Hi,
I'm a FKK first timer and I'm planning a trip to Frankfurt in January during a week day. I've read a lot but I'm still hesitating between Sharks and Oase. What are the main differences and which one would you recommend?

My post about the differences will probably soon be visible in the Sharks thread. Just PM me if you have any questions.
I think if you read this forum you will notice people disagreeing on that. Personally I am well inside the oase camp, but that is pretty much due to two girls there I find to be on a much higher level than anything I've seen at sharks. Others might disagree though.
Personal taste. But I'd recommend Sharks for a newbie, girls are less sharky at Sharks.
HB.
Even though the Sharks lineup is likely better than Oase, I still say Oase should be your first FKK. It just has a better FKK feel over Sharks' warehouse feel. HB is correct the girls at Sharks are much less sharky so your decision may also have to do with your hobbying experience and ability to withstand some upselling.

Perhaps we have similarities in what ambiance we are into.
I like the Oase feel. Maybe due to me being an Oase newbie with so many daily visits under my belt creating a comfort level to the environment with good memories. Although, I liked the atmosphere more in the past, with Sat cocktail parties with happy Romies dancing to music in the lounge. Too bad about the couches they got rid of, and the kino area, the dim area, girls clumped together there opposite the kino, etc.. There has been some negative changes IMO. Still, the interior is more intimate feeling which I tend to prefer over the large spaced out feel.
Some people think it's easier to track the girls at Sharks, for me Oase is easier. Oase is actually smaller sized than Sharks if combing all the areas, and within these small areas, you are closer proximity to a lot of girls, and it's highly likely you will run into to one time or another. That's what Oase is really about. You sit at the upper level sitting/table area near the jacuzzi, you will likely get approached enough by majority of the girls there. Stand by the main lounge bar area, and walk through the narrow corridors. It's setup for being closer proximity to the girls. Oase has been an approach club for a lot of the new guys if that's important criteria for somebody. Lot of spots you locate yourself, you are pretty close distance with a girl. This is what I mean by intimate. So, therefore, you'd likely make contact with a gal with much simplicity.
Sharks is like BB has pointed out. It's based off of a huge warehouse that is somewhat sectioned off in a way, but overall, it has a huge warehouse feel like no other. So, where ever you situate yourself, it will still be a bit distance from girls located at various spots. Conversely, if you move from one room to another in Oase, you are still at an intimate distance. That I feel is the difference. Sharks I end up doing a bit of round around places on different parts of the open area to see where the girls might be hiding. So, for me, it seems simpler at Oase than Sharks to track the girls.
So, both clubs have their own particular strengths on different aspects.
As far as Ambience/Atmosphere, I'm more of a mellow guy, so I prefer music not be a Turkish club loud, and too crowded in a small space. So, I prefer a more subdue'd ambiance. I prefer girls to be free'd up for choosing(out of convenience), and couched areas placed at various parts over the club to warm up with the ladies. No club fit perfect ambienace of what I am looking for, but SixSens is a club the ambiance fits my style well. For me, Ambiance/Atmosphere plays a good role in how I interact with the fine ladies at the FKK/Saunaclub establishments. I prefer to meet a girl in a Jacuzzi, and hit from there, that would be the most ideal(doesn't seem to exist). Jacuzzi, couches, etc.. you get it. Haha.
I'm more of a chill guy, so I like mellow atmosphere, more couches, not so much crowds, and classy feel to the ambiance. I've attached some ambiance of Sixsens which I find to be a good ambiance personally.
I agree PussyLicker, that kind of ambience there is the best kind. It reminds me quite a bit of Paradise (stuttgart, although I think the saarbrucken paradise has the same style too) ambience too actually, which is the best club ambience I've been to. Although the layout there with the location of the bar full of smoke where most of the girls hang out is not that good. The lounge and TV rooms at Paradise however is top notch. Artemis and Palace are the only clubs I've been to who manages to make the bar location well on the other hand. And so we can go on and on about pros and cons to all the FKK's.

Wednesday and Friday are usually good casting days and Monday is not so bad at Sharks. But things can change fast in FKK and January can be different from now. You should read how will be casting a week before your visit. Oase and Sharks are about same distance from Frankfurt.
Tatiana. Ru will return on end of January. Ina when she will need as always.

