I was there last week if you are referring to the one in Laureles. The girls will need their cedula or passport for the Vennies. The concierge will take a picture of the girls ID. They will let the girl up without you meeting her downstairs. Of course they will call you first to ask if it's OK to let the girl up.
Now. Just my dos centavos, I told all the concierges that if the girl leaves the building without me there is a problem and call me immediately or come to my apartment. I'm not paranoid, I lived in Colombia for three years, I just want to be safe.
The concierge will be accommodating to this request as I saw many working girls coming in an out of the lobby day and night. Also I gave all the concierges a little gift. You always attract more flies with honey rather than vinegar.
That building is in a great location. All my guest loved the apartment and view.
Most of the concierges have limited English, I spoke Spanish to them however I think this is not an issue google translate or broken Spanish can't handle. They know what we are up to LOL.
What is the visitor policy at San Peter apartments?
I assume visitors check in at the reception desk. Do they copy their ID? Do I need to come down to the lobby to meet them or will they let them up alone?
Do they call you when the girl leaves?
TIA.
