they will be sending undercover agents to make sure girls are using condoms.
I think that's bullshit. In the room there are 2 consenting adults free to do whatever they want. That works everywhere on earth, advertised or not, declared or not. The club owner cannot enter or tape what we are doing in the room, so of course he cannot control nor prevent anything. In all clubs is written something in german meaning that girls are independent pros freely giving their services.
For instance, you aren't allowed to exchange personal contacts with a girl, but who among us hasn't done it?
Among the many things I can't and didn't post about, I fucked AO (in an AO club asking surcharges for it) declaring covered sessions. The girls gladly agreed, in the last time that it happened, I felt guilty and "tipped" (between quotation marks because it was a shameful little amount).
All of us anyway know that even in "normal" clubs you can fuck AO, even if the girl is not supposed to do it in those places.
So, what is the policeman going to do? Punish a prostitute willing, for her own reasons, to make unprotected sex when the club can do nothing to hinder her from doing that? The club, IMHO, may know and even agree, but surely cannot be held responsible for what happens in a room.
