Guys,
This is, I think the wrong road name, Huanhe Road is on the Taipei side of the river, and these shops are on the SanChong side, I will try over the next few days to get across there and find the correct name of the street/s concerned.
Looking at my Taipei MRT Tourist Map (English version) available free at most MRT stations, there is a HuanHe S. Rd. on BOTH sides of the Danshui river. You can start from Taipei Main Station, where the red and blue MRT subway lines meet the main railroad line. Further down in this forum are directions for walking across the Zhongxiao bridge, heading West into the Sanchong area across the river. That's the correct HuanHe South Rd., not the one on the Taipei side of the big river.
It may be easier to take a taxi there or, TT, if you're over there, what bus lines are nearby? Tell the taxi driver: "Huan He Nan Lu! Wo yao mai chun!" but you'll need the right tones... be sure to pronounce "mai" with the 4th falling tone... (Huan He South Road! I want to buy sex!). Grab a bottle of water and some condoms at the 7-11 before you get into the taxi: drink the water so you can take a giant [CodeWord140] afterwards and try to flush the cooties out of your wee wee. If you're a foreigner and you get VD here, they deport you.
Where are all the posters? Well, 60% of the foreigners in Taiwan are young English teachers and most of them are still virgins. 20% of the foreigners here are Mormon missionaries and ALL of them are still virgins. The rest of the posters got deported for VD or went to any of the many other nearby Asian countries where its a lot easier and a lot cheaper to get some trim.

I took a taxi from Taipei Main Station. I told the driver "San Chong", and then "Huan He Nan Lu" (Nan = South, Lu = Road). It took about NT$ 150 to get there and NT$ 110 to get back. I chatted with him as best I could in my limited Mandarin. He didn't seem to understand my mangled pronunciation of "mai chun" (buy sex), but then we settled on "xiao jie" (girls) and he got the picture. Actually I think you want to head north on Huan He S. Rd. Once you get over the bridge. You will probably have an easier time if it is not a driving rain when you go on your expedition as was my case. When they see a taxi coming, particularly if he taps his horn as my driver did, they know it is business. One guy tried to flag us down from inside a tea shop. But the driver didn't see him and we turned in at the next corner. Here there was an older mamasan under an umbrella, and we talked to her a bit. No hassles. $1500 for 15 minutes and she had a few girls to choose from. There were a few other local customers coming and going. I paid the taxi driver, got out, and was told to wait. As it turned out, this meant wait for the local guy to go in and get first pick, but hey, I'm a guest in this country. After a couple minutes she signalled me over, unlocked the door into a run down apartment with a red light in it and several small bedroom. There were like 4 girls to choose from. I picked a servicable 7 from them and we headed upstairs. The other girls were like a 4, and two 5's. Jing Jing was my girls name, about 30 years old, spoke a bit of English. Gave her a proper rogering and was out the door. The sanitary details were as described in other posts (but no time for shower); the unsanitary details I leave to your dirty little minds. Jing Jing had a good attitude, but this is getting a little like reviewing the food at a McDonalds. All I'd add is that she phoned the mamasan before letting me out; apparently to make sure the coast was clear. Mamasan helped me flag down my taxi and I was out of there. A dinner at Madame Jill's (just off the corner of DaAn park) on the way home. Its been weeks since I had such a healthy appetite. Weeks since the food tasted so good.

3 1/2 Hour Stop Over
Hey Guys,
I have a 3 1/2 hour stop over in Taiwan on my way to LOS. Is that enough time to see any of Taiwan. I probably know the answer to this, but figured I should at least ask. I'm guessing going through customs and getting back to the airport on time, would leave at best about an hour to do a quick recon near the airport. Worth it or should I just sit tight.
I'm not looking to monger in Taiwan on such short time. Just not sure when I will be back, so if it's worth my while to take a quick drive by, then I would like some ideas. If not, I guess I will kill time at the airport.

AT2 - not really enough time to make it to Taipei and back. It can easily be an hour by car each way, depending on traffic.

