs where you meet just ordinary girls? Finally, I'm glad that you managed to get into Salon Nightcat. I haven't liked the girls there, hope you had fun...
Poka!
I found this. It's all in Russian but you can use one of those internet translator websites to get any idea about what some of its about. IF any Russian speakers amongst can translate any useful info from here then it would be much appreciated

ummm interesting, very interesting!!!!!
Voronezh is safer than Moscow, its a smaller city by far. My Russian is awful, I must be speaking a low class of pidgeon Russian. The male locals could care less when they find out I'm a foreigner, the females get all embarrased.
There is a regular club right next to the Hotel Brno, admission is a whopping 50 rubles on Saturday night.

I looked at the site mentioned below. I saw this interesting information in respect of priceing...
Actually, proceeding from the prices which have usually in Voronezh for this sorts of service, for night with her only 31 % of participants of interrogation (114 guys) who voted in USD really can apply. One hour (responding to a newspaper advertisement) costs 350 roubles, each subsequent hour 300 roubles, and consider:)) With a sauna or a hut it costs more than 450 roubles. In area of the area of Glory or on the Rostov line pricing is different - minuet 150 roubles, sex 200-250 roubles.
Seems bloody che.ap to me
"Voronezh" in Engish means "city of affordable sex", I guess.
The most I ever paid there was $21 rubles (750 rubles), and that was for an hour with some high school cheerleader type brought up by hotel room service.
