Whats the current situation in Portugal? Especially the legal situation.
I only read https://covid19estamoson.gov.pt/new-state-of-emergency-measures/. So I assume all clubs are closed. But places of worship are still open and essential services too. So the question to me is can ladies be visited? Can Escorts come to the Hotel / Accommodation? And as far as I know the current rules last until March 16th. Is it already known if they plan to ease the rules afterwards?
Thanks for anyone who can clarify things for me as I don't speak Portuguese.
The COVID situation is better and people are getting there vaccines. People older than 30 are getting there vaccine after June 20th. Clubs are still closed, but spas are open and it feels like cover never happen. At least with me that's what I feel. Hotels are open and have been opened. You can ask a girl to go to a motel, or hotel and that happens also with the girls that usually have an apartment to receive there clients.
And even some girls that have been retired because of the pandemic are coming back.
So don't worry. Everything is coming back in business as before.
So in Lisbon yet again and it's as good as always. Will fill in some reports of girls in a couple of days.
But for many of us we start with getting some weed and roll our vacation to the most. After all sun, beach and nice women are best when a little inspired.
I can confirm that you can still easily buy non-scam weed from the Africans in the park "Jardim the Cerca the Graca". It's the normal procedure where basically all gangs (+2 Africans) together mean they do sell right now. They will actively look for contact and just sit down nearby them and look there way and voila you get the menu.
Gypsies are roaming the streets as always showing "good looking weed" in a flash moment but it is all CBD or not even that. Same with Hash is just some pile of poo basically. So never fall for them, never!
The Africans deliver a little better weed this year with clear buds that are not mashed together too much. But still it's outdoor grown and imported from Northern Africa. So don't expect to go crazy but it will be "ok" for a daily smoker to roam around with a nice buzz for sure.
Price is still 20 euro per "bag" which is most probably a 1-2 g or around there. So not cheap by any means but not much either for most tourists.
My personal dealer is back in business and have upgraded his setup with a nice new car now instead of a Vespa. And he got companions now. Super nice dealer that has a lot of options (hasch, pollen, weed to all powders and pills).
However he said the pandemic made it almost impossible to get Amsterdam weed which he usually have imported. Now the best he can get in EU is from Madrid but also outdoor grown.
Hoping to get to Portugal within the next couple of months. If there're any Americans over there -- how do you deal with these weekend restaurant restrictions and such? Do you get tested every Fri and Sat (I understand you need a 24 HR Antigen test to enter a restaurant / club)? I'm fully vaccinated but apparently Portugal doesn't accept USA Vaccine certificates. Has anyone found a way to get or convert to the EU certificate instead?
I did some digging and France allows you to convert your certificate into the EU's but I've found nada on Portugal. Seems like a big hassle to me.

Fill this before an arrival https://portugalcleanandsafe.pt/en/passenger-locator-card.
Some of the following might be of some help, try to contact them:
+351 217 929 755.
Email covid19@mne.pt.
https://www.sns24.gov.pt/contacte-nos/
At least in Brazil, they have an app, which can be filled to create a QR code (you need a CPF).

I'm fully vaxxed, but it appears Portugal doesn't accept USA Vaccine cards or any cards issued outside the E. You. I can take a test, but I'd rather not if there is a jeitinho around that.

I had to get tested in Barcelona before I went to Portugal, but once in Lisbon, I showed my US vaccine card twice, and it was accepted both times in downtown Lisbon. You can also easily get tested in most Pharmacies, and even at some restaurants (though I didn't do that). I got tested at a Pharmacy next to my Hotel (Sheraton) before my trip back to the US, at no charge, and results in an hour.

Hi! I know this isn't the thread or even forum for this but I'm looking to make to move to Portugal via the Golden Visa route. I just wanted to know if any mongers could / would help me in finding the right real estate agent. My PM works. I've contributed quite a bit in the Sri Lankan and Dubai forum and if I make it there, there will definitely be lots of reports!
How easy is it to get bare back sex in Portugal in general? Low probability? 50/50? High probability a girl will agree to it?
