this type of behavior is quite common with american black women. a black provider tried to pull this bs on me and i told her to go to hell. i scheduled a session, showed up at her apartment location, and she would not pick up her phone. i gave her 30 mins and called again. she still refused to pick up, so i told her i was going to broadcast her actions on all the adult message boards. she called me back immediately, ticked off, i never picked up the phone, but she left a message stating she was going to destroy my life by accusing me [CodeWord123]. now this is a girl i've never met. i called her back and told her to kiss my ass and posted my experience.
Black Women: Successful And Still Unmarried

Note the reasons these women give for not being married.
Fascinating victimization
"Niambi Carter, 31, has a Ph.D. and is an assistant professor of political science at Purdue University, admits that she has been hard-pressed to find a black mate with a similar level of education.
But she says it may be just as hard to find an interested man who is not black.
"Black women are not seen as marriageable by those outside of their race," she says. "We are not seen as adding status." "
I probably should be careful how I word this, but it would appear by the above comments that because they are both black and female, they automatically believe they do not add status, and are immediate victims. I can honestly say I have never heard that comment from any male I've ever known, an intelligent, goodlooking black girl should have no problem at all getting any dates. The problem is, once again, the American female, black and white, having the usual laundry list of impossible expectations. When those expectations are not met, the 'woe is me' syndrome appears.
