Transportation in Trujillo.
Hi mongers,
I might be going to Trujillo while in Peru later this month. Thanks to Jack Jericho for the motivating report. While in Trujillo what's the best way of moving around short of a rental? Is Uber there?
Also, can anyone fill me in on the "beach ecosystem" over there? What are the reputations of Trujillo vs. Huanchaco? Is one pricier than the other? Does one have better beaches? Is one safer than the other? I gather that Trujillo is better for mongering.
Cheers,
ATH.
Jockey16's Trujillo friend.
I recently spent two nights in Trujillo and made the acquaintance of Miss the, who Jockey16 recommended (see my review in Lima, post #4336). Suffice it to say that she was a very sweet young lady (20 years old) who joined me for memorable sessions.
I stayed at the Hotel El Sombrero in Huanchaco- the view towards the beach from the sixth floor was amazing -- Miss the loved it although she was a little scared to venture out onto the balcony. The sound of the ocean while making love to her was great, although her cries sometimes drowned out the sound of the waves!
The north coast was interesting, archaeological sites in the day and Miss the in the evening gave me some great memories.
Two thumbs up to Jockey and to Miss D.
