Worried About the Wrong Things!
Rest assured the closing of Help can make the mongering scene more expensive and could also bring more government scrutiny on the trade. The one thing Help did was make the scene more suitable/acceptable. It put the scene behind a thin veil, help to make it not so public.
Like several pointed out in prior posts, many of the GDPs don't have the discipline to work in the termas. Many will not go to VM. That could lead to more streetwalkers, more girls hanging at the bars, the restaurants, the beaches. These are highly visible, public places. Tourists will complain. There was a code of behavior in Help. Girls rarely made trouble, and fights were not a frequent occurrence. It is doubtful that code will exist outside as of Help. I can see where the government will move to crack down if the trade becomes too public, too unruly.
Prices will temporarily, and possibly permanently, increase. Less availability of product, less ease of accessibility to product means prices go up. Heck, the asking prices in Help have been ridiculous as of late. Take out from the termas will increase. They know Help is not an option, for those trying to bargain. It's simple, remove competition from the market and prices increase. Yes, some enterprising people rush to fill the void, but in this case that is not simple solution. You have a lot of independent women who are quite frankly not too discipline.
The termas will be busy. Prices will increase. They have a captive audience. Where are you going to go. They know most will pay to play. Busy termas mean crowded boites... not so good for those who like a less busy/crowded scene. It means less sitting and chatting with the girls. Again, they will be getting paid.
Though some may not use Help and even despise the club, it is an important part of the scene. You could find anything from high end termas quality to the VM. Removing it from the market is not a good thing, certainly not in the short term.
I think you guys are worried about the wrong things in regards to price increase with help closing. What we really need to worry about is if Rio becomes the city that will host the 2016 Summer Olympics; the reason we see price increases now is because they are one of four city candidate for 2016. If they do become the host city forget it; Rio will become a tourist trap, high prices, an ocean of inexperienced mongers ruining the scene paying super high prices, airfare increases, hotel/apartment rate increase and the list goes on! Not to mention you know the termas will increase price and so will GDP's!
Think of Help as a 7-11 GDP store
Hi Guys,
I have to say. I see a lot you think that the prices will rise and that mongering will be more expencive. But think twice dear friends. Imagine there is no Help, which in my opininion is have kept the prices up. The reason I think that is because the GDP do talk a lot with each other. Now that this opportunity disapears this might mean that meeting a garota in a different place with less other GDP's might lower the price.
Greetings
Chico
I agree with Chico. Help is a place that the GDPs get to talk to one another and set prices. It is a convenience store where toursits could go and see all sorts of ladies. Lazy, drunk tourists negotiating with for lazy GDPs = higher prices. Like drunk dudes looking for munchies at 3 am at a 7-11. They don't negotiate the price on Doritos, hot dogs, twinkies and a Big Gulp. The ladies were shooting fish in a barrell. Having more independents spread out having to hustle for attention should lower prices IMO. I never took a lady out of Help as it did not sound appealling from what I read here. I have been dealing with independents, agencies and termas (sessioning with the ladies both in and out of the termas) and have been very pleased with the results. The termas can only handle so much more business. Most times I go to a termas there are too many women for too few guys already - and there are only limited rooms. Supply and demand.
