Re: KOREAN LAW and PUTTING SEX PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET
It probably is illegal to post pictures depicting sexual acts,
especially if "pubic hair" is exposed. Korean society has double standards. While the government turns a blind to the RLDs, it tries to shut down any website showing photos exhibiting pubic hair. Yet, there is a huge market for adult movies which would be considered "soft porn" by U.S. standards since actual intercourse cannot be shown and no "pubic hair" exposure allowed. They don't even use mosaic.
In the past years, there has been a surge of Adult Webcasting sites. IJs (Internet Jockey) have become popular. At first, the sites were based in Korea and had to adhere to the law. Absolutely no exposure of pubic hair. Then these sites got smart and switched to servers overseas, thus circumventing the law. Now, these sites are trying to outdo each other with IJs doing all sorts of sexual acts.
If you posted sex photos of you and your girl on a Korean site, you would probably get in trouble with the law for invasion of privacy, defamation, extortion rather than from violating any "sex laws". I doubt the cops have the resources to go after you, an another civilian based on charges from your ordinary civilian girlfriend. Even if your girlfriend was a celebrity the cops would rarely do anything. If the cops couldn't do anything for two Korean celebrities who had their sex tapes speard online, do you think they could do anything for your girlfriend?
By all means, feel free to upload those photos here. This site is located in the U.S. and the Korean authorities can't do anything about it.
Perhaps no more blue balls?
Gentlemen,
I heard rumors that certain red places might commence business once again and open their doors as of tomorrow. Is this true?

USFK drinking age and the RLD's.....
USFK announced today that the drinking age will be raised to 21 in Korea. Some things defy logic, the powers to be are always bitching that "we are guests in Korea and must follow the local law and we will follow the local law." OK USFK, if the law in Korea is 20 with regards to drinking alcohol, what gives you the right to change the law? I thought USFK is to follow the country's law?
What...change it and or follow the law when ever you damm well please?
Anyway, the RLD's.
Just like the majority of other things that koreans do and screw up...the crackdown won't last. You will see the RLD's in business before Xmas. Look at the national crackdown to improve the driving habits in Korea. Lasted a few months and things are back to FUBAR.
Never fear, the RLD's, love hotels, massage joints, BBS will continue to operate.

Sports massage behind Ritz
I have tried to find the Sports massage behind the Ritz today, but could not find it. I went up the hill behind the Ritz, 2-3 blocks passed the Novotel until I reach a small public garden (play gorund on the right) but could not find the stairs or the automatic doors, I may have not gone far enough. I will try again tonight.
Last nigh I called a girl that worked for sweet massage (the same girl that was reviewed here 3 months ago). I did not call sweet massage, even though they still advertize in the Korean Herlad. I called her cell which I had from the last time I saw her in August. She came within an hour and she was very nice, massage followed by a CBJ and FS.
I will try O2 next.
A couple people have been PM me about my trip so I decided to post a summary of my adventures in Korea.
I visited 02 three times, with each visit better than the last. The first trip was very memorable and detailed in my earlier post. But I learned some new things since my first visit. O2 is not so much an anma/massage parlor as it is a men's leisure center. I originally thought you paid 160,000W for the couple hours you stayed there to get serviced by the girl, but you can actually use the facilities up to 24 hours. BUT you only get serviced by the girl once. It's not an all you can fuck massage buffet. Like a hotel, you are actually paying for the room; the soapy massage/sex, real massage, food, drinks are included in your fee. If you walk around there is a lounge to read/smoke/relax. By the entrance, there is a men's steam room, small cold pool, showers, and complimentary toiletries like cologne and nail clippers. One visit I spent over 6 hours resting, watching tv, having lunch, napping, and getting serviced. The management recommends coming late at night if you want to spend the night. They run out of rooms during the early evenings, but since most people leave after they're serviced, there are plenty of rooms in the late evening. I recommend using O2 as an alternative to a motel or hotel. Where else in the world are you going to get accomidations for the night, along with food, drinks, cigarettes, legit massage, soapy massage, and sex under one roof? They even take credit cards for 170000W.
