HCMC ready to welcome back tourists
I've been watching several newspapers on when countries will reopen. Now the article below has a little blurb that just caught my attention:
The city will convert certain hotels into quarantine centers for people arriving in Vietnam and place those coming into close contact with Covid cases in facilities responsible for handling cases with no symptoms.
This really sounds like a money grab to me. Its already been shown in Thailand's incoming tourist numbers that the testing before flights is keeping covid from entering into a country from the airlines. They aren't lining up hospitals to quarantine the locals who can't afford the fee's, this is only for the tourists.
