Say Joe,
Where is La Cascada relative to the Booby Trap ?

Ragman,
I do not know where Booby Trap is. To get to La Cascada, just take a left on Obregon Avenue when you cross the border. You have to go all the way up to 20th avenue and turn left. It is a small place. There is a big sign on the place. There is no way you can’t find it. I was told that there is also a MP nearby. I couldn’t find it.
Joe,
The Booby Trap is right downtown, Zona Centro. Corner of International Street and Calle Segunda (2da). Not more that 100 yards from the border crossing. What makes it handy is that you don't need to drive across and back. Sometimes the vehicle crossing has a long, slow line when the pedestrian crossing is walk right up and you're through. When you are on-call like I am that can make a big difference.

PS. Based on your report I will make the time soon to go check out La Cascada. Thanks!
I am planning a trip to Las Palomas, south of Deming, New Mexico, anything of interest there?
I am looking to spend some time in the quiet town of Tecate. Is there anyone who has scored anything there recently? I heard of a place called Juarez Rose but was unable to find it my last trip down.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I spent 5 day in Puerto Penasco and the place is defiantly happening.
The first night I scored a hot chick at the Playa Bonita bar.
The second night, I went to the local ***** house Crystal Night Club. I paid $2.50 for a drink and $55 for Alma, a cute thin girl at the bar. I got full service in an attached room. There were several girls that were good looking 6-7 buy local standards, but the average age was in the late thirty’s to lower forties. Still, they were easy and very hustling for business.
I say three SW while I was there. One hung out at the corner my “Mo’s” and the other two were at the motel about a block down from there. $25 for a BJ was asked, but I got it for $20. BBBJCITM.
I checked out Las Polamas and it turned out well. Park for free right across from Customs in front of the Western Union office, walk across the border, for free, and head for the Poncho Bar, down the street on the right, about two or three blocks. There were 12 ladies, none were drop dead gorgeous but all were nice looking, not much of a floor show and the beers were $3. The price for FS started at $65, but by the end of my first beer was lowered to $55. The town has nothing else to offer unless you want to go to the dental clinic or the optomolgist for glasses. No shopping to speak of and Pancho's was the nicest bar, and that isn't really saying much although there was music and it was air conditioned. The ladies were pleasant, not much make up, no silicon or tatoos, and no one was pushy. Not even a bouncer in sight. The town is small and rundown. I visited a number of bars on the side streets as well, nothing to recommend. Someone did mention the 2x4 Girls Bar across and down the street from Poncho's, but it was closed in the afternoon when I was there.

Agua Prieta:
There is a new strip club in Agua Prieta called Scandalo’s. It is located in La Zona on Ave. 2. If you were to walk past El Bohemio to Ave. 2, turn left and walk south about 50 feet toward the Carlos Motel. On your left you will see an enclosed parking area, and the entrance to the club is within. It cost $5 to enter and is a typical American style club. I was there for about 45 minutes to an hour, but left because it was too expensive. A bottle of mineral water cost $3, and they wanted an outrageous $20 for a ticket to have a 5 or 6 minute “private” dance in a back room. Special service while you’re in the back room is available, but will cost more. How much more, I don’t know. All the chicas there are young and good looking, but during their dances on stage they only remove their top garment. I got far more for my money in the other clubs.
Thanks to all of you that have posted here about Agua Prieta. Your information was mostly accurate and useful.

