Practicalities
I have been reading some of the previous post and thought to add some advice;
Use a rental car for transportation, it's cheaper than taxis, it's more convenient the train / taxi combos and it's not expensive. Usually I always want to stay later then the last train leaves, and I never want to stay until the first train in the morning.
Check Hertz and Avis German sites for good deals, if that's not an option use one of http://www.traveljigsawgroup.com/ Sites (depending on your country). They broker deals with all rental car companies at good rates.
I also try to cut back on my hotel expenses in Frankfurt, but I still prefer to stay in a nice hotel. Use http://www.priceline.com For your hotel needs, with 'name your own price' you can get good deals on nice hotels in Frankfurt (unless it's during an exhibition). I have stayed at Mövenpick / Maritim / Marriott / Westin several times for between 60-100USD per night, depending on if you go for 4 or 5 stars. You will find free parking close to all of Mövenpick / Maritim / Marriott (close to Mövenpick / behind the exhibition grounds).
Always bring cash! 50€ sessions are usually trial sessions for me. With girls you enjoy you will most likely want to spend more time and / or extras. Standard ATM withdrawal limit is 500€. I suggest you bring that amount. Never use the front desk if you need cash withdrawals, take your rental car and go down the road into the village. Take a right turn out from the parking lot at Oase, follow the road, take a right at the next intersection with traffic lights, follow the road and you will have a bank on your right hand side. Just tell the ladies in the reception that you are going out and will come back, its OK.
Maybe they have atm?
I guess I should take 500+ euros to be safe?
60 entry.
10-20 food+drinks if I decide to buy extras.
20 taxi back.
5 girls 50 euros=250.
Possible extras 100-250?
Thats a lot of cash to carry!
Do you guys buy Euros at home or once arrived in Germany. I think My atm card only allows me to withdraw £250 per day.
I been carrying far more cash than that at Oase, if you feel unsafe, leave some in the car or at your hotel.
Once I forgot to look my locker and I discovered it after a session, I was lucky and did lost any money. Would you steal another mans money in a FKK club if you see his locker was open? I wouldn't, that is too low.
I know guys that hide their money in the shoes, hats, socks. For backup.

/Q
Well how much is rental car? You pick up at airport right?
So anyway we are talkinga a few journeys.
1. Airport to hotel (main train station area)
2. HOtel to Palace and back.
3. HOtel to Oase and back.
The cars come with Sat NAv? Or you plan your route on a map? I have never driven a car outside my home town before. I think I'd get lost or confused ha?
Also, can't get drunk if you have car though I would not get drunk anyway for having sex. But maybe if taxi I have a a few drinks to relax.
It has its pros and cons.

Car
Ok I check link and 150 quid gives me car for 6 days with sat nav. This is not much cheaper than taxis?
Taxi to palace and back= 20 euros.
Taxi to OAse and back= 80 euros?
Taxi airport and return to airport= 40 euros?
140 euros is cheaper than £150. Unless you plan to go to Oase 2 times+
If my taxi prices are correct?

http://www.priceline.com
Jigsawgroup doesn't list the united states as one of the choices of 'where you live', I'm not sure what might happen to a car reservation if you chose say 'united kingdom' and rented a car in germany. Would that reservation become void when you showed up with a drivers license from the states? Myself, I've used easycar, kemwel, orbitz, avis basic. Searching multiple websites gives you the best deal possible. Take for instance kemwel, it gave me a rate of 13 euro's per day and I ended up with Avis. Had I gone with jigsaw I'd be paying 23 euro's per day.
Now with priceline, that's a USA website and unless they've changed how they operate, you need a USA or canada address and credit card to use their website. But its possible they've changed to include other countries.

I am not from Germany but have used the German one without problems (I speak decent German) even if I'm not from Germany. I have used special rates for Germans only on both Avis and Hertz without problem.
I have used priceline at least 20 times times with a European credit card, never any problem, even if they state only US / Canada.

And yes, you pick it up at the airport, common dude.

That will be cheaper then those taxi trips, would estimate 90€ to Oase and back BTW. Never take a taxi from the airport, the train connection is excellent to the main railway station.

/Q
Yes, the weekend rates are almost half!
Must say that Oase was a grave disappointment. Situated in the middle of no-where on the German countryside, the crowd seemed very rough and seedy and the facilities are truly terrible in comparison with Palace and Mainhattan. In particular the bedrooms were exceptionally cheap looking, and wasn't overly impressed with the ladies either.
Sorry to say that I will never return to this dump!
I'm kind of a lurker and I've read every page of this forum in the last six months or so. An overall negative review of OASE is rare here. Yes, there's a lot of posts concerning bad food and sometimes smelly showers. But this is the first time I've ever heard of a "very rough and seedy" crowd. What does this mean?
Not that it bothers me. As a former US Navy Submariner,"rough and seedy" is an attraction for me! .

Timing
I will be there in less than a week!
How much delay (during the weekday) is there between the closing of Oase and the first train to Frankfurt? I'll stay the whole time if I can avoid the taxi ride all the way back.

Pricefisher
The club closes at 5 am and the first train back to frankfurt from friedrichsdorf train station (say friedrichsdorf hauptbahnhof to the driver who will charge you around 10 euros from oase) is a few minutes after 5am. For exact times check the english version of dbahn. You should buy a ticket at the train station to be safe of early morning inspectors. If you leave in a taxi around 430am you will have time plenty but beware the taxidriver may try to convince you that there are no trains running to attempt to get the 45 euro fare of you into frankfurt central. Just dismiss this rubbish as trains run every day including early Sunday mornings. Hope that helps.
But this is the first time I've ever heard of a "very rough and seedy" crowd. What does this mean?
Not sure about this, it can be that on that particular day there where some "rough and seedy" elements in there. I would definitely say it's filthy, though. But having been in some "cleaner" clubs I must say, I like filth!
Cheers,

Plan accordingly. The 2nd is 30 minutes later.

Closing Oase
I will be there in less than a week!
How much delay (during the weekday) is there between the closing of Oase and the first train to Frankfurt? I'll stay the whole time if I can avoid the taxi ride all the way back.
Sunday - Tuesday: Club closes at 4am. First train from Friedrichsdorf at 04:38 am (then every 30 mnts). Last train at 00:08.
Wednesday - Fridays: Club closes at 5am. First train from Friedrichsdorf at 5:08 am (then every 30 mnts). Last train at 00:08.
Saturdays: Club closes Sunday morning at 5am. First train from Friedrichsdorf at 5:08 am (then every 60 mnts). Last train at 00:08.
It's a 10 mnts taxi ride + 2 mnts walking from club to train.
When I want to close a club, I usually stay in a hotel nearby (for Oase: Mercure Hotel in Friedrichsdorf). Then the next morning, after a good night's sleep, I take the rental car or train to downtown or airport or next hotel/club. So much less hassle. But to each his own.