Management prefers Korean speaking customers not because they're worried about STD's, but because it can get a bit confusing with the ushers' instructions, food orders, massage instructions, and telephone calls from the front desk. Even the bath service can get a little complicated. If you're not Korean, they ask that you come with a Korean friend so he can explain. I think if you can speak Korean, they'll let you in, even if you're not Korean.
I asked the management and the girls about the crackdown. As Plaything also noted, they don't seem very worried about LE. I also suspect there is some payola involved.
I don't remember the girl's names, but they all have a similar routine, with slight variations in the order and service. One girl gave me a shave, another gave me a face massage instead, another rinsed me about 4 times, another only once, one girl kept her fishnet stockings on all through the massage, another took them off as soon as we got in the tub. All the girls were very professional and pretty, but some were better than others. One girl did not ream during the massage, another didn't dfk, but all the girls practice safe sex. One girl mentioned she works 12-18 hour shifts and naps whenever she gets a break. She said sometimes she can see over a dozen customers in a day. It's a good thing she's constantly bathing. I think that's why the girls always look a little tired and sleepy. I suspect there are about 2-4 girls working throughout the day and evening.

Girls behind glass near Line 242
Hey,
I was in a taxi driving back from Hongdae when I noticed plate glass windows with red lights on with several girls sitting behind them. Time was around 2:00AM. This series of "girls behind windows" were a block from an exit serving subway station 242. Not a cop to be seen and the girls where very easy to see, clearly visible from my taxi.
I'm not familiar on all the brothels locales, so I don't not know if this is a new one (doubtful) nor its name. I did not catch the exit number. As I was on a main road driving from Shinchon driving east towards downtown, this area would be on the right side of the street. This is the same road I believe bus line 163 (blue bus) serves. I had just drove past the Ehwa area and past a bar with a "London Pub" motif.
By the way, Seoulman's girl is very nice. Highly recommended. A GFE with DFK - nice.
Are things getting better?
Is Korea the desirable choice for visitors or those looking for fun times? I think not. Most of the time, Koreans are their own worse enemy. Many people I know make it a point never to buy any Korean products on principle. Why? They do not want to support such a rabidly nationalistic, xenophobic and mercantilist economy. Koreans are so predatory and nationalistic. They have a closed economy and a zero-sum attitude to trade. Protectionism in the early stages of an economy is not unreasonable. Dealing with Koreans is like dealing with bright adolescents. They're full of energy and want to do everything yesterday. But they throw tantrums and are prone to dangerous and erratic behavior if their whims are not indulged. In most countries, intellectuals become universal. You learn that great ideas and values have no national boundaries. What is profoundly disturbing is that Korean intellectuals become more xenophobic and nationalistic, and perpetuate the idea that all of Korea's problems are the result of willfulness by foreigners. This is the mark of a scoundrel. Korean society makes a sharp distinction between an individual's inner circle of family, friends and business colleagues, and outsiders. Members of the inner circle must always be treated with absolute respect and courtesy, while strangers are treated with indifference. Korean society is not egalitarian: a person's status is strictly defined in relation to others. How do foreigners fit into this scheme? The simple answer is they don't. Koreans however do want your money but once they get it, you are useless to them. Look at the Japanese that visit Korea. Many Koreans hate the Japanese, but to their faces, they welcome them because they want their money. Behind their backs, many Koreans are backstabbers. Same with visiting the RLD's.
It's strange. Visit Thailand, Philippines and elsewhere and the worst customers I am told constantly are Koreans. Especially the men. They treat others especially the women badly.
Non-Korean SWs, City area
I live in East Seoul (just moved there, not familiar with the area). Anyhow, I do alot of hanging out around Itaewon area, but still have alot to learn, even though I have been here for 12 months. I am looking for working girls who are non-Korean, ie other Asian, Black or Latino. Does anyone know if and where I may find something like this? Thanks in Advance.
Cheers

"Crackdown" Seems to be Backfiring
Although the purpose of the crackdown seems to be aimed at stamping out "Round Two" prostitution from room salons and other drinking establishments, my recent experience with visits to room salons in Bukchang-dong indicates that the prostitution has been pushed in-room to a surprising extent.
