City Garden Suites v Makati
As those who RTFF will deduce, I recently stayed in City Garden Suites Ermita and was impressed. However it lacks a pool. Has anyone stayed in the same group's Makati property that has a pool, and, even better, has anyone stayed in both and could they offer a comparison? Many thanks! The one bedroom suites for P19600 a week at City Garden are great: what are the executive deluxe rooms ($81 USD / night) at the Makati property like?

The rooftop pool and view are a big plus and rooms are better kept. Only problem is pool closes at 6 or 7 PM. Makati area has the pricier nearby clubs, better area for business, and girls in clubs can be prettier than the freelancers hanging around Ermita. Personally, I prefer the Makati property and taxi to other parts of town if I want to adventure. Never stayed in the suite, so can't compare, but bet it's a good deal for Makati. Stayed in City Garden 3 x so I'm looking for something comparable just to try something different, but if I can't find anything, City Garden Makati is reliable.
