LOL. I talk a lot of crap, Money definitely can make a difference.
GFE happens, paying more does not necessarily create a connection with your ho. I have had GFE paying $10 and some of the hottest girls too.
That is why speaking Spanish can make your experience 10 x + Better.
A wad of cash guarantees nothing. Persuasion counts for more.
I am looking for robbery rates in Santa Fe district and in Chapinero vs. Those in El Centro and other districts in Medellin. If you know credible figures, please let me know. No thanks for the city-wide rates. They are at everywhere. Thanks.

I'll hazard an answer for what it's worth:
If you intend to walk around flashing your iPhone in the street in the night, and generally showing the papaya, over a week long period, the chances of you getting robbed in Santa Fe are 100%.
If you spent the same amount of time there and don't flash your iPhone around using it at night in the street, the chances of you getting robbed is zero%.
It depends entirely on you behaviour.
Is that relevant to your question?
If you want to get robbed, I'm sure you can find someone to accommodate you, wherever you go.
I am looking for public statistics, not your subjective impression or personal opinion. Certainly my question is stupid and less intelligent than these posts on the Bogota thread. Thank you.
It also depends what you look like. If you look weak and dumb gringo who doesn't know what he is doing, you are going to be a target. I for one didn't have any problem in Santa Fe and felt safe but few weeks ago an Asian guy from this forum was robbed of his iPhone X.
My advice would be, fuck statistics because it depends on the individual. If you look like a tough Latino you won't be messed with. But if you are really dumb you can be robbed in El Poblado too.
My advice:
1. Have the mindset of "Glass is already broken" I. E "You are going to be robbed" so keep your cards and iPhone at room and only take minimum cash and a cheap phone to Santa Fe.
2. Take help of a senior member on this forum for first few trips to Santa Fe. Woodman09 seems to be recommended on the forum.
3. Never loose your senses by drinking too much. I only drink water in the clubs.
4. If you are really paranoid, then take taxi to Troya and take taxi out of Troya and never walk on the streets.
I personally followed rules 1,2 and 3 for my first trips to Santa Fe.

The statistics aren't relevant to the poster, but if he wants to make himself one, all he has to do is wave his iPhone around like the other guy.
Although I'm amazed by your deep knowledge and the recommendations nobody could ever offer, I just want stats.

If one of them tries to charge you extra for robbing you, I'd refuse the service and look for a different thief.
It depends entirely on you behaviour.
Yep, all in your behavior. That's why hipsters and non profit workers can rent and live in sketchy hoods and never have a problem.

I refuse the service if they want my credit card too.
What are the criteria in selecting stupid posts? What quality makes you most eligible person to determine if posts are stupid or not? Thank you.
What are the criteria in selecting stupid posts? What quality makes you most eligible person to determine if posts are stupid or not? Thank you.
1. Ownership. Their board, their rules, their decisions. They decide based upon what they think is best for the board. Not everyone will agree, but it's a private business, not a democracy. We don't get to vote on it.
2. Experience. They sort through 100's of stupid posts every day and need to decide which ones to block, which ones to comment on and which ones to move to a thread like this one.
Almost every bloc and every 10 mnts you walk at Botero or P Bolivar, idiots will bother or mess with you if you are Asian. They do to you things they don't do to white gringos. They yell at you "Chino", try to grab your arm, make slanted eyes to you, say "Chin Chon Chan" (they mean to pretend speaking Chinese), want to start a fight with you, etc. They think its funny and they think that will make them better than you. If you walk with white persons, these pathetic don't do these to you. Some Asians told me that its because of these idiots, rather than crime, its not worth spending time in Centro. Majority of Colombians, specially those in low strata, are racist and sexist, and just like other racists in general, they don't know that they are.
Thank you everyone for taking time out of your day to answer these questions. A few remarks I have after reading your comments:
1. I am not a drinker what-so-ever, much much more of a fanatic for la crippa. Does anyone have experience scoring grade-A product? I have zero interest in trying to get any Miley-Cyrus out there just not a fan of anything that makes you alert and edgy, that is what work is for not your leisure at least my IMO and I am well aware of the dangers of associating myself with narco-traffico. What am talking about right here is more about the love of the mean mean green. .