In the last two weeks, I have been to four Bukchang-dong room salons. In all of them, the sexual content of the "play" has increased. Basically, now the RS girls strip down naked and start sucking your cock within about ten minutes of getting into the room, and suck it on and off for the better part of 45 minutes (it's a basic 90-minute "course") before getting to the "show" finale. DATY, 69, and deep fingering are all on the table. But what has surprised me recently has been the frankness of the girls who at two of the establishments visited have said "We can't go to Round Two so we'll have to fuck here in the room."
Okay with me...
Back to normal in Seoul???
(Gotta post fast due to server instability)
The answer is "sorta". All the stuff like ads for massage places, clubs, etc. are in full swing again. Cars are full of them. 588 looked to have action around 7pm Sat but the number of girls was noticeably less. There was a whole line of taxis and cars cruzin thru the alleys. It's possibly the selection would be better later at night and that the girls were still in prep mode. I wasn't shopping at the time so I didn't stay long.
No Luck Sunday Night in Shillim
Well I decided to try the massage/An-Ma place recommended by Ball44 in Shillim around 9pm Sunday night. Ball44's directions are very good. I like Jang-An but it's kinda far for me to get to even though I like the "scrub and then full service" there so I was hoping Shillim would be a good replacement. Things were lookin good out of the subway exit. A large number of Business Clubs, Noraebangs, Notel-Motels, Dual-Barber poles, Saunas, etc. I found the place fairly easily but I noticed that the Dual-barber poles were not a spinnin. The small one above the doorway was still on. There was a young, tall, slim guy standing close by so I decided to walk around the neighborhood for awhile. I came back and this time the small barber pole was not on and the basement looked very dark. Darn a wasted trip! I'm not sure if Black October caused them to go out of business or maybe Sunday nights they close early.
I was kind of intrigued by all the Shillim Noraebangs and Business Clubs with posters of girls but my Korean isn't even good enough to order pizza over the phone yet so I ended up going home.
If anyone has any suggestions for An-Ma similar to the quality (scrub and then FS) and price (100kwon) of Jang-An An-Ma's but near Shillim, please post or message me the directions and I'll try to check them out post-Black October.
how is 588 and miyari now?
Sorry to hear about Black October. I used to frequent 588 and Miyari all the time when I was visiting Seoul. I saw some pictures where they were completely wiped out. I'm heading back there at the end of this month. Is it ok to go there? Are there even any girls there?
USFK and the Crackdown (400 GIs busted)
YONGSAN GARRISON, South Korea — Nearly 400 U.S. servicemembers in South Korea have been punished this year for offenses related to prostitution, and military commanders promise continued efforts to end any activity associated with the sex trade or [CodeWord908], the top U.S. officer in South Korea said.
“Zero tolerance means exactly that. We’re not going to tolerate behavior which is dehumanizing, demoralizing and illegal. That’s always been the military’s intent,” U.S. Forces Korea commander Gen. Leon J. LaPorte said in an interview last week with Stars and Stripes.
“This whole [CodeWord908] issue is a terribly tragic series of events that take tremendous advantage of children and women primarily. … Military values are not congruent with any type of interaction with that kind of activity.”
Of the 400 instances recorded between January and September of this year, LaPorte said, most were dealt with through an Article 15, a non-judicial punishment handed down by a unit commander. The punishments, some of which were handed down through courts-martial, were for soliciting prostitutes, breaking curfew or going to an off-limits establishment or area — the latter two being enforcement tools used by USFK to crack down on participation in the sex trade.
“It’s not a problem solely near the bases. We have placed over 800 enterprises off-limits. And some areas, entire zones have been put off limits to USFK personnel because, primarily, it’s an area known for prostitution,” LaPorte said.
“We have Courtesy Patrol and Korean National Police who patrol it, and you never see USFK personnel in these areas, because they realize it.”
“Clearly it is illegal in the Republic of Korea, clearly [it] is against our Uniform Code of Military Justice,” LaPorte said of the sex trade. “It is clearly incongruent with our values as an institution. And it is clearly incongruent with our values as a nation. We’re a nation that prides itself on human rights and treating people with individual dignity and respect, regardless of gender, race, creed or origin.”
LaPorte also dismissed the notion that the military has lately increased its focus on the issue.
