In most hotels I was in the dr I wouldn't take the room cleaning ladies for free. Because about 95% are not my type, have 2 x the weight from myself or are just 20 years older like me.
But well everyone has his own preferences and a hotel with room service and room cleaning ladies on side you could stay in the room all time and don't have to leave.
