HuangJiang - Description to BBS Area
On the way back from CP to ZMT I told my driver to show me in HuangJiang where BBS are located. He brought me to two areas, but only one seems to be active, very active.
This active BBS area is located south of Windsor Hotel and I counted at least 15 shops, but the typical "red" lights could be seen in the alleys. Please see attached picture to find the way to this area.
Like in ZMT the shops are like "normal" shops and open to the street and so the girls are also suffering from cold weather outside. The girls in CP can be lucky to be in a closed room, even some rooms are everything else than comfortable.
I did not stop and checked the selections as I was just checking the area. And frequent BBS visitor will know that selections in shops can vary from day to day, during "rush hour" from hour to hour. Furthermore everybody has its own favor.
The area is located in a public area with a lot of small restaurants and "normal" shops, so be prepared that locals are starring at you when being in this area. As this area is a little bit away from the main streets I highly recommend to not go there alone, take somebody with you.
The best way in is the way following the dotted white line from the main streets.
Huangjiang is next to CP and ZMT. Many Japanese and Korean restaurants can be found there. I already visited the Japanese restaurant at Gold Joy Hotel (left side) and can recommend it.

Chinese Visa in Phnom Penh
Thanks for the advice, everyone. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I've had to postpone my trip for a week, which gives me time to get the visa in the States.
Looking forward to meeting some of you soon.

Catacombs (for the unworthy)
Thanks to all for the efforts and good work put into creating the CP/Catacombs maps and directions:
I wish to make three suggestions, if I may be allowed:
1. May I suggest putting in a pin for the McDonald's restaurant approximately two blocks from the catacombs entrance. It may help some punters to find their way around the area or fortify themselves for the outing.
2. I haven't seen any mention of, or credit given to Cronin, the great discoverer and master-monger of the Catacombs and S. China. Dalai Cronin has posted many wonderful references including first ever pictures of the Catacombs and opened up these hallowed lanes to the west. A careful searth (RTFM) of ISG is advised in order to appreciate the true context of these parts and work of Lao Cronin.
3. If Cronin's magical tales and the recent rash of postings still leave one yearning for more details, we're announcing today that I'm taking bookings and renting out Santa for linguistically correct, guided tours of the Catacombs. For a starting price of as little as 200rmb we will provide you with a mystical death-defying tour of the grounds. (one pop included)
We'll try to bring you back alive. Chocolate shake included (small)
Ok I think the corrections I made on the map are now accurate. Miraton is the one on the corner with the dome.
I would be happy to post more maps, but don't know the location of - JiaYi's Taoyuan Recreation City!