I'll be AP July 1st and 2nd. Thanks for the good info and I'll report back. I'm very interested in this Tauras Club to see what semi-pro types are there. (my Spanish is fluent)
Puerto Penasco:
I'm looking for travel info for this. I would imagine taking 85 from AZ to 8 straight into Puerto Penasco would be the way to go. Any problems to know about as far as driving into town? I have a map of what I would guess is the downtown area and I think I would like to try renting something on the beach area for a week. Or at least a day or two in town.
Where is the action and hotels in town as far as street names?
Going to San Felipe in Sept. Anyone have any good recommendations for some action.Your help get's mine when I return.
Thank's in advance,
John RP
I visited Agua Prieta and the information listed here was correct. I found Flamingo, Patio Club and Paraiso all to be very good...$40 was the negotiated rate at all 3.
Taurus Club was dead and not much there (on a Friday Night).
Taurus Club in Auga Prieta tends to be a later almost after hours type of club.
Hey there,
I have some good info on San Felipe if anybody is interested! I was down there with my brother for some fun and mongering we had photos of streets, building fronts and girls but they are lost accidentally when his computer crashed.
But if anyone is planning a trip or has questions about the scene down there let me know.
The action is imited and seasonal but there always is something. In the bars if you get a bad attitude from the bartender, leave because even if you get a girl it will be rushed and not worth it. But I made friends with the senora at one bar and she would send girls to my hotel a few blocks away if I asked her to or let me use a room behind the bar for 5 usd.
Off season the best bet is the occasional bar girl or waitress is good and a lot of crack *****s to stay away from.
But if you can be discreet and smooth enough I think the best bet is to get girls from the restaurants and regular bussinesess on the beach. As long as you play it off that it is not obvious ,let them know what you want and establish a way to meet them later or have them call you. There is a good chance to score. It is amazing how many of those girls are *****s but just pretend not to be!
The red light district is about two blocks up from the beach on the left of the main drag as you drive into town.Kind of an alley looking street and around the corner all in all about 4 bars all in about a 3 minute walking distance.
Once again sorry for losing the photos and good luck!
San Luis,
Finally made it down to La Cascada on Tuesday night and glad I did. Not too crowded, 4 or 5 tables had 2 or 3 guys each, watching the show. The ladies were dancing on stage (2 songs each set, first song full dress, second song only the thong). A couple of tables had ladies waiting for their turn to dance. 6 to 8 would be my assessment on looks.
My mesero brought me a beer (Tecate, Dos Equis, Sol, and Tecate Lite are the choices; few places carry my preference, Negra Modelo). He asked if I wanted to buy a lady a beer. I said "mas tarde". In a little bit the first dancer I saw on stage when I walked in came and sat down with me. Naomi. 21 years old. Fresh up from Guaymas for the work. Said she had been in San Luis for only three days and I think she was telling the truth. She didn't even know where the off-site apartment was located. We got in my car and followed the security guard in his car a couple of blocks. When we were shown inside she went around inspecting everything; the beds, the mirrors, the shower, the air conditioning.
I went to San Luis to get laid and I'm glad the first girl to come over and hit me for a lady drink was Naomi. I'd rate her looks about 7.5 and attitude about 8 or 9. Joe's report tells of private dances in a private area and someday I'll have to check that out. But this "viejo" has a thing about queen size beds and, during the hot summer months at least, about a shower. And always, 45 minutes to an hour. I wasn't looking for the cheapest way to get my nut. I was looking for having things the way I like them. And SHOWCLUBS are often in-and-out hurry up places. I was pleased with the available talent and the available off-site location.
Quoting prices on this forum should be to give someone new to the area or new to the hobby a ballpark figure to work with. The bar will ask for a $30 bar fine fee for the dancer to leave. The off-site apartment will ask for a $30 fee for the hour. Naomi asked for $100 for her. What price you put on "value" is up to each punter. These are the asking prices I got on a hot summer Tuesday night.

PS. I saw the MP Joe refered to on Obregon a couple of blocks before Cascada.
PPS. Joe says turn left on Obregon and go up to Calle 20. If you are walking that's fine, but if you are driving you'll find big "No Left Turn" signs. You need to go a couple blocks past Obregon to Juarez to turn left. After travelling down Juarez a little ways then turn left to get back to Obregon and turn right and drive on to Calle 20. Cascada does have a really big, and at night bright, sign that you cannot miss.