“I wouldn’t say that it’s something newly emphasized because it has always been the position of the U.S. military — clearly it’s been the position of this command — that we don’t support this kind of activity,” he said.
“I think worldwide, you’re seeing more emphasis put on [CodeWord908], because people now have greater visibility on the fact that it’s the result of international crime syndicates taking human bondage and moving these individuals all around the world and taking advantage of them. And I think the peoples in the civilized world are starting to realize exactly that [and] are asking their governments to stop it.”
LaPorte pointed to recent efforts by South Korea to crack down on the sex trade, which the government has estimated brings in $20 billion a year. Over the past month, Korean police have conducted intense crackdowns on red-light districts.
Ok Jung-hoon, an officer with the Korean National Police’s anti-prostitution team, said nearly 5,000 people had been arrested since enforcement of tougher sex trade laws began last month.
A new report about the KNP efforts was to be released early this week, he said. But according to preliminary figures, the highest number of arrests have come at nightclubs serving as prostitution fronts or brothels; so-called “tea rooms” where sex is bought and sold; massage parlors; private homes; and barber shops, which are notorious in South Korea for providing more than a haircut.
Ok said a number of foreigners had been arrested in the crackdown, but he could not provide specific numbers or nationalities.
Other USFK officials said their efforts included more than public service announcements and warnings.
“There is a lot of behind the scenes stuff going on,” USFK Command Sgt. Major Troy Welch said Friday on his monthly radio program. “There is an increase of courtesy patrols in all entertainment districts. We’re attacking it that way.”
Courtesy patrols and military police are being trained to recognize the signs of [CodeWord908] and are aggressively searching it out in areas where servicemembers might go, Welch said.
“We don’t have a lot of servicemembers paying for prostitutes, but we don’t want them exposed to it,” Welch said.
LaPorte said he has met with South Korean officials — including the minister of justice and the head of the KNP — to discuss the issue of [CodeWord908]. He requested help from the South Koreans, he said, and offered whatever support USFK could offer.
LaPorte also has observed the issue by joining military patrols or Korean police in the off-limits areas. Those trips, he said, have shown “that the policies we’ve put into effect are necessary. There are areas in various cities that clearly are areas of concern to commands relative to prostitution and [CodeWord908]. There are a lot of great establishments that have no connection whatsoever with [CodeWord908] or prostitution, and we’re very happy that our servicemembers have those available.”
“We have very strong command policies relative to this issue,” LaPorte said. “All of the commanders understand it and provide a lot of training and education to our young servicemembers relative to [CodeWord908]. We have a multi-faceted program, a strategy that addresses awareness, identification, reduction and enforcement of policies associated with [CodeWord908].”
In addition to educating younger soldiers, “all our leadership training — our company commander course, our first sergeant course, our NCO academies — all now have instruction relative to [CodeWord908] and prostitution,” LaPorte said.
Another facet is offering alternative for drinking off-post. Late night sports leagues, more movies, 24-hour facilities and increased chapel offerings help, LaPorte said.
“We’ve been doing this for a quite a while. And I’ll tell you, over the past two to three years, there has been a marked decline in crime, alcohol-related incidents and sexually transmitted diseases,” LaPorte said. “If you look for measures of effectiveness, are your policies being effective … we’re getting good solid positive indications our policies are working.”
Out-of-way but good massage parlor
Almost by accident, I ran into a very nice full-service massage parlor.
They offer body-body massage, front and back, BBBJ with both hot tea and ice water (quite a thrill), sex in different positions, and an actual massage afterward. I only had one girl, and while she was a little chubby, she made up for it with big breasts and a decent (for a Korean) ass. Overall, it cost 120,000 won for an hour of pure pleasure.
It is a little out of the way, though. If you were to go by taxi from Gangnam, it would end up about 10,000 won. On the other hand, you can take the number 7 line and get off at Sangbong, then hop in a taxi and say "anma" ("massage" in Korean), as there is only one in the neighborhood. They just opened up under the same owner as a nice place I used to go to in Apkujeong, but that place is currently closed down because of the crackdown, so the new place isn't having any problems with the police, obviously, probably because they are so distant.