HB.
I agree with that. Newbies should be better off at Sharks. Regular attendees, with regular girls, at Oase are not having much problems of scams and Sharkiness, but I can't ignore the reports that that it happens.
Levels of upsell have always been higher at Oase.
Guys write about club layout and ambience, but I really don't have any issues with club layouts. A negative at Oase is Italian songs in dressing room. A positive is the quiet relax area, as long as you are not chased there by ISGers who want to yack.
If the girls are naked and club is not too hot, that is already enough ambience for me. The best ambience is around the Oase pool on a warm to hot summer day. LOL.

Personally I am well inside the oase camp, but that is pretty much due to two girls there I find to be on a much higher level than anything I've seen at sharks. Others might disagree though.
In the end, it has to come down to which girls you particularly like, for guys that don't keep changing. Everything else matters little, and is greatly over rated. I particularly notice Sirioja cannot accept a girl is pretty, if he does not have chemistry to session or repeat with her. Guys in general can easily over rate the looks of favourite girls. Me too. We each have a different Spec.
Simply, which club is likely to supply more of your favourites at the time. I have a relatively smaller number of favourites at Sharks. This means a smaller percentage of girls tried have become favourites. Evaluation includes looks and performance.
Others have to keep trying new girls endlessly, for fear of missing out, or being gamblers or primal urge to do them all. Trying a new girl is always a far greater risk.
Guys wanting 50 Euro sessions are better off at Sharks, although I am sure the Sharks girls would not want to hear that.
The reason I prefer the layout of a club like Oase (or World) over Sharks is that there are narrow hallways. This is likely just me but I like the feeling of first spotting a girl you like unexpectedly walking down a narrow hallway, both eyeing one another, walking past one another, then both doing a full 180. Also helps me categorize the aggressive girls who block your way in the hall or try to pin you up against a wall.

I also have no problem at all determining aggressive girls at Sharks. Some try to sit on your lap. Doesn't happen at Oase. It's probably because I mostly stand or sit on stools. Irinka tried to sit on my lap in the restaurant. LOL Despite previous session where she forgot she froze up with stiff legs. She only remembered enjoying the DATY.
Some still block your walking path at Sharks.

On this Saturday, after my new exceptional room 27 with Tatiana, I didn't find any other girl, from 5 pm to 5 am. Brunette Maya and blond Roxana were the prettiest for me, not attracted by Crina since long time I see her, friendly funny Elizabet. Cz not there. Unfortunately, even she is a really exceptional GFE Russian woman, I will not repeat with Tatiana, so only Ina to return for.
At Sharks, I'm attracted by Agnes, Arabella, Francesca but she leaves, Karin when there, Kriss, Beyonce now, Carla before, another one but I prefer not to name her, I don't see girls with same look level at Oase, but just my tastes of course. I respect you prefer Oase. I just wish to find there pretty face for me, slim girls.

Oase is intimately distanced sections, and they have the hallways. Artemis has the lit stairs where girls walk though. LR is small spaced, and etc.
The reason I prefer the layout of a club like Oase (or World) over Sharks is that there are narrow hallways.
+2. Glad to know there are guys sharing this view. At times I feel that I have been the only one. I hate the open spaces and long distances at Sharks. Guys seems to like it, but to me the large open spaces just feel sterile and boring. Much more fun and exciting to meet the girls at more intimate and smaller places where you are bound to bump into something naked and beautiful around the next corner.
I also find the F / M ratio much better at Oase / World, which is a VERY important criterium to me (though I may have visited Sharks mostly on wrong weekdays; like Sundays). As a non-smoker I find the upstairs at Sharks unbearable and a no-go zone; the main room at Oase feels like a fresh forest in spring by comparison (yeah, imagine that!). I also prefer the lighting, heating / air-conditon and rooms at Oase much more than those at Sharks. Not to mention the garden in summer. Facilities DO matter and enhance the experience. The remaining issue is if you can find enough goodlooking girls with great service. Zero problem for me, thus it's a no-brainer. For me.
