Yes complain.... but add this twist!
i agree with toscana! use the oase website to complain in a polite manner and then tell them that you will be taking your business elsewhere until you hear on the grapevine that things have improved! up to you to actually go ahead and try someplace new or not!
you can complain about the facilities easily and directly. on the website, click on contact at the top. i've complained directly to many clubs in the past on various things, including oase. last week i raised the problem of smoke at samya.
no need to be aggressive, it's about improving things. keep it factual and unemotional. you probably won't get a response, but it's fair to let them know your displeasure, and if enough do it, maybe something will change.
the food seems to have improved recently.
Complaining helps ... sometimes

I agree. When I complained about the stupid strobe light they used during striptease shows, they switched it off ... at least for a few months.
Why complain to the club...
...when you can complain direct to the relevant local authority who would get the place spotless in no time with the threat of closing it down.
Anyway if it is that bad at Oase it should be shut down. Or would one of the Oase groupies like to defend the place?