Mongering in Seoul National Univ. Area
The area between the SNU subway stop and the Naksungdae stop is full of room salons, Dalan Jujum (noraebangs where girls are provided), love hotels, and the occasional barber shop and sports massage. Prices do not seem to be much cheaper than the rest of Seoul, but I saw zero police presence (Korean or US military) on a Friday night. However, I think you probably need to speak at lease passable Korean or go with a Korean friend to get by. I'm a Westerner, and didn't encounter any problems or rejection, but I also speak half-decent Korean, so that might have helped. It certainly helped some of the girls I met warm up to me.
The room salons are pretty explicit about what's included if you just ask, the raunchier ones that include full nude strip show and potentially sex in the room (depends on girls, establishment, etc.) run about 350,000 won per person including drinks, room, etc. they will generally provide service for one person, but I have not partaken yet. If anyone would like to partner up and explore one of these places, send me a PM.
Next are the Dalan Jujums, or Noraebangs with girls. The girls in these places usually run about 70,000 per hour, but all you get for that is some snuggling in the room and grab-ass (just as often her grabbing your ass). This can be fun, but as they say, there is no sex in the champagne room. Many of the girls make themselves available outside the bar for sex, but this is usually an individually-negotiated thing (I had one invite me roller-blading the other night, so I guess it's possible to meet girls for longer-term relationships this way too). This is a great way to get a big woody before heading to a massage place for relief, but not very cost effective, since drinks and the room can easily set you back 50,000 won and more per hour.
Continued in part 2.
Mongering in SNU Area, Pt II
Yes, I know this is not the most exciting of posts, but not much going on with this board lately due to the crackdown, so:
Love Hotels: Lots of these, maybe 30 or so, all going about 30,000 to 40,000 a night, and you can usually get a discount for short time (4 hours or so). Around these hotels it is pretty easy to find those little advertising cards for the outcall services, which are all pretty much the same: 150,000 for one hour of service (usually including a weak-ass massage), girls are usually decent (6-8), CBJ or BBBJ depends on the girl (many of them are independent operators), and mechanical sex. Once in a while you can find a hottie who provides good service, and then can usually strike up a more long-term deal, but you may have to sort through a lot of mediocre experiences before you find one.
Starbucks, WaBa, etc.: western coffee shops and bars are great places to find regular girls (not professionals), but you have to accept the fact you are going to get rejected 90% of the time, and the remaining 10% may not lead to sex right away. The Japanese-style rampan or whatever they call it is definitely not alive and well in Korea. The SNU area has lots of college students (not just the SNU snobs who go home to mom and dad every night), girls with part time jobs or using one of the study hotels in the area. Best bet is to offer to help them with English practice to get to know them better, but don't use this as your pickup line since I think lots of them have heard it before (I speak from experience). It may take you days or weeks to get them into bed, but hey, it's free. Of course the downside is you might find yourself with a girlfriend and the 20 text messages a day that come along with her.
Okay enough of my crap for now, anyone wants advice about particular places PM me.

Military checking Hookers health Records for AIDS
This is just an incredulous story!
CAMP RED CLOUD, South Korea — Area I nightclub workers are angry that the 2nd Infantry Division continues to examine their health records — including AIDS tests results — a practice they say runs counter to the Army’s campaign against [CodeWord908] and prostitution.
Earlier this month, 2nd ID officials conducted health inspections of nightclub workers in Tongduchon, the city where the largest 2nd ID facilities in Area I — Camp Casey and Camp Hovey — are located.
A 2nd ID memo to nightclub owners states the inspections involved the division’s Preventative Medicine Office and the Tongduchon Health Department.
“All clubs will have all entertainers and club employees present during the inspection. Entertainers will have their passports, alien cards and health records present for verification of identity.
“Since entertainers are in close proximity to soldiers it is imperative that they can demonstrate that they are free of any communicable diseases,” the memo states.
One nightclub worker who passed the memo to Stars and Stripes and claims she was forced into prostitution after being lured to South Korea by the promise of an entertainment industry job, said health inspections give the impression the Army is involved in management of prostitution in Area I, despite a high-profile anti-vice campaign this year.
“They shouldn’t be having these health inspections. If there is no prostitution, they wouldn’t need the inspections,” she said.
