I saw a few posts about Happy town. From what I have been noticing, it is pretty much closed down except the BBBJ shop which is open only until 7pm.

Go south along Wuzhong lu away from Xujiahui lu (btw someone was shot dead in the kfc at xujiahui yesterday) on the right side of the roads d. You only need to go 40m or so from Songyuan lu and the strip begins. There is a volvo office on the corner. Not sure if its an actual showroom though.