EZ is correct, there are indeed two streets with the same name but on different sides of the river. SanChong is not normally an area i frequent, but did go over to check.
EZ one your point about being deported if found positive for STDs this is not totally accurate, HIV, syphilis and I believe gonorhea will get you deported, chlamydia and herpes will not.

san chong
http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showpost.php?p=350564&postcount=546
Someone asked a while back about buses to San Chong. Take bus number 232 from the front of the Taipei Railway Station. Get off at the first stop after the bridge. Walk back towards the river beneath the elevated roadway. The short time houses are on the right just after passing the on ramp. There should be touts outside trying to get you into their house. If you walk all the way to the river, turn right and you will encounter more houses.

Guys,
For those of you that might utilise the sauna place called Winshall on Nanjing East Road sec 5, close to the Crowne Plaza hotel, then make sure you avoid girl #10.
She has an abysmal attitude, and almost broke poor old johnny twice due to being far to rough in the attempt to get me off as quickly as possible.
When back outside after lighting a smoke, had the manager come over and complained like hell. In fairness they did apologise profusely and as she remembered me from visiting several times before gave me the promise of a freebie visit next time, but i will believe that when i see it happen.
But for the time being, avoid this girl.

The crap weather in Taipei today, together with a crappy weekend, put me in the need for some serious relaxation.
Decided to go to X-Private even though not been there for a while, to close to the office. It was very quiet, but then again it is monday.
After soaking in the hot pool and sauna for a good hour, and feeling some element of normality returning, dried off, donned the pj's and moved through to the lounge area, and was greeted very quickly by one of the managers saying that the police were currently in the establishment, and had been for almost an hour, that if i wanted to leave there would be no issues.
As these visits are nothing to unusual and normally last about the hour, i told her that i would wait until they left, and asked her to provide the tea and smokes. The local boys in blue were a little surprised to see a foreignor walking through own his own and wanted to know what i was doing there. In reply, i just told them that from time to time i come here for the hot bath and sauna as a way to wind down, after confirming with the manager that i had indeed been before, they left me alone. Ten minutes later they left.
Approx fifteen minutes after the manager came back, thanked me for being polite and not making trouble, and informed me that the girls had returned if i wanted amassage, which i confirmed i did. She enquired as to whether i had any preferences in numbers, told her i had not been for a while, and for her to make the choice.
I had some of the best time in a MP in Taipei that i have ever had, a really good looking 8 - 9 walked in, fully prepared, and locked the door. No need to go out wasting time to get the tools etc. So much different from my last trip to Winshalls. Having made sure i finished entirely satisfied, she had to do it twice to be certain though, i returned to the lounge.
The manager with a knowing smile on her face asked whether everything had been ok, and i confirmed everything had been perfect, and told her to ensure that i got the same girl every time.
I will be returning soon.
X-Private Sauna
Tien Jing Street
Tien Jing is a street that runs between Chang An East Road and Nan Jing East Road, just before you get to Song Shan North Road travelling west. You can only get to it by taxi by Chang An if travelling west, or from Nan Jing East Road if travelling east.
The manager when i was there had a little english, which with my broken mandarin was enough to get by. The place is foreignor friendly even if they do not actively recruit foreign customers.
Go, enjoy and have some fun.

What is the cost of the service here?

Virage,
Total bill came to NT$ 4300, slightly more expensive than using the outcall services, but so much more enjoyable, and includes unlimited use of hot pools, sauna etc.
A side benefit if you speak mandarin is that often you can get the girls cell numbers and get them outside of work, at a reduced price, sometimes even for free. Whilst this is in theory possible with outcall girls, most of them here i would not want to see again, to cold etc.

