I have never seen any street walkers in the half dozen times I've been to London, but maybe I was walking the wrong streets.
Haven't looked recently, but have seen some in the past. Probably 10 years+ ago now.
Sighted around both Victoria and Kings X stations.
Actually got blown by a black girl in Hackney.
There used to be girls by Kings Cross.
The age of the website, the app, the phone, the big brother cameras and the pimps and working girls. The streetwalkers in London are not only hard to find, it is pointless to go looking. There was never a famous street for SW in London since Jack the ripper times, there is still 1 in Leeds or Coventry if that's what you are after.
But if you are in London, use the tools at your disposal. In fact using the apps and websites means you can browse from your phone before heading out. Less disappointment that way. You know what they offer, you can message for a venue, time and price. Its like ordering groceries home instead of going to a farmers market.
