... on a silver platter?
Use the search function on this forum. Note that there is an advanced search function which will allow you to narrow it down to specific posts.
Then find the addresses of each.
Afterwards, find an online map and plot each address.
My personal favorite is www.goyellow.de. Look under the Karten section.
Punch in the address, look for the Verkehr section on the left and slick on Nahverkehr or Fernverkehr for public transport. It will have the Bus/Strassenbahn/S-bahn/U-bahnhaltestellen pop up with their names and even Anfahrt and Abfahrt Schedules.
Its really that simple.
Then make this list and post it here for all to share in the fruits of your labor.
Deal?

It's also in English, and you only need the address of where you're going, no PLZ (post code) necessary, Just remember to tick the box for street address next to origin and destination if that's what you're using. Once you have the route, you can use the maps that come with it to find your way to/from the nearest bus/underground/s-bahn stop.
To find the addresses of the places you're looking for, use their web-sites and look for either Anfahrt or Kontakt. The Artemis web-site also come in English flavour.