However, 2nd ID spokesman Maj. Mike Lawhorn said the health checks do not amount to management of prostitution by the Army.
“We are absolutely not involved in the management of this. It is extremely important to the command, that everybody understands at all levels, that the division is absolutely committed to this zero-tolerance culture for activities that support [CodeWord908] and prostitution. We are not tolerating anything that supports that,” he said.
The health inspections had nothing to do with [CodeWord908] or prostitution, he said.
“They are about enforcing health and safety standards for our soldiers. We have made it very clear to the club owners and we are continuing to make clear to them our stance on [CodeWord908] and prostitution,” he said.
Members of the Korean Special Tourists Association (KSTA), an umbrella organization for nightclub owners serving U.S. soldiers in Area I, understand the Army’s concerns, he added.
“They want to run clean, profitable clubs to the benefit of everyone. It is to everyone’s benefit that the health and safety rules and the laws of Korea are adhered to,” Lawhorn said.
Clubs that break the rules will be declared off-limits, he said.
“It is not going to be worth it to break Korean law or violate the standards of the KSTA,” Lawhorn said.
Recent health inspections of Area I nightclub workers were the same as those carried out at all South Korean nightclubs and were done by Gyeonggi Province officials with military personnel present, Lawhorn said.
The health exams, which foreign entertainers must complete every three months, include a biannual AIDS test. Tests for other sexually transmitted diseases are optional, Lawhorn said.
Father Glen Jarron of the Filipino Catholic Center in Seoul said the Army’s health checks were of less concern than the South Korean government’s requirement that entertainers undergo AIDS tests. Jarron has worked extensively with Filipinos trafficked to South Korea.
“Why should they require entertainers to have an AIDS test and not require ordinary factory workers? That is tantamount to saying that the girls are not really going into that kind of work,” he said.
The real problem was not health checks or AIDS tests, he added.
“It is about ending the idea that they [Filipina nightclub workers] are still being used by American GIs or other foreigners,” he said.
Don't forget Canadian women in Itaewon
It might seem a little strange to go to Korea to have sex with a white woman but if you're American consider there are a lot of horny Canadian women ESL teachers. If they're not given to Korean men, they find it a bit hard finding a white guy. The white guys are all chasing Korean women, of course. Canadian women, like American women, are much more used to the idea of a one night stand and know the score. You're not interested in being their English teacher.
Canadian women find exotic and charming American GIs, especially if you're a fine southern man with what amounts to a very charming accent to a Canadian. Latino men also drive Canadian women wild. There are not many Latinos in Canada. If you're black too you'll find a much more receptive audience in Canadian women. And regardless of race, if you're larger down there, it won't scare them off. Nothing worse than having sex with a Korean woman not used to a dick over 4" and a look on her face like "when will this be over with?"
Yet another Friends Review
I went to Friends about 1 month ago. First of all, Friends is located in a (see earlier posts by others for directions) noticeably non-P4P and non-foreigner area, but it is very close to the subway exit. It's labeled a Stress Clinic and not Massage. You go down a few steps. The entrance door was not locked and I believe there was another customer inside. The guy inside spoke excellent english.
The rooms are not really rooms. There one big area with "stalls". The walls do not go completely to the ceiling and there is no door to each stall. The inside decor (if you can call it that) is run-down and it could be cleaner (e.g. some stains of some sort on the walls).
The fee is 60k won with no mention of a "mileage" card. The girl was probaby mid-20's, maybe cute but not pretty. Very little english but communications wasn't really a problem. The massage wasn't very good. She seemed to massage hard areas where there is mostly bone (ouch!) and massage lightly areas with muscle or maybe fat ;o). The hand finish was very mechanical. I think you guys have experienced that before.
Total session time was about 45minutes. It's probaby worth a visit but I can't wholeheartedly recommend. If you're looking for a more medium to high upscale experience than this is not the place to go. If you're looking for a quick massage and release, then give it a try.
The good news is that I can't believe LE would find anything illegal about this place since the rooms themselves would detour any reasonable person from wanting to do anything but get a massage and maybe a quick hand release. The only problem may arise from the close proximity to many family dwellings and establishments.
