[blue]Reason: Posting a fake provider report with a real telephone number in an apparent attempt to cause aggravation to an innocient third party.
It figures, on the rare ocassion wherein I inadverently leave a telephone number remain in a report that it ends up illustrating the fundamental reason why I don't permit telephone numbers in reports.[/blue]

you know something, jackson, i've had enough of this. not allowing
someone to state their own defense is illegal, and i've forwarded
your mails not only to my lawyer, but to your isp as well.
sorry, you went too far. i tried to explain in polite terms why i
can not answer pm, and you slam me. you also deleted my reply
because i used the term 'jackson will not allow me to post my skype/
yahoo/msn name'.
your isp has been informed.

Feb 5, 2007
i've already screengrabbed every one of my posts, along with your replies. i also have screen grabs of the replies in my own defence
that you refuse to post.
what goes around, comes around, jackson. thing is, if i knew that
the people who wanted to ask me questions (not ones pertaining to my
trade) also had bought into your pm scam, i may well have been
persuaded to purchase a subscription to talk to them. but why i'd buy
a subscription only to find out that i can't actually talk to any of
them is just stupid.
anyway, what's done is done.
one last piece of advise, go private registration when registering
domain names.

Feb 5, 2007
did it ever occur to you that maybe people wanted to contact me to
ask me advise on japan and/or kenya?
my kenyan lawyer is drafting a letter to your isp now. he feels that
after reading our emails back and forth that you are liable not just
for slander, but intimidation.
happy monday, jackson.

Feb 5, 2007
what you've done is slanderous ad you've deleted posts that have in no way allowed myself to defend my actions nor give reason to
legitimate members who would like to speak to me. i have never plied
my trade on your site, and to say so is slanderous.
don't worry about deleting the thread, i've already screengrabbed,
along with your original message and am writing to my lawyer and your
isp together.
i promise you, it will cost me a lot more than 13$ and will be worth
every penny to see it taken down.

Feb 3, 2007
well done on your part exploiting women throughout the world.
next time i've got a prostitute patient assigned to me at hospice who
is dying from terminal cervical cancer due to not having a STI
treated in time, i'll be sure to thank you and your competitors for
that.

Feb 7, 2007
thanks for removing me. all my posts have been copied to wsg and the
complaints sent to your isp. would you like copies of them for your
files?
btw, i have asked a few of the guys who read both forums to keep any
eye out for any posts involving my name and will be copied
immediately, and i will take action if i find anything slanderous
written.
i just love reading the banned users list. especially when they threaten legal action. do these people really think jackson is obligated to let them do as they please whether or not they are a paying member?
thank you seņor jackson for keeping the riff-raff out.

[blue]==============================================
hi mugroso,
from time to time i get these uneducated lunatics that believe that the u.s. constitution's freedom of speech provisions somehow requires me to publish whatever they want to say on my own forum.
for those of you who are not familiar with this distinction, let me re-state it here.
the freedom of speech protections in the us constitution protects a citizen's right to speak out against the government on any other subject that they may choose to espouse upon. however, it has no effect over private individuals, and it does not compel other citizens to publish whatever they wish to say.
in other words, you can send all the letters you want to the new york times, but they are under no obligation to publish any of them.
thanks,
jackson[/blue]
