I am to visit Dar es Salamm next month and looking to keep my self busy, any suggestions of a good happy ending massage palor, I do like a bit of asian spice any places worth visiting? Will be staying on the pennisula.
Sorry for the late reply.
Both places are a short cab ride, no more than 5000 TSH.
Try Q Bar first.
Enjoy.
Picked this one up in the bar of the Mövenpick last April. Think her name was Lisa. Service not bad, but she scammed me afterwards by threatening to make a scene in the hotel if I didn't pay her more.
She knew I was in the company of others and wanted discretion. Real pro, so I did not disguise her.

Hi Guy's
Will be visiting Dodoma in September, does anyone know where the action is?
(Imagine there should be a lot of action with all these MP's hanging around :) )
Thanks,
Bram
Hi all, I will be visiting Dar next week and I want to try indian and Chinese around, on my previous trips I did enjoy the local women from the usual spots as mentioned any idea where I can find indian or Chinese women (I heard rumors that Chinese frequent jollys) your info will be much appreciated.
Hi guys,
I'll be heading over to Dar with a buddy in a few weeks time. We'll arrive on Saturday midday and leave Tuesday midday.
Where is the best place to hook up with take-away birds on Saturday evening/night, who we can bring over to some beach place until Tuesday?
What's a reasonable rental fee for the birds for 3 days?
What's a good beach area near Dar, with reasonably priced hotels, and which doesn't take too much travel time to reach? (1-3 hours would be fine) (We'll go there when we wake up on Sunday, return to Dar on Tuesday lunchtime)
Any girl-friendly but quite "cheap" hotel recommendations in Dar?
Any advice is most appreciated!
Cheers,
KS

Bram[/QUOTE]You can try Club 64 when the Ramadan is over.
I would say go to either New Maisha, Garden Bistro, or Bilicanas on Saturday night to make your selection.
In terms of a nice beach that is close to Dar, I say go to White Sands resort. There should not be a problem with bringing girls there if you have them as registered guests.
In terms of rental costs, I think you can get away with USD 100 to 200 for three nights, potentially even less.

Gentlemen,
I understand a number of ladies were rounded up by the police on Thursday night at Maisha. Did the police cause any problems to any mongers also?
I did not find a girl in Dar es Salaam that I was keen to spend several days with, so ended up going to Zanzibar by myself. Was mainly there for non-mongering stuff, but figured that I would be resourceful enough to find something there.
Know a lot about mongering, but little about Stonetown, but found the following:
There is a small mongering scene catering for visitors, but it's not very large with only a few girls. Girls can be found at:
1. Livingstone's Bar - a touristy bar with mostly tourists, but a few pros sit around the bar inside
2. Dharma Lounge - a cocktail lounge with a few pros
3. Bwawawani, although this place doesn't really get going to late, and you are likely to be in Zanzibar to do non-mongering stuff mainly so it's less than ideal unless you are there for a long time since going there cuts into your sleeping
4. Staharie - actually a local place that is close to the touristy spots. Very difficult to find since you enter through a craft store. You get there by going past Livingstone's, keep going down the street (it isn't lit but it is fine to walk there) until you get to a craft store that is open even though it is in the middle of the night. There is Staharie, it does not have a sign. If you can't find it, ask someone, say you are looking for the local place.
Staharie is very Zanzibar rather than touristy, and has a mongering scenes with girls looking for African men, and girls that are new on the scene or too embarrased to go to the other places since they don't speak English.
Staharie is home to a small drug scene and there are some shady characters there due to this, but they mind their own business and sit along the fence facing the ocean (so they can throw their things in the ocean if the police arrive). Don't partake in this, since there are scams and set ups where you get "arrested" and have to bribe your way out.
A large Tusker is 2,000 KSH. Get them yourself at the bar since the waitresses will overcharge you.
The attached picture will give you an idea of orientation. Livingstone's (which is easy to find) is the large white building next to the blue boat. Staharie is the small buildings all the way to the right of the picture that look a bit run down.
