But, yet, you still keep going back to Oase, the club in which you've logged more visits than all the other clubs put together and multiplied by two or three, right? Now why is that?
The girls? The large lineup? The age limit? An atmosphere somewhat less sharky than Palace? Variety?
Despite these advantages, I agree that Oase could be improved.
I have seen the laundry facilities of clubs like PHG, GT, VV and LR. Yes in those clubs every single used item is washed when it has been used.
When you stand in the garden of PHG you can even see the washing facilities of ... VV! 2-3 men are working there, washing is an expensive business for the clubs.
Although Oase is not the cleanest Club I know, I have no reason not to believen that also in the Oase every used towel is washed.
B30
Unfortunately every towel is not :( As far as I know during regular nights its no problem. But during busy nights such as parties or messe they only tumble dry them. They simply do not have enough towels/washing capacity to wash them. Some girls have complained about this on busy nights when we spoke about lack of towels.

You are better off getting something near the Hbf in FFM. If I recall the Colour hotel across the road from the Hbf do single rooms for 30 a night.
Yes, but I would be able to catch a train to Hbf at 1-2 am? Do you know when is the last train to Hbf?

Last Train (S Bahn) from Friedrichsdorf leaves at a little after midnight on workdays.
Another overnight option (provided you don't secure a good deal at the Mercure) might be the B and B Frankfurt Nord. It is about 8 Km away from Oase and an easy and inexpensive taxi ride. Also if you are set on using trains and buses, then getting to the B and B via a S Bahn/U Bahn/Bus combo is actually not that difficult. You should hit the Deutsche Bahn website (bahn.de) and you can get all the connection possibilities for the dates and times you need.
If you are going to the B and B, then enter "Heinrich Lanz Allee" as your destination. At that bus stop there is a McDonald's and the B and B hotel is just behind it.
Off Messe rates for the B and B are about 46 EUR for a single without breakfast.
FWIW, if I were in your shoes and wanted to hit Oase and have a place to rest my head, I'd look into a cheap daz rental on a rent a car. Avis has good day deals as does Hertz and Sixti. Getting to Oase is just time consuming via public transport and in the end a well researched auto rental will save you a lot of time and not cost that much extra. I've snagged daily airport rates from Avis and Hertz for as low as 40 EUR. I recently got a weekend deal from Hertz with an airport pickup and unlimited miles for 60.
Worth looking into if time is a big factor. Plus negotiating public transport can be complicated if you don't speak the language or know the layout. A mistake could be costly.
Good luck,
Dedalus

Agree that rental car is a better option. I have been a few times located in FRF city and while you may somehow arrive to Friedrichsdorf by train (S5 or S6, even trains are not as frequent as you may expect in a traffic hub as FRF, especially at off-peak hours). The real problem is a short distance between Friedrichsdorf and Burgholzhausen (and further to Oase). Last time I waited almost an hour for taxi to arrive, as there are no taxis available in Friedrichsdord without being called by mobile of from hotel reception.

AM
Having seen the video (I watched it all the way through as I wanted to see the taxi roll up at Oase but I was disappointed) I think that my rental car (58GBP with Hertz, through Expedia) is a better deal, quicker and much more comfortable (especially as it's raining at the moment).
I will be at Oase tomorrow (Sat) and Sunday if anyone wants to get together!

Oase can be improved immensely. The comments made is in that vein in answer to the original posters question on the state of Oase.
In answer to your question the answer is a definite and easy, "no". I do not report on every club visit I make as I am sure many others have not reported their club visits.

Darah(?), 20 y.o., Romanian, bright blonde, perhaps 53 tall, extremely pretty, slim, very pale skin, A/B cups, speaks excellent English but no German. Claims to have arrived 4 days ago. 30 minute session. Adequate BBBJ, good kisser, fucked her on her back whilst she made the right noises
..50E, well worth it for the visuals alone. Really pretty girl (wish Id brought a secret camera) recommended.

Ahahah, I have been with her yesterday, her name is Daria, and she told me that she arrived 4 days ago !!!!
My report will follow.

Blond haired and slim Daria (ro) arrived in October to work at Oase. Her friend is dirty blond haired Vera (ro). Daria (ro) I found to be a ho hum session. Her blowjob was too much hand holding the base and sucking the head. Also she did it for very short time.

Oversession?
If I finish the session within 30 minutes, and then we stay in the room, chatting, relaxing and smoking (I don't smoke but some girls want to smoke after sex), and we go over 30 minutes can they ask to be paied for 1 hour?

Why do you ask?
Did an Oase girl charge you 100 since you went over the half hour where for the latter part (say a few minutes maybe) she was just smoking a cigarette?

Sometimes you get girls that ask if they can give you a massage or a kiss/cuddle or if you can give them a massage to get you to go over the half hour or just near the half hour and so you end up adding on the extra half hour too. Oase shark tactics.

No, I'm just asking if it's possible that a girl wants to stay in the room for a while after sex to go over the standard 30 minutes session and then claims for extra charge, but I understand from your response that it's not usual.
Thank you :)