Having finished work late yesterday, some of had to work even though it was a public holiday, went out for a couple of beers and something to eat.
Decided Carnegie's was where i was going as the food quality there is excellent, arrived about 8pm to find it busier than expected, but found a seat.
Food and beer arrived and upon asking the waitress if there was a party going on, was told it was ladies night, which i should have remembered but hadn't.
Having finished the food decided to move closer to the bar, and in doing so noticed a lady apparently sat on her own, something which is a little unusual here. Whilst talking on her cellphone, she looked up, saw me looking at her and smiled, so naturally i smiled back. Having put down her phone i wandered across and asked her if she would like some company as it appeared maybe her friends were not joining her. She hesitatingly agreed.
Found out her name was Linda and she admitted that she was due to meet some girlfriends who had just told her that they could not come. Upon asking her if she would like another drink, she looked at me and said she was not looking for a boyfriend, as she had only just got rid of one. I said no problems, and repeated the question, to which she said yes.
Another two drinks later, upon asking her if she wanted to drink and talk somewhere more private, she asked what i had in mind. Replying either your place or a nearby hotel, she suggested her place was better as she would feel more comfortable there.
I paid the drinks bill and left with her. She had a nice body for a 30 year old, and admitted going to the gym on a frequent basis, and a thoroughly pleasant night was had. Upon leaving the next morning, she gave me some orange juice before i left and said that we should keep in contact, but repeated again quickly that she was not looking for a boyfriend. I said ok, no problem, was quite happy at the thought of what was basically a freebie. Sorry guys, i will not be handing this number out, not until i have finished with her and only then if she allows it.
Cost for the night, excluding what i would have paid for my own food and drink came to about NT$600 inCarnegies and another NT$500 for some red wine from the 7-11.
All in all a cheap night for a lady that provided from real GFE although was definitely not into anal.
And people keep saying Taipei is dead for mongering, not dead, just needs a little awakening.

Keelung
Anyone monger in Keelung?
Barrt D, she's still there and so are her other deaf mute friends, never tried any of them when ashore. The bar has been changed to a Korean BBQ and bar, and some new ones have opened, just walk the few blocks around LS.
When you walk from the harbour along the main road towards the highway tunnel, you'll see Tokyo massage on your left, and when turning left after that you'll see another barbershop, they may be interconnected. You may get FS for 2500 in both but YMMV. You seem to know the railway area, purely ST for 1000-1500, watch the clock..

After two successful missions, EZ is sorry to report that he struck out this time. Rain began falling and the omens seemed stacked against him as he waited at Taipei Main Station for the 232 bus that never seemed to arrive. Finally took the 232 across the river and got off at the first stop, then wandered back under the overpasses towards the river. As advertised, several touts, groups of 2 or 3 women, waited outside and softly spoke "xiao jie" (girls) as I wandered by. I inspected 3 of these establishments and for all of them it was like "who let the dogs out!". Each had 3, 4, 5 girls, and in terms of attractiveness I would say they were all like 3's or 4's or 5's on a scale of 1 to 10. Honestly, even if they payed me, I couldn't have gotten off. I think there were more houses there but it was hard to tell because the garbage truck was going by, playing Beethoven, so I wasn't sure if they were out to dump off garbage or to sell me garbage. I just got demoralized and took a taxi back. The whoring here is about as bad as the architecture. One lesson is: forget the bus, just take a dang taxi. Also, they provide the condomints, though they can be a bit snug.
All I can say on a positive note is that TT seems to be keeping his head up, scouting out new locations, and scoring. Gambate! I've noticed a few barbershops with a few women sitting around so maybe that is worth a try. I have to use incall, can't use outcall, really just want something convenient to the MRT. If anyone can help a desperate man, please post. Lemme see if I can find my credit card so I can sign up and you can PM me.
One I know for sure where it is, is the Barber shop on the corner on MinSheng East Road and LongJiang Roads. A sign above the door saying Barber Shop in english is lit of a nighttime and quite visible.
For them with a modicum of chinese, preferred but not essential, then the saunas are the best way. A happy ending can always be guaranteed, albeit slightly more expensive.
Four place have been mentioned so far, Caesars in Asiaworld, WinShall, X-private and Hyatt, whilst i have not been to the hyatt for quite a while, can recommend all four. Caesars is the one that caters best for non chinese speakers.
The barbershop, OK MinSheng E. Rd. LongJiang, not SongJiang. So one could get a perfunctory massage and a handjob there? Any ideas on cost?
Caesars is on the 14th(?) floor of AsiaWorld, near IKEA, a short walk East from Nanjing E. Rd. Muzha line MRT stop.
I'll search the forum, but if anyone can help with location and prices for WinShall, X-Private, and Hyatt, much appreciated.
