Is the day pass good for 24 hours?
When you got to Friedrichsdorf, you needed to go to left exit, in the direction of travel. This would normally be apparent by looking out the windows when just coming into Friedrichsdorf. So its just bad luck you went the wrong way. Or use Google maps.

Catching first train to either Bad Homburg or friedrichsdorf is a good option since this cuts down wasted time, and more taxis avail at Bad Homburg, and cost only slightly more.
Yes Day Pass train tickets are available at Hauptbahnhof (Main Frankfurt station). Price for return to to Friedrichsdorf (or Bad Homburg) from anywhere in Frankfurt Main area is the same (about 8 to 9 Euros possibly dependent on weekday or public holiday). Cover S-Bahn S5 and any U-Bahn and trams used as well. If coming from the airport, would buy Day Pass ticket there for the whole thing.
Thank very much for your reply. I wonder if this day pass is good for 24 hours. If I buy a day pass at Hauptbahnhof today at about 2PM, I take S-5 then taxi to Oase to have a good time. I take S-5 back to Hauptbahnhof the next morning then change to tram 8 to airport. Does this day pass cover everything? (Only taxi is extra.)

Any recommendation if I plan to go on Monday when they open or noon on Monday. Will it be worth or beter go during weekend itself to get the bst babes?
Also hows weather now and also about OASE. GARDEN. Is it all open now, I remmeber few of you were saying that there is construction going on.
